“If you're in Naples, HIGHLY recommend this place! I dont eat seafood. We visited relatives Wednesday to Sunday and ate at Island Gypsy three times! Never had onion rings before but my husband has and I tried these and we said these are the best and the sauce they pair with them - amazing! Calypso chicken salad has pears.. even the chicken is great. I had it all three visits and great every time. carrot cake is incredible! Pineapple Upside Down Cake isn't big enough :-). served warm, OMG it's amazing too. My husband had the fish and said it was very good. My sister had the chicken quesadillas and my BIL had the fish then muscles another time. Valet parking staff went above and beyond (BIL recently had major back surgery). Staff got us in quick, took our order and food was out in a timely manner. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Love the atmosphere right on the water. Not sure I've been to a restaurant like that that clearly runs like a well-oiled machine. Kudos!“

Blackened snapper was best ever and grouper on Greek salad was huge and delicious! John was our waiter and he was so hospitality and friendly! “If you haven’t been to this restaurant you need to go. I would describe this restaurant as an eclectic and industrial vibe with great ambiance. Our server Sam was phenomenal! He was very attentive, professional, respectful and charming. We went there on July 13th 2024. Our table had the burrata appetizer and the shrimp cocktail. They were plated beautifully and very delicious. I had the special of the day which was cobia over a bed of Parmesan risotto with a lemon beurre blanc sauce and Hericot Verts. I am not a fish fan but I wanted to try something different for a change and I was so happy I did. The fish had trout roe on top and it popped in your mouth and was fantastic. I finished everything on my plate. Sam sold me on it with his description and the chef provided a meal I will never forget. My dining partners had filet mignon, Lobster Madagascar and Schnitzel A’la Holstein. I tried them all and I loved each and everyone of those dishes. I wish I lived in Marco Island so I could go there often.“

“My neice bought me a gift card 3 weeks ago for Mangos because we love the restaurant, went there to use it and the waitress tells us we can't use it at this time...So you sold a gift card to someone when you can't use it...That seems illegal and very bad business“

“For my husband's 50th, we had celebrated it in Marco Island. My plan was to have the food catered so our time was spent obviously having fun. As he loves Italian style food, Autro's was the best choice. The location was close and their menu was spot-on to what I was looking for. Diana was so helpful guiding me though their catering options putting everything in order, just how I hoped for. I opted to pick up the food on the day of, which was packed up and placed in the car by the staff, no problem. Now, the food, o my goodness, it was amazing. The presentation 👌 on point. “On a recent visit to Marco Island—one of many day trips to this Gulf Coast enclave—our group of close friends concluded a boating excursion with dinner at Veridi’s American Bistro. It was our first visit, and if the evening is any indication, it will not be our last. Arrival & Atmosphere Parking remains the restaurant’s most notable logistical challenge. The lot is exceedingly small, and despite holding a confirmed reservation, we were seated approximately 10–15 minutes late. Yet once inside, any initial inconvenience quickly faded. The dining room exudes warmth and intimacy: softly lit, tastefully appointed, and thoughtfully arranged. Remarkably, even at peak occupancy, the noise level remains restrained—an increasingly rare virtue and particularly welcome when dining with a larger party. Service & Beverage Program Service was attentive and gracious throughout the evening. Our servers demonstrated professionalism and warmth, though at times they were slightly difficult to understand. The wine selection proved excellent—well-curated and versatile enough to satisfy varied preferences. However, guests should note that the beverage program is limited to wine and beer; those seeking pre-dinner cocktails will need to plan accordingly. Cuisine The kitchen is where Verdi’s distinguishes itself. We began with the Wiki Wiki Shrimp and house meatballs—both exemplary. The shrimp delivered lively flavor and balance, while the meatballs offered depth and comfort without heaviness. Entrées across the table were uniformly praised, an uncommon consensus in a group setting. My selection, the duck, merits special recognition: expertly prepared and finished in a raspberry–hoisin sauce, accompanied by jasmine rice. The dish achieved a refined balance of richness, acidity, and subtle sweetness, and stands comfortably among the three finest duck preparations I have encountered. Desserts provided a fitting finale, each plate executed with the same care and precision evident throughout the meal. Verdict While minor drawbacks exist—tight parking, slight reservation delays, and the absence of spirits—the culinary execution and inviting ambiance more than compensate. Verdi’s American Bistro delivers thoughtfully prepared cuisine in an environment conducive to conversation and convivial dining. Highly recommended.“

“Quinn’s on the Beach in Marco Island gave us one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.
Before our visit, I messaged their Instagram account to ask if the lobster roll contained mayo because I don’t eat mayonnaise. Not only did they respond quickly, but with just a day’s notice, Chef Sherene specially prepared a lobster roll just for me without mayo.
When we arrived, I started explaining my special order to our waiter Kevin, and before I could even finish, he already knew my name. The staff had actually discussed my meal during their morning meeting to make sure everything was perfect. That level of attention and care completely blew me away.
Chef Sherene personally brought out my lobster roll, chatted with us for a bit, and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. Halfway through the meal, the manager, Logan, came over to personally check on us and make sure everything was perfect.
Kevin’s service was phenomenal, and honestly, the entire staff treated us like royalty even though we’re just average people on vacation. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests.
And the food? Outstanding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. My daughter ordered the shrimp tacos and said they were some of the best tacos she’s ever had.
I truly hope this review reaches upper management because Kevin, Logan, Chef Sherene, and everyone involved in our experience deserve recognition for going above and beyond. Exceptional food is one thing, but this level of hospitality and genuine care is rare.
