“I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant.

“Such a cool little coffee trailer in Seminole Heights! Situated directly next to La Segunda. Limited parking. The coffee is located in a trailer and they have all homemade syrups. Got the Florida man, which is an orange creamsicle flavor and also a cold brew. They have a cute and peaceful courtyard with plenty of seating you can enjoy your coffee and treats in. Service and delivery was super quick!!“

“Lu is a wonderful hostess she is professional, customer focused and caring which made the experience absolutely amazing.. We need more people like her in this world.. We came on my husband’s birthday and the manager & assist manager with Lu surprised my husband with a song and a cinnamon biscuit… It was so nice.. “I stopped in for the first time after my morning run to grab a coffee and decided to dine in as well. There was a slight mix-up with my order, but Luis (possibly the manager) went out of his way to make it right. He even kept my extra iced coffee in the fridge for me to take to go. And checked on me personally while I was eating. The Rise & Shine meal was perfect—I enjoyed it and even had some leftovers to take home. The fruit cup was fresh, and the regular hot black coffee that comes with the meal was surprisingly good. Overall, a great experience despite a bit pricey.“

“Stopped here for lunch bc we were in the area. Idk if this place just opened but it was really good, the food was super flavorful and great portions. I had the Cuban and it was probably one of the better flavored porks I've had in Tampa and I've tried a bunch. Good luck guys moving forward and if in the area again we will be back for sure.“

“My absolute favorite coffee shop, hands down. Everything they offer is quality and affordable. I take most of my meetings there and am happy to patronize Every time. My kids come and take a break to do their homeschool and enjoy the complimentary games, and fast wifi! The cinnamon rolls are the best in town!“

“Although, I’ve never had the time to be able to swing by here in person. Recently, my girlfriend and I have become obsessed with the delivery BOGO that they offer! The avocado toast and churro latte are absolutely amazing!
One time, they gave us the ice on the side and the coffee in a little plastic jar; it was so convenient! A big issue for us with ordering iced drinks for delivery is watered down coffee. This way, we were able pour our coffee into the ice and the drink tasted fresh!

“Very cool coffee house! My first time here this morning and it looks great, friendly staff, and this was the best cup of coffee I've had in a long time. This'll be a regular visit for me!“

“I have been going to this coffee shop for about a year and half now. It has been my go to place after work for me to study and work on school. The atmosphere is perfect for what I need when I need to focus on school work. It is bright with warmth and the barista's have always been extremely sweet. I loved that they extended their a hours a while ago, and it gives me a reason to enjoy the place longer as it gets darker.

The only reason I am not giving all five stars is because of how they make their matcha. I do not drink coffee so I either get their chai latte or their matcha. I don't have any issues with their chai but I notice that every time I ordered an iced matcha there is so much build up of powder that sits in the bottom that was not properly dissolved. I am constantly having to stir it because the drink is not even taste wise if that makes sense. For the amount of money they charge I just don't think that is acceptable .“

I like how I can build my own bowl since I have many allergies but everytime I walk in they change their gloves and clean the acai station. Thank you workers!“

“While walking around in Hyde Park we passed by this donut shop and decided to try it out. In a word..WOW! So many unique flavors and types of donuts, such as brown butter, mint Oreo and chocolate sheet cake. All delicious and served with a smile. Highly recommended.“

“I had a solo Christmas dinner at the bar via reservation. The hostess was friendly, accommodating, and responsive. When I sat at the bar, I told the bartender I would be there for a while & would be ordering a good amount of food (brunch & late lunch). Unfortunately, despite spending a good bit of money, she was inatentive, not friendly, slow, and overall made me (6'4") feel invisable. I even had to get up at one point to get my own pastry item when she could not be bothered. She seemed like she did not want to be there. The food was great and the room was bright and pleasant. The only thing preventing a perfect score was very disappointing service.“

The pastry was a special Chef creation, flaky dough, rum crème, and an espresso chocolate topping. It was magnificent. The coffees were delicious as well, but the ambiance absolutely takes the cake for us!“

“The place was cute for the holidays, and coffee and bagel were fine. I came from an hour away because I saw it on the internet but was handed a tray of food and no where to sit. We were told we could sit outside if there wasn’t a place setting, but we were booted out. So randomly holding a bagel. I would not visit again due to a lack of seating.
