“My wife and I went a couple of weeks ago and we were left speechless. I seldom leave a place and think “everything was perfect, 10/10” and this place did exactly that. From ordering to eating the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food knocked it out of the park. I cannot wait to go back!
I also think the value for the money/food amount is perfect.
Don’t change a thing and you will be there for many years to come!

“It's been awhile since our last visit, and we thought it would be a nice change from our usual chicken restaurant. “My wife and I have been coming to this Chick Fil A for years and have never been disappointed by the quality of the food, or the customer service. Tom (one of the training coaches) was so kind and even cleared our table for us when we were finished. Very nice dining experience. Highly recommend!“

“I tried the spiciest level, and before they delivered the food, they asked me to sign a waiver. I ate it, and it was incredibly spicy. I had to go to the restroom twice to rinse my mouth with warm water. I finished the meal and thought I had conquered the spiciest challenge, until I got home and my stomach hurt so badly I almost fainted 🥹 I tried drinking milk and water, and the pain subsided a little, but in the end, I still ended up throwing everything up. Anyway, the food was delicious. I'll come back and order a less spicy version 😂“

“Today at International Plaza I was able to get my favorite version of the Sunjoy® by substituting unsweet tea for the sweet tea and diet lemonade for the sweetened lemonade, my TwistyTarty lemonade. And of course French fries.
SHAYLEE provided quick service during lunch hour rush.
Seating is open for all 11 or so eateries here in Food Court. Enjoy indoor accessible tables, high tops some with charge ports, lounge chairs, covered out door seating includes accessible tables and lounge chairs.
Accessible family, women's, men's restrooms are next to food court. Restrooms have open entry dedicated stalls with 2 grab bars and adequate space.

“By far the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had in my entire life. I am extremely picky and my favorite food is chicken tenders so I will make a drive just to try a new chicken place. Will definitely be making the 30 minute drive again. The waffles is the perfect addition to them.“

“We are New to Riverview but came across this small gas station with a Krista Chicken Resturant inside. The young lady cooking was approachable and had a welcoming smile and the smell was over whelming. So I order a 16 piece with biscuits and fries. This is no KFC but way better in my opinion. “We have been longtime supporters of PDQ and this location did a GREAT last week when Manager Victoria helped make the delivery of lunch to a doctor's office EXTRA SPECIAL. I called the restaurant and requested that a handwritten note be included thanking the Doctor and his staff for their exceptional care. You all made so many people smile that day (plus they LOVED the food!).“

“Last night I was so frustrated about my purchase. But after I posted my review, I discovered my meat was still pink and mashed potatoes were dry and cold. I went back today and spoke with the manager. She was so nice and very professional. She replaced my order with my original order. Excellent Customer Service and Problem Resolution ???????“

“The food is fine here. No complaints about that. My main problem with this location is this one particular employee that takes orders. She gets confused very easily and screws up my order constantly. She’s very pleasant but not the right person for working up front. My only other complaint is that they’ve forgotten some of my items at times. Now I just check everything carefully before leaving with my takeout.“
