Not only do the barista’s give you good customer service, but the quality is by far better by leaps and bounds compared to their competitor Starbucks to be honest there’s not really a competitor. I want to give a shout out to an exemplary employee at the Ellianos coffee shop on racetrack Road in St. John’s Florida, named JOHN. This gentleman was not only patiance , but was willing to make a different drink than I originally ordered just due to preference. His words exactly, “sir I’m here to make you the perfect drink.” What a professional young man and someone who took pride in what they do. That as a customer, I not only value but appreciate which makes me come back to this location over and over. Keep up the good work!“

“I previous visited this facility but left because I felt ignored. Today I tried again. There appeared to only be 2 people there a man and a younger woman. No greeting again when you walk in however there was already a line so I joined. Placed my order for an Italian hot chocolate and an iced tiramisu. I can't speak for the pastries or sandwiches but the quality is good on the drinks. There were other people there meeting with friends and a few who were there to work/study.“

“We stumbled on this place last night because we needed to go somewhere to wait for my daughter to get out of a concert. Not wanting a bar or restaurant, we found this coffee shop that was open to 1am. When we pulled up, I immediately felt like I was in Europe. Men sitting outside at tables drinking coffee and talking. When I walked inside and saw the menu, it brought me back to Bosnia and Herzegovina where the drink prices were under $3 for drinks! We asked the owner where he from and learned that he was from Sarajevo, Bosnia. He had been to Medjugorje so we talked about that for a few minutes. I got 2 large hot chai lattes and a big muffin for under $10. The atmosphere was great with lots of college aged students as well as old people my age 😂. There was music outside and art inside. This was the best vibe I got from a coffee shop in a long time. I can’t wait to go back!“

“I’ve only added coffee in my life over the last few months, and Ellianos is the only place I get it. Now I technically get a dessert (Turtle Freezer with cookie mix base), so can’t comment on standard coffee, but what I get is such a tasty treat. My favorite part of Ellianos is the customer service though. Every single encounter has been a helpful and friendly member of their team. I trust their consistency so much that I went to Ellianos when out of town while visiting with a loved one in the hospital for several days. My first visit the employee was the one that helped me pick the drink and suggested the cookie base, and she happened to be the one this morning that made my birthday treat. And she remembered me from all those months ago. Just an overall good experience with Ellianos. EDIT: They also have pup cups! We made sure to include a visit for one for my little rescue pupper’s gotcha/birthday celebration day with his favorite people, places, and things. They thought he was so cute in his birthday tie and took a pic for their wall.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks, because my car is in the shop and I needed a place within walking distance (.9 miles) and wanted a place I could sit down in and enjoy my matcha latte. The facility is very nice and the batistas are very hospitable. But what was most heart-warming was when I witnessed one of the baristas sign with a hearing impaired customer to resolve a problem. The batista was professional and extremely nice, admitting that she had made the error and helping to fulfill the customer's needs. I am sure that there are many times that hearing impaired customers feel invisible. But, I am sure that this customer felt seen today. I want to thank that barista again for making my day and showing that there are people out there who still care.“

“My daughter and I go to starbucks daily as our treat. One of her staples is the strawberry acai refresher which is really good and tastes like strawberry, especially if you add in strawberry puree. Their new Canon ball drink is surprisingly refreshing and tastes good which I wasn't expecting since it combines two of the refreshers.... the strawberry acai and mango dragonfruit.....but it works! Cake pops are good and right now they have the red valentine heart pop. We often get the chocolate croissant warmed up which is really flaky, buttery and has a really good amount of chocolate and is not greasy like other places. Staff is super friendly and helpful, atmosphere is inviting and food is good! The egg bites seem small but are filling and taste really good! Coffee is top notch. I love the blonde vanilla latte and caramel lattes but honestly you're only limited by your imagination on your coffee orders. Would highly recommend compared to Dunkin because regardless of starbucks I go to...... service, quality of food and drinks is always good and consistent unlike dunkin donuts coffee/ drinks.“

I told her I was getting ready to pick up my 8 year old from her first day at a new school and that I hoped it was a great day because she was nervous about switching in the middle of the year. “I would literally live in this place if I could. I moved from Mandarin to the west side of Jacksonville but continue to exclusively shop at this Target. I happily make the 30+ minute drive across the bridge to do any of my shopping. Any trip to Target wouldn't be complete without stopping by Starbucks. I've seen an incredible turnaround in the best way since Chandler took over as manager. The cafe area is spotless and they've never gotten a drink wrong. All of the employees seem so happy and the service is incredible. I actually go out of my way when I'm in the area to go to that Starbucks instead of the stand alone across the street. T, Dom, Kevin, Chandler, Heather and everyone else are all amazing assets to this store. The excellent leadership really shows what a difference treating your employees with respect does. Myself and my two little girls are on a first name basis with most of the baristas. It's really rare to find people that take the time to get to know their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can even count on all of my fingers and toes combined. It's really spectacular to see employees that actually enjoy their job and the people that they work with/for. I pass at least 4 Targets and probably 10 Starbucks stores to get to the Southside location, and it's worth it every time. 10/10, best Starbucks in the history of Starbucks.“

I forgot what my order name was and they helped me out. Both times the person who took my payment was super friendly and chatty. I felt nice after leaving.
