The staff were super nice and had my order ready in 5 minutes and the team I was training loved the food. “Today we ordered the new Wednesdays in May special of Big Deal And pork and ribs. This was a great deal! $6 for the Big Deal and $10 for the pork and ribs. It's refreshing to see a restaurant lower their prices (if only for a day) to help out everyone.The Big Deal was good, fries cooked correctly and the pork sandwich was tasty.The pork and ribs were flavorful and had enough left over for another small meal. The only extra star would be if the cornbread was served warm.Our waiter Shane was friendly, polite and very accommodating.Overall a fantastic value today!“

“My husband and I frequent this terrific restaurant often, primarily the Oviedo location.. We love everything about it. The quality of the food is superior, always lean meat, great selections and love the fact that service members are honored. Patriotism is on full display, especially at noon when customers/employees alike stand for the playing of the national anthem. The restaurant is clean, people are very friendly, as they greet you when you come in the door. Heather, especially recognizes everyone and welcomes you, a very friendly and positive person. The atmosphere is positive also due to all the terrific employees. Dianah walks around the restaurant asking if a person at the table served in the military and you are thanked for your service. She always has a smile on her face as she asks if you need anything. A very caring employee with a great attitude as well as all the employees. Great job everyone and thank you for a very pleasant experience as well as a great meal. “The best BBQ in town! The pulled pork is tender and juicy. The brisket is awesome. And the sides (Gouda mac & cheese, Brussel sprouts w/bacon, sweet rolls) are so yummy. “If you have never had hotpot or Korean BBQ, or have and want to go someplace amazing, then you NEED to come here!The food is simply amazing, the BBQ meats are super tasty and flavorful. The hotpot ingredients are fresh and go amazing in any broth base.I personally got the bone broth and it was super flavorful, but all broths are made that day and refilled on request!Even the already prepared food is super tasty, from the dumplings to the crab legs.The service is wonderful and quick, we never had more than 2-3 empty plates and our drinks where always refilled before they where empty.The pricing was super fair and well worth every penny and tip!Would recommend to anyone and everyone to come here and enjoy an amazing meal no matter if you choose BBQ, hot pot, or both!“

“I stopped at the gas station to get some gas & all I smelled was that good smelling food coming from that grill. OMG I got the half of BBQ chicken with Mac & cheese & greens. It was so delicious & the chicken was so tender. Black gave us a sample of the rib & damn it the meat was so tender & falling off the bone. The sweet potato casserole was also delicious. My daughter & nice shared the baked Mac & cheese & didn’t even use to taste any. We went back about an hour later & got a slab of ribs & Lord have mercy it was so delicious. I promise when I come back to visit we will definitely be back. This is a must try, the food is Amazing & Black is friendly & the pineapple lemonade is a must have & it goes good with any alcohol beverage you drink. ??????“

“Very good sliced pork big deal with slaw & fries! Okay, I splurged with 2 sides but I had a birthday coupon so it was a "great" deal as well. Busy location at lunch but servers were on top of everything and wait time was fine. I do wish there was a touch more meat as it seems they have reduced the amount of meat but pricing has remained the same. ?I'm still a huge Sonny's fan and I believe they have the best smoked bbq around compared to other chain eateries. They remain consistently good and it's always a destination when family comes into town!“

I got the chicken bento , my mom got the spare ribs, and my dad got the mills 50. all of it tasted really good and was cooked perfectly. the only complaint we had was the brisket my dad had was very salty.parking is horrible, but if you can find parking, it's definitely worth a stop in.Parking: the parking lot is very tiny. there is some street parking, but you may still have to circle a few times before you find a spot.“

“Pretty solid BBQ joint in Henry's Depot. I tried the pulled pork plate with two sides; baked beans & jalapeño corn bread. The pork was pretty good. Not the best ever but 4 starts strong. The baked beans were delicious, 5 stars. And I'd have to give 4 stars to the corn bread, as it was just a little dry. The dinner plate was $15+ tax and tip. I'd considering coming back, but am going to try Fuel BBQ in downtown area next before returning.“
