“I have ordered in a few times now but brought my Aunt to try it. I love their food. If I were describing it I would call everything on the menu a perfect super bowl party. The owner and his wife greeted us coming in and thanked us when leaving. Some would consider it pricey but you get what you pay for and these are the best onion rings I ever had. The double double was excellent. My personal fave is the belly bombs. Sliders with white land o' lakes cheese and just grilled onions. Comes with fries, nacho cheese to dip sauce fries in and their house sauce. Food is delicious and they're open late. Inside I loved the original cartoon artwork and still would love to hear the story of how they ended up with this business name. They were busy from the time we came in until we left. Lots of pickup orders, so it's not my secret anymore.“

“Arby's is our go-to fast food in Palm Bay. The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and there's a great variety of food, all delicious. There's a wide variety of menu selections, not just roast beef. There's chicken sandwiches, Reubens, fish sandwiches, french dips, ham and cheese, and on and on. The place is obviously well managed. Service is FAST, unlike many other restaurants in the area. The special deals that they offer are extremely budget friendly.“

One fast food place that occasionally gets overlooked is Arby's. It was founded back in 1964, but what blows my preconceived notions is how Arby's seems to have suddenly become an alternate fast-food (or as Arby's likes to refer to itself, Fast Crafted ®) reality alt fast. Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. This must reflect the Arby's Restaurant Group's stated brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences ™. I am not making this up. Robin even went out to the dining room to ask customers how their food tasted. WHAT? Imagine them doing THAT at the Golden Arches! I ordered the Classic Roast Beef--the standard Arby's throwback--although I had a choice of twelve different Slow Roasted Beef items. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). These fries were cooked right, not over or under fried. The Big Boy says, "Take a break from Mickey D's and give Arby's a shot."“

“We visited this Chick-fil-A today during the dinner rush. I was super impressed by the drive-thru service! An employee named Caleb was working the food delivery window and was literally running to cars to serve customers their order and keep the line moving. He did a great job and all of the food we ordered was correct. Thanks you for the great service!“

“My mother and I come here at least once a week, we love to grab the pretzel dogs after doing our weekly shopping! One of the girls named Leila is always very attentive and helpful, and makes the experience enjoyable everytime we visit! She even recommended some amazing sauces to try with our pretzels, which were amazing. Sometimes they have another young lady named Ava handing out samples, and she always has a smile on her face and is more than happy to offer samples to anyone and everyone! She is an absolute joy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend this location. I look forward to visiting this location everytime I shop at this Walmart!“

“Since it was past 8pm already and my family came from an event in Cocoa area, we were tired and hungry so we decided to just grab some sandwiches from one of our favourite sandwich houses, Subway.

So along the way I was ordering for take-out - our footlong sub sandwiches through my mobile app and I wanted to use the expiring coupon which is BOGO deals for 50% on footlong sub which is perfect for a family of four. However, I didn't know what went wrong because I ended up paying the regular price for the regular deals. When I know for sure, I choose that particular coupon - I don't know what seemed to be the problem with the app that time...I only realized that after reviewing the official receipt when we got home. Tired and hungry :-(

Nevertheless, we still love Subway, I just need to be extra careful in using these discounted deals and coupons.“

“Bubbakoos is usually my go‑to because the food is consistently really good. I’ve never had an issue with most of their menu items, but I do feel like the shrimp can sometimes be a little slimy, which makes it pretty unappealing. Everything else tends to hit the spot, though.

As for the staff, most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. But there have been a few visits where some of the female staff members came off a bit rude for no reason. I totally get that working in customer service can be stressful and that customers can be difficult, but not everyone walks in with an attitude. If I come in smiling, greeting you, and asking how your day is going, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same basic courtesy back. If I were being rude, I’d understand the energy being matched — but when I’m not, it definitely throws off the experience.

Overall, the food is good and I still enjoy going, but I do think the customer service could be more consistent.“

In 1995, Brian Wheeler—at the time, just a taco-loving college student—borrowed some money from his dad to open the first Tijuana Flats in Winter Park, Florida. It has since grown to 123 locations in four states, three of them in the Melbourne area. In addition to their quick casual food, they have a large assortment of fun hot sauces of varying intensities you can sample at the hot sauce bar. Find one you can’t live without? “Food and service at this location were great! We ate on the front, outdoor patio - every table was pretty messy. The staff did wipe down a table for us VERY quickly (like I said - great service) when we asked. I feel like the whole front patio needs to be power washed and probably fairly frequently. This is the only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars for atmosphere. There's a great crew with great attitudes there - I'm confident they'll step up their patio game if they see this review.“

“Petra Chamers/ charming should be given a raise and promoted. Excellent customer service. We went in for three cheese steaks that you guys unfortunately do not have but look forward to it. However Petra explain the difference between Italian beef dip and the Swiss beef dip. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. We ended up spending $70 on 5 meals and some jalapeño poppers. “Ordered a sub through the Jersey mikes app and it was subcontracted to DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sub never made it to me. The doordasher had an incorrect address on his end, so he delivered the sub to the wrong address. I texted asking if it was delivered (doing no-contact deliveries due to COVID-19) and he said yes. I hadn’t received it and that’s when he realized he had a different address. He drove back to the house he delivered it to, but the homeowner had already eaten it. He let me know what happened and spoke with DoorDash about it but I never heard back from him or from DoorDash about a refund or another sub. Called Jersey Mikes on Palm Bay road and had the pleasure of speaking to Megan, one of the owners. She refunded me my money, and had Douglas, after he got off work, deliver a new sub to my door with 2 cookies! Thank you so much for fixing a mistake that wasn’t made on your end! As someone who works long hours at the hospital during this crazy time, I truly appreciate you guys going above and beyond to make a customer happy!“

“I recently visited this McDonald's location in Melbourne, Florida, and I was quite disappointed with the service. I experienced a very long wait time, and the staff did not seem prepared or attentive to the customers. I know there are much better McDonald's locations in the area with faster and more organized service, so I would suggest skipping this one.“

“I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day.
