“My husband and have been coming to Eddie Hill's for at least 20 years. I moved up north 3 years ago, but came down for Fantasy Fest at Key West. On my last day in Florida, my husband and I had dinner at Eddie Hill's again. it was absolutely stellar. Just as it always was---perfect! I'm excited to return soon, especially for lunch since our spa is so close. They actually helped solve a problem for me too without knowing it. My clients often find out I'm a former mega yacht chef and quiz me for dining options. I cringe because I'm very reluctant to give master chef level recommendations with such a plethora of ever changing restaurants, price points and service levels. My taste always leans to super fresh, fun, spicy ethnic-ish foods with bold flavors that you probably don't have to mortgage your house to afford. “I finally got a chance to take my girlfriend to Katana for a dinner date as we have tried dining here on several occasions but they're constantly at max capacity. It's a unique venue as it only has seating for about 20 people. The sushi selection is plentiful, although, the quality of the sushi could have been better but you can also order from their regular food menu. Overall, I give them a 4. Katana has the potential to become a 5, but between the long wait time to be seated and the mediocre sushi quality, I have to go with a 4. I would've liked to see more of the expensive sushi plates $8+ going around the sushi river. I recommend visiting.“

“Nothing out of the ordinary. When we left we left tip in cash, which is of course preferable to leaving a tip on the card. Yet, the waitress waived us down on the way out and told us it was not enough and they demanded more gratuity. Given that gratuity is optional, we were taken aback by this behavior because we had given all we had left to eat at this restaurant and support the community. It is inappropriate to demand customers pay more on an optional payment. If they want customers to leave a certain amount, they should then include it in the final bill the way some restaurants have already done. As a customer, I did not feel comfortable leaving the restaurant.“

“This is one of the more unique kosher restaurants in Florida. One of the only spots with a live Dj who was great. The vibes are cool sitting on the roof next to the big guitar. Problem is they only have valet which is not cool for a restaurant. And the menu is super hard to read as the main food isn’t in bold letters and we all had a hard time. Also there were 3 waiters next to my table and i tried to get their attention for a few minutes and they were all busy chatting for literally 10 minutes before they realized us waving them down. Even still this place is vibes and I would recommend.“

“Had an appointment at my Pain Relief MD Pain Management located directly across the street from Sushi Sake Davie and I arrived early so I decided to have lunch there. I received great customer service when I arrived there was great music playing in the waiter immediately sat me and explained the menu and I decided on the lunch Hibachi Scallops Meal and The TNT Roll both items were made to perfection and tasted great I would definitely be back and also recommend t his place to anyone craving good food and good music.“

“This was a unique kosher dining experience. The vibe and ambiance was amazing. The staff were knowledgeable, attentive and helpful, not hovering but there as soon as you need them. Cocktails were uniquely presented, original and delicious. The food, where do I start. It is obvious that the chef(s) take a lot of pride in their food. From presentation to the complex and delicious flavors. The turkey wrapped dates were out of this world. I have read other reviews and don’t understand the complaints about portion size and price. The portion sizes were perfect not too much where you are full after one dish and not too small leaving you craving more. Kudos to all of the staff. This is not a cheap family restaurant but you are definitely getting value in the food and experience. Excited to come back and taste more of the incredible menu.“

“I first came to this restaurant in my neighborhood and my first impression was that it was a rather expensive lunch. What an idiot I was because frankly, it is perfectly priced for the supreme quality here.

This place is beyond superb. The food is so fresh and so flavorful that it pops awe in your mouth. Sadly, now I'm addicted to the Wasabi Bowl (with soba noodles and multigrains for the base) and have been ordering it for takeout with too much frequency. I love everything from the friendly and helpful staff to the tranquility of the restaurant, but it's the incredible food that truly shines.

I could not find a single flaw with this place other than, in an abundance of caution, they wrap their sauces in little plastic containers with tight-fitting lids in MORE plastic wrap to prevent leakage during takeout/delivery. I don't know why but it bugs me.

And if that's this restaurant's biggest flaw, you need to experience it for yourself. It is GREAT! ❤️“
