“Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of fresh-baked bread set the tone. The food was outstanding. Everything tasted homemade and crafted with care, especially the whole grain loaf and the cinnamon chip bread. You can tell they use high quality ingredients.

The service was just as impressive. The staff was warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions and samples without rushing. They really made me feel like a valued guest.

“We had 7 guys as our group picked this place. They were all very nice and friendly. The food that we all had was very tasty. We said that we will have to make some more arrangements to eat there another time. The owner and his wife went out of their way to take care of the group.“

“Jack's Sandwich Shop is always on point. We make it a point to get a camel rider all the way atleast once a month with an occasional breakfast or burger meal. “An exceptional cafe, operated by a well-mannered and endearing owner. Food is cooked with care, and customer service is always a priority. I have gotten lunch and breakfast here at least once a week for nearly a year and have never been disappointed. “This was me and my partners first restaurant spot after our move to Jacksonville. My partner was still nervous and had a lot of those nerves swept away by how sweet and kind the staff here was during our visit. The sunny side eggs were divine and actually cooked perfectly. The sausage links recommended to us were bustling with flavor. The prices are very reasonable, I loved that they had looney toons playing on the TV it really sealed the perfect mom pop vibe. I will be back.

“Have not been in years since I moved away, but for 12 years when I worked at Pru, this was my go to lunch place 2-3 times a week. Best salad ever - their homemade fat free honey mustard dressing is fantastic. I crave it all the time and would kill for the recipe - it has a spice in it I can’t place but it makes it different than any other you will ever have. The also have the best chocolate chip cookies.“

They didn't want to follow Firehouse in just raising the prices dramatically, which most customers would prefer over shrinkflation. Sad, because they were our go-to for subs, especially with the military discount. They will probably try to deny it, but we were regulars for years and know the difference. We now call them pencil sandwiches. Sad.“

“I am new to Jersey Mike's, and the Subs are great. But the staff needs focus a little more on the customers and a little less on their private conversations (I was in around 7 pm on the 14th). While pleasant and polite, they were unfocused. I ordered a Giant from one employee, it was made by another and rung up by a third. Instead of getting a Giant, I got a regular. They immediately made a second regular. But paying for 2 regulars is more than the 1 Giant I had ordered. I should not have had to pay 20% more to correct their mistake!“
