“Thank you for serving my family 10/13 for an after dinner treat after eating at "Tasty Wok" (next door, amazing food for anyone wondering). I ordered the Halo Halo, Ube Brownie and two different scoops of ice cream on a waffle cone. Amazing flavors, exotic, original, whatever else you want to call it. “So we are from Maine here in Orlando on vacation. My son found this place on the internet and we were a bit skeptical of it. On our last day in Orlando we decided to give it a try and I am SO GLAD we did. This place was awesome. The ice cream was VERY good. I got a small portion of the Cuban Coffee ice cream with almonds, heath and hot fudge and I regret getting a small. It was so good I ordered another small one. The staff was very friendly Avery and Mia were very helpful and were very knowledgeable when we had questions. They was such a good selection of flavors and toppings which would accommodate any one frok kids to adults. They even had vegan options for those who are into that. Overall great experience 10/10 recommend giving it a try as we do t have anything unique like this in Maine.

“Stopped in as I was in the mood for ice cream. I learn that it is a local, family owned shop, the guy serving me runs the place with his father. It was fairly clean and he was super friendly.
I ordered a brownie sunday and I appreciated the brownie being warmed without requesting so, it heightened the overall experience. Prices were also fairly reasonable.
Others in the shop order the bubble waffles which seemed to be their specialty and there was nothing but positive feedback. Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the mood for a sweet treat.“

“Kelly’s has a special place in our hearts! We go 2-3x a month. The ice cream is high quality and you get what you pay for. We have too many favorite flavors to list, but I want to personally shout out to any of the monthly flavors that have been dark chocolate based; there is nothing better to cure a bad day than the chocolatiest of chocolates, and this is that! (I’m looking at you cosmic brownie and German chocolate cake!) Here is a roundup of all the locations our family of 5 has tried: Maitland 11/10 - Our favorite location. Always great service from Andy, the freshest waffle cones/bowls, and always has all the flavors in stock. Ample parking and seating indoors and nearby outdoors to suit your fancy. Consistently perfect! Ferncreek 9/10 - The ice cream is great, and the outdoor area is adorable. Parking is a little rough but it’s a historic area and understandable. Horizon West 10/10 - Stellar waffle cones/bowls, special products, and the best indoor seating. Winter Park 7/10 - A little cramped and no indoor seating, but when the weather is nice the outdoor area is cute! Special shout out for the oatmeal creme pie flavor only available here. Waffle bowls tend to be stale. Winter Garden 9/10 - Extremely friendly service and fresh waffle bowls, we just wish it was a standalone for easier access and less crowding. Hunter’s Creek 7/10 - Stale waffle cones and less than fresh ice cream, but we love the ample parking, wide variety, and proximity to our home away from home. Sanford 5/10 - The only disappointment we’ve had trying so many locations. Waffle cones so stale you can bend them like rubber, and the unfriendly coffee shop staff manning the ice cream counter unwilling to make fresh cones. Ice cream itself is stale and not at all on trend with the Kelly’s brand and stellar reputation. “Sold out” of multiple flavors, and one case has a broken light and door. Just seems like this location doesn’t get the same TLC as the rest.“

“i love jeremiah’s and when i was in the hospital for anaphylactic shock last week all i wanted when i got out was a bullfrog sized smores gelati!!! I also go to this shop all the time and it’s always super clean plus service is quick and efficient even if there’s a rush. i also like that they are dog friendly and serve free pup cups! as you can see even my cat likes Jeremiah’s 😹

Dietary restrictions: They do rinse their scooping tools between orders but ultimately the scooping tools are used interchangeably with all the italian ice flavors. I have a serve peanut allergy myself and i’ve never had an issue with allergen cross contamination at this location. If you’re feeling unsure just ask the server to use an unused scoop for your italian ice/gelati order. The ice cream comes from a soft serve machine and has no potential for allergen cross contamination.“

“I absolutely love this place! It’s spotlessly clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They always play Disney music, which adds a fun and cheerful vibe. “Five starts really for food, service, and atmosphere..... I just had to knock down one star because we like to pay cash... and that is not an option at this location.

My daughters, their friend and I decided to hit the hot Florida pavement with a bike ride and run with grand plans to end with a scoop of ice cold ice-cream!

Upon arrival I cannot tell you how my daughter's hot red melting faces first lit up with excitement and then quickly dropped when we realized you all do not accept cash at that location.  Believe it or not, we are a cash pay family and only own one credit card which often doesn't leave the home.  We were hot, sad and didn't know what to do.

The employee at the shop, Riley, quickly turned things around with her calm gentle smile.  She helped me solve our woes by finding a way to download an app, call a friend for a credit card etc.... while simultaneously distracting my girls with a sample and patience in picking out the sample.  And she figuratively "threw the cherry on top" when she announced that they carry GLUTEN FREE CONES! My daughter rarely gets to partake in the cones when we are out because of her allergy - but not today. There is no way we would have been able to quench our expected reward with ice cream today if it wasn't for Riley - our exciting trip ended in wonder rather than sorrow.  She is a gem of an employee in every way.  From kindness, respect, patience and joy, not to mention a great role model for my daughters.  She surely deserves a raise and praise.  I can imagine facing people with the same problem on a regular basis, it could become tiring to be the bearer of bad news - but not for Riley. Please bring back cash.... and definitely keep Riley at the shop!

“I brought my granddaughter to Nan N Pops on Friday and she absolutely loved the Zack’s say cheesecake bubble waffle. She had a hard time trying to decide what to get from all the offerings. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She enjoyed herself so much that she wants to make Nan N Pops our “Friday Girls Night Out” place to go. “I recommend this place to any person who listens, they live up to the hype. I always go for the triple taiyaki special (3 for $13), forever love the kimchi melt and custard cream. They have a punch system, my partner and I went to each redeem a free taiyaki. There were some issues with the accounts and payment but the person working was SO sweet and patient, gave us a gift for the inconvenience. We were so happy, and I forgot to ask for their name! “I tried out 2 of the Halloween creations they have. I tried out the "Smashing Pumpkin " which is Pumpkin pie ice and vanilla ice cream and topped with mini m&ms and kit Kat and oreo cookie crumble. The 2nd one was called "The Monster Mash" which is blue razz and has cookie and cream ice cream and with the same toppings. Both were very good. Check it out fast. Limited time only.

“We were new to Crumbls. The gentlemen who works there explain how things work. On the list "which dish do you recommend" doesn't list the cherry cheesecake omg it's to die for. The lemon cookie & the chocolatechip were sooo good & filling i left my half for the next day & so did my husband lol. It was worth the money 👍 we loved it 😍“
