“I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. I’ll definitely be back again for lunch soon.”

“The kitties here are from my rescue. I went today to visit my fosters that were brought here yesterday. Lots of toys and fun things for the kittens to climb on and chase. It was clean and smelled clean. Even after closing, they were wiping down everything in the Kitty room and doing more cleaning. It's in a nice location in a very long strip mall. I wish it were closer to Tampa- I would go all the time.”

The Chicken Marsala was tender and flavorful with its rich mushroom sauce, the Rigatoni Bolognese tasted like it came straight out of an Italian kitchen, and the fresh salad and crispy bread were the perfect starters. The Toscana wine paired beautifully with our meal, and finishing off with their creamy tiramisu was the highlight of our evening. The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine and an unforgettable dining experience!”

They have such a large variety of teas all these different flavors it is so amazing! I ended up getting a sweetened watermelon iced tea and I bought a little cup of blueberries to put on the top. they are so nice here and they have such a selection! Wife got her usual 2 eggs, home fries, sausage patty and sourdough toast. It’s what she gages all breakfast by. Said this one ranked pretty high on her yum! list. Next time into Lakeland, we’ll be stopping in!”

“Was in town watching dogs for someone, and saw that this place A) exists and B) has cheesesteaks. I will try a cheesesteak anywhere, even if gunfire is happening around me. Thankfully, this restaurant is in a no fire zone. But for this sandwich, it would be worth the risk and the added expense of kevlar. I kid you not, their “Awesome Philly Sub” is that and more. I can’t remember eating a better cheesesteak in 2 decades, and I’ve most certainly tried. Two thumbs up isn’t quite enough… I’ll have to borrow some extra thumbs from my enemies to add to the score. Highly recommended! And I’m a cheesesteak snob… they conquered my appetite and I’ll most definitely be back when I’m out this way again. If you live in Lakeland and love sandwiches and HAVEN’T TRIED THIS PLACE, you are missing out and are making a bald eagle cry. I can’t prove that second one, but it sounds legit.”

“I ordered our Thanksgiving meal from 4 Rivers this year. Everything was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, and they even loaded it in the car for me. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing! The reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the way the food was packaged. I knew it would need to be re-heated, and they provided good instructions, but everything came in sealed plastic bags. I was expecting it to be in containers that could be placed directly in the oven, so at the last minute, I had to scrounge around & find 8 of my own Corning ware dishes, pots & pans for heating it all. Then I had to cut all the bags open & pour & squeeze the food out. It took a little more time & effort than I thought it would, but everyone enjoyed the food.”

“I was Amazed to see customers with dogs in an open restaurant where dishes are buffet style. It turned me off because dogs should not be in restaurants where people are dining. Dogs carry germs and other bacteria. This should not be allowed in Any restaurant even if they are service dogs. There should be limits placed on animals in food places. Don't 4get people dogs are not human. They are ANIMALS and they walk on dirty grounds with 4 feet. Also there are people that are allergic to dogs, afraid of dogs and can't be around them for medical purposes. Let's stop being selfish with animals. Just because you may love them others may not. Consideration Must be extended.”

“Just left. 1/17/2025. Food is excellent but….service tonight was horrible. Never refilled water glasses, my husband got the burrito and asked for some queso to put over it. The girl brought him shredded cheese! Gave us a container for the guacamole and the wrong lid. In between each request we wondered if our waitress was coming back. Finally brought the bill and once again never came back. We finally took the bill to the front to pay. I love their food but when the service is bad it ruins everything 👎”

I'd highly recommend The Joinery to anyone living in Lakeland, or vacationing and visiting in Lakeland! The food hall is super nice and the atmosphere and ambience is super pleasant! “I ordered our Thanksgiving meal from 4 Rivers this year. Everything was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up, and they even loaded it in the car for me. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. The food was amazing! The reason I rated it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the way the food was packaged. I knew it would need to be re-heated, and they provided good instructions, but everything came in sealed plastic bags. I was expecting it to be in containers that could be placed directly in the oven, so at the last minute, I had to scrounge around & find 8 of my own Corning ware dishes, pots & pans for heating it all. Then I had to cut all the bags open & pour & squeeze the food out. It took a little more time & effort than I thought it would, but everyone enjoyed the food.”

“We took our food to go, but from what we saw the place looked really clean and nice. The food was incredible! We got a little bit of everything and all dishes were a hit! The grilled tilapia with fries were such great portions and that shrimp po boy with that special sauce wow!!! Grilled shrimp was also delicious. Would totally be back when I’m in Lakeland again and recommend this place.”

Cocktails were exceptionally good, Appetizers were amazing, Main course was Delicious, Steak frites are the best in Lakeland by far, and Jambalaya was the perfect mixture to keep you wanting just one more bite. We shared the Brûlée Key Lime Pie with house made whipped cream and it was better than I’ve had in Key West!! 10 out of 10 on my list, atmosphere is pleasantly decorated for the holiday season, book you family gathering or work gathering in this incredible little spot before everyone knows!!”

“My husband and I stop at this location base on the fb reviews. Let me tell you something, don't let the outside intimidate you because the inside was so worth it. When we parked we noticed a veteran walking out to his truck and asked him if it was just for the veterans and he said no. He told us to go straight to the bar and that the restaurant was in the back. The Saturday afternoon, it was also bingo and let me tell you, all eyes where on me and my husband🤣 . The bartender was super sweet and I sure did ordered me a rum and coke. She told us to go out through the middle doors and asked for Katie , who is super sweet.
My husband had a steak and cheese with tater tots and I had a chicken bacon ranch with onion rings, recommended by Katie. Thanks Katie and Noah the cook , everything was delicious and we sure will be back to try the Amish icecream. Next time, we will come in throught the outside back door, so we don't disturb the peeps during bingo🤭”
