“The drive through attendant, a young guy, was excellent. I know it was super busy because of the marathon going on and the wait was long to order through drive through but he was so pleasant! As I waited for my order when I got to the window I heard him calmly apologizing to the customer through the head set who was probably giving him an ear full because of the wait and he still managed to remain calm and professional. Great customer service! As a former Starbucks employee, (20 years ago 😂🥂) I know the morning rush isn’t easy so kudos to your star employee! 👏🏼“

“Great location located inside the Broward health hospital. I came to this location in my unfortunate overnight stay. It was absolutely freezing inside, but the do have a door that takes you to a outside patio. With table and chairs. The barista that took my order was so pleasant and so nice. I absolutely love the service and the food and drink tasted great.“

The way the staff takes care about this business is beyond best employees expectations.
Shout out for the recently promoted manager Junior, that takes care of his customers with so much patience and care, to the extent that he had time to draw me a flower on the cup while I was figuring out cards in my phone wallet.
I have been coming to this location since it opened up, and I always felt something special about it. But this flower, this cup and this experience today, are remaining in my heart forever as a pinnacle of customer service and exemplary work.
