“Celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was by far the best food we ate in Key West. We ordered the Asiago bread and squid for our appetizers. The squid was FABULOUS!!! I’ve been craving it since! For dinner we did the wahoo, swordfish, prime rib and chicken. All of which we were each raving about to each other! The atmosphere was dimmed candle lit tables and our server was great! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to taste high end food and it be up to par! Will definitely be back!“

“My husband and I were there tonight. We were at your restaurant 12 years ago and we had the Soul Mama soup then and I had to go back while in Key West to have it again. Drinks are no better than anywhere else. Party atmosphere, but if you want good food and decent portions for REASONABLE prices, look elsewhere.“

“If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to mainline gasoline in slushy form, welcome to Fat Tuesday Key West. The 190 Octane (153 proof grain alcohol + orange punch) is basically jet fuel with a citrus twist — I’m 90% sure my rental scooter ran better after I spilled some on it.

The flavors here range from “fun beach vacation” (Piña Colada) to “pray for my liver” (Cat 5 Hurricane) to “this is how Florida Man is born” (Mardi Gras Mash with bourbon + triple sec). You can even get a 128oz gallon to go — because nothing says “responsible tourist” like walking down Duval Street with a jug of neon alcohol that could double as antifreeze.

I got the Souvenir Squeeze Bottle thinking it was cute. Turns out, it’s basically a lifetime commitment — you’ll be refilling it until your doctor writes you a letter.

Also, big respect to the Skinny Watermelon Daiquiri: same 153-proof grain alcohol, just “half the calories.” Because obviously the calories were the dangerous part.

By the time I mixed 190 Octane Blue Raspberry with Mango Tango and topped it with Spicy Margarita, I’m pretty sure I accidentally discovered the cure for jet lag — or possibly astral projected into Jimmy Buffett’s backyard.

Pro tip: Hydrate, wear sunglasses, and maybe text your mom before your third refill, because after that it’s anybody’s guess what your night (or your Instagram stories) will look like.

Would I come back? Yes. Should you? Only if your insurance is paid up.

“We love Hideaway Grill. It’s part of what makes Sigsbee a favorite spot for us. The menu is small but they also have frequently rotating specials. The tuna bowls are amazing and the burgers are great too.“

Especially the famous waitress Kate who was very kind and very beautiful. If you go to Florida I recommend this heavenly hotel

“We did a walk through here on a recent visit to Key West. You have to have a DoD ID card to get onto the Naval Air Station, and then it's about a 2 mile drive from the main gate to get here. We were there in the late morning on a Friday, so the Navigator Bar was not open for business yet. Just to the west side of the bar are some shaded pavilions and a few picnic tables that overlook a small offshore island and and a tranquil sandy beach. You can safely swim here (no waves or rip currents), as well as rent kayaks, umbrellas and lawn chairs. It would be a great place to take your kids if they enjoy the water, snorkeling and exploring the little island just off the shoreline. You also get to watch fighter jets land on NAS Boca Chica's Runway 08 as they make their final approach turn, which is always cool for people like me who love to watch airplanes and enjoy the loud and proud sound of freedom (jet noise).“

“This is an absolute stop whenever we come to Key West. Friendly service and while they only sell Island Cigar Factory cigars, they have a large variety from Connecticut to Maduros. The outside smoking area allows you to people watch while enjoying a glass of wine or a coffee. Inside they have comfortable couches with good ventilation.

“EYW has two sit-down restaurants. Immediately after clearing security, there is a Chili's. Big chain. Crowded. Comfortable and familiar menu.

But way down, by the last gate (there are only five) lies a little bit of Key West. Enthusiastic staff. Fresh fish. Great burger. Full bar, and an unobstructed view of the runway.

It was a pleasant way to spend an hour before our flight, and when our fish tacos were accidently delivered to another table, the manager appeared, apologized, and took 10% off our bill.

“After a morning of snorkeling we headed her for lunch. Getting to the restaurant looked a little sketchy but once we were there it seemed OK. I had. hard time understanding the waitress and ended up ordering three appetizers somehow. All three were delicious though. I asked if they had a kids menu when we were seated and he said yes but the waitress would let us know. When asked about the kids menu she said they didnt have any. We got 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 fish and chips and 2 cheeseburgers. While the food was fantastic the service was lacking a bit. We didn't get any refills. The gentleman that brought our food out helped us more then the waitress did. Loved the atmosphere. Light music playing with the view of water but it was nice and cool inside. You have the option to sit outside as well. I would go back for sure.“
