“At first, the cashier who was on the speaker was so rude. It was a girl, and I didn’t get her name, but after, I was greeted by Lex, and he was so sweet, got my doughnut that I was missing, complimented my nails, and was so personable! He definitely saved the experience because I went up to the window upset and that changed quickly! Lex It’s definitely an asset to this Dunkin’ Donuts!“

“There is always quick service and the employees are tip top as they treat everyone with courtesy and respect sone go above and beyond for kindness towards homeless people that conduct there visit with respect

“Good coffee, decent donuts.. cannot really complain. This was definitely one of the more cleanier locations in Orlando. The staff was great and attentive, unlike other locations. Dunkin can be hit or miss but this specific location is a hit. I highly recommend it if your in the area“

“I went to this location yesterday November 24th, for a medium hot coffee, I usually come here and get my coffee and it’s ok but ralee took my order and made my 7 caramel 5 sugar 2 cream coffee amazing I let her know she did amazing, I love drinking coffee made with love, super lovely girl.“

“10/10 best Dunkin in Orlando. I am pregnant and love Dunkin’ Donuts I go to one just about once a week, this particular Dunkin was special to me. I ordered a medium ice coffee with light ice, mocha, whole milk, and no sugar with a bacon egg and cheese toasted lastly an order of everything stuffed bagels. Used the kiosk to order and asked the young lady if I may have extra whole milk. When I received my order it was quick and perfect. I swear a lot of Dunkin’s don’t actually mix the syrup, or when you say light ice they don’t fill your cup all the way, but this Dunkin was perfect. My boyfriend doesn’t like Dunkin coffee, but today for the first time he said this one was good. We shared everything and I am so satisfied and happy along with our unborn twins are happy too! Thank you for having excellent customer service, attention to detail on orders, and great timely manner. I might have to come back next week!!!“

“Unfortunately, I did not get her name but I hope a manager sees this. I was there March4 at 12 PM through drive-thru . The woman there with the brown hair in the bun was so nice and she made me feel like I wasn’t a burden to be in her drive-thru in overall just a sweetheart.“

Today, I went to buy a dozen donuts and forgot to mention one of my children's allergies, and the first thing he did was open the window and ask me about it. I thought it was very thoughtful of him, and I am very grateful for his attention.“

“Dante is the best! So sad he no longer works there. It definitely takes some skill to make coffee and he's the best at it. Everyone there is friendly though. Only complaint is the donuts sell out so fast and they don't get replenished until the next day“

“There was a long drive through line so me and my friends went inside and we were quickly and professionally attended by a younger white guy and since we were on our lunch break we had to go fast and the workers made sure that happened so 10/10“

“Dunkin donuts, wraps, and coffee are generally pretty decent for fast food style breakfast and coffee on the go. This one met expectations in terms of food quality when we went through the drive through. The 3 stars on atmosphere was for the employee that was having a bad day, or at least I hope that's not their typical day. There was a lot of telling at other employees with frequent use of coarse language that my young grandkids in the car with us did not need to hear. When you're using that language and being loud enough to be heard in the car going through the drive through, maybe you should just take a break for a few minutes.“

“Everyone that works here is fantastic. I order my morning coffee almost daily. Every time I walk in to pick up my order, I’m greeted by name as I’m still opening the door. I pick this location over one that is a few minutes closer due to the customer service. Y’all are fantastic!!“

“This particular D&D is one of the best. I dined in (waiting for my Lyft to arrive). Very clean all around. Service was quick. Very nice welcoming by employees. Food was good. Nice and fresh. Excellent coffee. I recommend.Update: My 2nd visit was good as well but I didn't know if non service dogs were allowed inside. The dog could of been left in the patrons vehicle. Other than that it was a good visit.

Parking: This D&D is mixed with grouped together in a (Commercial Taxpayer Style) Their are 2 Handicap spots located in front of the Barbershop. This serves all 5 businesses.“
