She is kind and positive, and cares about the homeless McDonald’s patrons and the hungry kids. I witnessed her doing small acts of good deedery to make this world a better place, while on duty. It is comforting to know there are good people like Shappell out there in this world, and that McDonald’s is hiring them. Give this wonderful woman a raise and some recognition!“

“I have been to this location many times since it opened. The food is always up to McDonald's norm for quality. It comes out hot which I really enjoy (nothing more disappointing than less that hot fries and burgers or cold breakfast sandwich). The restaurant is generally clean, but they are challenged by the number of kids that pass through after school releases each day. The staff is very friendly and Austin works hard to maintain a high service standard and clean restaurant.

“My dog who passed away in March loved their strawberry shortcake. We did end of life photos in strawberry shortcake theme and even bought on from there. He passed a week later. When we told the people what we were doing they gave us an extra side of whip cream just for his end of life photos. I have these amazing photos to cherish forever“

“We were staying at the Holiday Inn nearby and wanted something close and quick. We ordered mozzarella sticks, baklava cheesecake, gyro, shrimp n fries, and fish and fries. Everything was DELICIOUS! “I went in on a holiday (July 4th) mid rush around 6pmish and the store was busy but clean, organized and everyone was smiling. The manger Nathaniel was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I heard him tell his driver getting ready to leave to deliver something to “Drive Safe Man” and that sticks with me. He cares on the Clock and out of the shop. So went to McDonald's next store...but the machine was broken!!! So then I went to 5 Guys on Kennedy. Not only did I get a Milkshake but he gave it to me FREE! Again, this is what makes 5 Guy's the only option, and the best option! I won't even think of going to other burger joints again! 5 Guy's wins with kindness!! “Lost some money from gambling at the hard rock, got home drunk, angry, and hungover. Started looking for spots open at 4am and I saw this place and I had to call them to make sure this was true and to my surprise it was. Once there I walk in, it’s a small little spot but quaint. Ordered their special sandwich can’t even recall what it was called but it was like OVER a foot big I also had these meat balls and it was all amazing the balls had amazing hot well seasoned beef and the sandwich had soooo much meat with all the goods… a must try after throwing away money at the hard rock at 4am“

“PDQ always has great/consistent food quality. Their service is great and always quick. They keep and run a very clean restaurant. PDQ is by far my favorite fast food chicken restaurant. I love the sandwiches, specifically the Buffy blue sandwich. Their Buffalo blue cheese sauce is incredible. Absolutely love the limited time maple pecan milkshake.“

“We were waited on by COURTNEY and she is AMAZING! One of the best front of the house workers we have ever had in any restaurant!!! She was kind, sweet, attentive, friendly, accurate and her eyelashes are absolutely PERFECT!!!! She helped create the kind of experience that makes you want to come back again and again. The food was also delicious and so tasty, the back of the house did their thing as well! Courtney deserves all her accolades & I hope she gets some recognition for the wonderful experience she is curating for customers. “After hearing many good things about coworkers I decided to try a few different sauce flavors.
My family and I were impressed. They were good, the chicken wasn’t dry, and they were not swimming in sauce. The fries were nice and crunchy. The only thing I would pass next time would be the onion rings.
The staff were so nice when I walked in, they all waved and smiled. We will definitely be back.“

I asked for unsweet tea instead of sweet tea and diet lemonade instead of regular lemonade. No problem. And it goes great with the crispy on the outside steamy on the inside French fries. 🍟 \nHere at the food court, the background music is soft but not necessary. Lots of chatter at lunchtime yet we can still converse \nI chose to sit indoors at the seating shared by all 11 or more food venues here. I chose a high top with charge ports and they have indoor accessible tables and lounge setups. Outdoor covered dining areas are accessible tables with lounger chairs\nAccessible mens and women's restrooms and family restroom are next to this food court. \nFree parking, inc van accessible in mall parking lot.“

They seem do far pretty nice day shift, but reading comments on night shift is bad.. sorry fir thise experiencing that & hair in the burger. i havve had a bit crappy fries a few times, but not super bad & small sandwhich not hot, but its great ehen its fresh. my free sandwiichy card i was given they got my order wrong. i asked for a deluxe they gave me reg. it sas hot etc hungry etc do I didn't want to say anything. i wanted the delixe cuz pettice tomato probably made it taste better & fills you/(me)up more so i figure. oh well. i wish i could het another free one to & try get the oder right. i don't speak up cuz of embarrassment of my sitution too so I'm not always confident like almost felt stated to in mom ts in my life & coward to the bullies, narcasists, etc stronger bigger then me. id love to he wonder wiman superheroine, but I'm not like her in spirit only the love compassion side. This teaches me to do better frim now on. i hope so. ik the way some things went today id get the wrong sandwhich. i gt cheaper at & $5.25 etc something like that, when i could have had the $6.00 something. almost $7. $6.50-$6.79 whatever. im still hungry now for sime reason empty feels like need amother of those big sanwiches or fries etc to fill me up the last little bit. also, idk if its gonna be like this always now or change but greezing cold in lobby. i think they fid it on purpose so you'd mot want to stay long or hang out, etc charging. like sll of a sudden cant be. I don’t know who needs to hear this but good employees like her should definitely be recognized and rewarded! Remember it’s the food that brings the customers, and it’s your employees that keep them.
