“First time stop in. Have been making efforts to hit the Mom & Pops never visited before. This is definitely a good find. Small place with a friendly wait staff. Stopped in for first breakfast. Ordered a small biscuits and gravy. It’s a large portion for a “small”! Good wholesome flavor. Not too peppery like some get. Biscuit was fluffy and very tasty! Wife got her usual 2 eggs, home fries, sausage patty and sourdough toast. It’s what she gages all breakfast by. Said this one ranked pretty high on her yum! list. Next time into Lakeland, we’ll be stopping in!“

“I just wanted something quick and yummy that wasn’t a ton of unhealthy calories. I ordered their supergreen wrap with the fire braised chicken thigh 👌🏻. First of all. The thing was massive. I opened it and was like my goodness. 😋. It was so delicious. I about downed the whole thing. 😅 Also, when I went to pick it up, they were super friendly. My food was ready to go and neatly package. I’ll definitely be back again for lunch soon.“

The REECECLIFF Diner has been in Lakeland since 1934 and it is absolutely AMAZING & DELICIOUS!!!!!! Thanks to our Waitress - Ms. Gina, for making me feel so comfortable and confident in my meal choice (Saturday Special - 2 country fried pork chops, fried okra, side salad and coleslaw, with sweet cornbread and a sweet iced Tea 😎👍)! I had no room for dessert!

“Riverside Seafood & Chicken has become one of my favorite local spots, and I've gone back multiple times because the food is consistently delicious and the staff always makes me feel welcome.

One of my absolute favorites is their family-size coleslaw. At only $8, the portion is huge and could easily feed a family of eight. It's always fresh, crisp, and has just the right balance of sweetness and tanginess.

I also can't say enough good things about their fried Cajun shrimp. Every time I order it, the shrimp comes out perfectly cooked, golden brown, crispy on the outside, and packed with flavor. It's easily one of the best shrimp dishes I've had in the area.

What really keeps me coming back, though, is the friendly customer service. I often stop by with my dog, Buster, and the staff is always kind enough to bring him a bowl of ice water. Those small acts of kindness make a big difference and show how much they care about their customers.

If you're looking for great seafood, generous portions, fair prices, and genuinely friendly service, I highly recommend Riverside Seafood & Chicken. It's a place that has definitely earned my repeat business.“

So this was my first time going here since I’ve just been getting back into golf and I’ve been having trouble making good contact with the ball and a man that works there named GOAT came up and helped me with my stance and wow what an improvement! “Was in town watching dogs for someone, and saw that this place A) exists and B) has cheesesteaks. I will try a cheesesteak anywhere, even if gunfire is happening around me. Thankfully, this restaurant is in a no fire zone. But for this sandwich, it would be worth the risk and the added expense of kevlar. I kid you not, their “Awesome Philly Sub” is that and more. I can’t remember eating a better cheesesteak in 2 decades, and I’ve most certainly tried. Two thumbs up isn’t quite enough… I’ll have to borrow some extra thumbs from my enemies to add to the score. Highly recommended! And I’m a cheesesteak snob… they conquered my appetite and I’ll most definitely be back when I’m out this way again. If you live in Lakeland and love sandwiches and HAVEN’T TRIED THIS PLACE, you are missing out and are making a bald eagle cry. I can’t prove that second one, but it sounds legit.“

Haha.... there was 1 rude worker that ran my foot over with the dish cart but I was hungry and didnt speak up so my fault for not but they should habe noticed the big lump in the floor and apologized.
