“We stopped by Saturday night and it was very busy. Santiago the owner , came over and said hello. We had met briefly last year and spoke about the Boston area. The host managed to find a table for us. Upon sitting we were greeted by 3 or 4 servers. I had the whole red snapper which was excellent. They had a 4.9 at the time, and that was underrated. The flavors were sharp, crisp, juicy, and experimental as well as traditional. All were great and the shell seemed to magically not get soggy despite juicy fillings.The owner kept us entertained while we ate with flavor explanations, recipes for sauces and tales of the area. Meanwhile, the TVs were never turned on. Not a big deal, in fact... might even be cool to have a place with no TVs, where people are forced to interact with one another. But I digress, if you choose to have televisions in your establishment, keep them on; there's a lot you can do with them, not just have it on TV programming. “This has been my favorite Peruvian restaurant for a while. When I first started coming here it was less than half the size. They expanded and it gets pretty full still. The food is always great no matter what's ordered. I especially love their fish Jalea which I've only seen here. Most places only offer a mixed option and I really like the fish. The lomo saltado is always great. Service is usually good too. There has been an occasion here or there where it was a little lacking but usually new staff. Can't penalize them for that.“

We dined outside street side on a perfect weather evening. I was interested in the pre fixe menu but my guest said it was too much food. I was told that the only way the offered pre fixe was by the table and all had to order so I went back to the menu. Ordered the same items as the pre fixe but now a higher price. Chiccarron appetizer was good but some pieces were fried too hard and near impossible to chew. Great flavor and dipping sauce though. The Lechon Asado was my main entree and it was good. Portion size was tasty but small but rice and beans filled up the plate. The Spanish Flan for dessert stole the show. Best I have ever had. Our host was great and our server excellent and attentive. “I discovered this place accidentally tonight while on my way to another restaurant in the Walmart area. I saw a sign for this restaurant's drive-thru. I looked it up on my phone and found favorable comments and reviews so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. I enjoyed a fantastic supper. The half rotisserie chicken was perfectly seasoned, meaty and incredibly moist. The cilantro-garlic dipping sauce was delicious as well. The garlic potatoes were cooked perfectly, again seasoned beautifully, not overwhelmed by the garlic. The garden salad, crisp and fresh, was accompanied by an Italian-like dressing. Service was very quick and polite. The only negative was the little kids running around the restaurant; very disruptive and annoying and supervised by parents who apparently don't care. Next time, I may even get my meal to go if the kiddies are present. To top it all off, this place was an incredible bargain; $14.47 for the chicken, potatoes, salad and a beverage. I stopped at the counter on the way out to tell the staff how much I enjoyed my meal. Don't hesitate to check out La Brasa Grill.“
