“Was just looking for Mediterranean food near where I’m staying in Indian Harbour Beach and thought “how bad can it be? Mediterranean is always good.” Well, it was some of the most delicious gyros I’ve ever had. The hummus was incredible - thick, flavorful - it always seems to be so overly processed, but this was like she mashed it herself. She gave me so much food ! Everything was fresh, hot and soooooo tasty! And filling! And we will be back highly recommend!!“

Some days the curly fries come out piping hot and yummy; other times their room temperature and dry. If consistency cM be maintained, that'd make a huge difference.“

“Arby's, 2300 West New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida - 4- Stars (Fast Food Rating) Sometimes you just don't have time for a sit-down meal, and you are sick of burgers. One fast food place that occasionally gets overlooked is Arby's. It was founded back in 1964, but what blows my preconceived notions is how Arby's seems to have suddenly become an alternate fast-food (or as Arby's likes to refer to itself, Fast Crafted ®) reality alt fast. Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. This must reflect the Arby's Restaurant Group's stated brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences ™. I am not making this up. Robin even went out to the dining room to ask customers how their food tasted. WHAT? Imagine them doing THAT at the Golden Arches! I ordered the Classic Roast Beef--the standard Arby's throwback--although I had a choice of twelve different Slow Roasted Beef items. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). These fries were cooked right, not over or under fried. The Big Boy says, "Take a break from Mickey D's and give Arby's a shot."“

“My mother and I come here at least once a week, we love to grab the pretzel dogs after doing our weekly shopping! One of the girls named Leila is always very attentive and helpful, and makes the experience enjoyable everytime we visit! She even recommended some amazing sauces to try with our pretzels, which were amazing. Sometimes they have another young lady named Ava handing out samples, and she always has a smile on her face and is more than happy to offer samples to anyone and everyone! She is an absolute joy to talk to. 10/10 would recommend this location. I look forward to visiting this location everytime I shop at this Walmart!“

New Haven Avenue, Suite 103, Melbourne, Florida 32901 4-Stars (Chain Restaurant Rating) Amazingly, prior to this review I had never patronized a Tijuana Flats, although I have been seeing them around Central Florida for the past 20 or 30 years and would sometimes have vague malnoia that I might be missing out on something good. Tijuana Flats falls into an interesting category of not fast food and not sit down. In 1995, Brian Wheeler—at the time, just a taco-loving college student—borrowed some money from his dad to open the first Tijuana Flats in Winter Park, Florida. It has since grown to 123 locations in four states, three of them in the Melbourne area. In addition to their quick casual food, they have a large assortment of fun hot sauces of varying intensities you can sample at the hot sauce bar. Find one you can’t live without? You can purchase one or more bottles to bring home some heat and spice up your life. Jovi is our food facilitator, and she is wonderfully charming and helpful. If you are tired of burgers and want some exciting great tasting food, I’d advise you to try the following: Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl with well-seasoned sauteed shrimp, cilantro lime rice (cooked correctly), black beans, poblano peppers and onions, corn salsa, garlic lime sauce, guac, queso fresco, cilantro cabbage and pickled red onions. A truly delightful offering. Cheesy Steak Flautas, two lightly fried tortillas with marinated steak, fajita pepper and onions, garlic lime sauce and cheese. “Bubbakoos is usually my go‑to because the food is consistently really good. I’ve never had an issue with most of their menu items, but I do feel like the shrimp can sometimes be a little slimy, which makes it pretty unappealing. Everything else tends to hit the spot, though.

As for the staff, most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. But there have been a few visits where some of the female staff members came off a bit rude for no reason. I totally get that working in customer service can be stressful and that customers can be difficult, but not everyone walks in with an attitude. If I come in smiling, greeting you, and asking how your day is going, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same basic courtesy back. If I were being rude, I’d understand the energy being matched — but when I’m not, it definitely throws off the experience.

Overall, the food is good and I still enjoy going, but I do think the customer service could be more consistent.“

“Petra Chamers/ charming should be given a raise and promoted. Excellent customer service. We went in for three cheese steaks that you guys unfortunately do not have but look forward to it. However Petra explain the difference between Italian beef dip and the Swiss beef dip. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. We ended up spending $70 on 5 meals and some jalapeño poppers. “I used the drive through usually. I've been going almost ever Monday for the past two months. The girls in the Drive through are superb. Great attitude and customer service, very competent, accurate with the order, no attitudes.

Ladies, you are doing a great job. I come around 5:30pm usually, so whichever staff is working those shifts. You rock. Don't stop being awesome. Great customer service is hard to come by. It's really refreshing to see especially young people bringing their A game.

“I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. I just want to make that clear as I know she still works there and this isn't the only Jimmy John's that has had this issue. In any event, the staff is great.“

“I wasn't always a fan of Subway. Recently I've been eating them do to being a diet and their bowls are great. Until my recent order tonight. I've spent a lot of money in the last few months. All my orders have been $60 tops. With two kids and spouse. Well the bowl I got had 5 pieces of meat and missing most of the toppings I requested. So I paid $13 for a few pieces of meat and some lettuce. I'm very disappointed 😞 Think I will take my business back to Jersey Mike's.“

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken, 190 E. Eau Gallie Blvd., Indian Harbor Beach, FL 32937 You 4 Stars (chain restaurant review) Instead of going for a quick Burger or Taco, why not mix it up a bit and head over to your local KKC and change up the routine? Yes, I said KKC, not KFC. The one my random name generator directed me to in Indian Harbor Beach, FL, is 1 of over 2,700 locations across 47 of these United States and some in Malaysia and American Samoa, mainly in convenience stores and gas stations. This one beachside is super clean and, well, beachside. As I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted by Ryan. He is the counter specialist and cook as well. Ryan has a fetching personality and was exceedingly helpful as we placed our order. I ordered some Honey Biscuits, Fried Shrimp, Fried Fish and some Cajun Chicken Tenders. Ryan excused himself to the kitchen while we sat and snapped a few pictures of the place. As I said, it is clean enough to pass any white glove test. I thought it would be nice if the tables had a virginal to pass the time when Ryan indicated our order was up. If a place is advertising hand-breaded chicken, their biscuits better not be the Sysco plug-n-play variety and these weren't. They were obviously made to order and outstanding on the palate. Baked to a perfect golden brown, these were warm, flaky and drizzled in honey. I would rate the biscuits at 4.5 Stars and these are worth the trip all by themselves. They would also make a great after-school/work/errand snack. Next, I took a sampling of the Fried Shrimp. This was nothing to write home about but nothing to scoff at either. The shrimp were of a good size and deep fried to a pleasing color, just missing a little "oomph" to push them over a slightly above-average rating of 3 Stars. Moving on, I set my peepers on the Fried Fish. If the Fried Shrimp was slightly above average, the Fried Fish was slightly below. The Fish had an ever so light fishy taste and as we all know, it shouldn't. The Fried Fish, by itself, would have a meager 2-star rating. This brings me to the final item in my order, the Cajun Chicken Tenders. I went with the 6 PCs, which is a good thing I did as they weren't long for the table! How could you go wrong with hand-breaded breast tenders in a savory coating with tasty dipping sauces? The Tenders were deep fried to a model color and doneness that would make Gordon Ramsay say, "Now, that's an Effin' chicken tender!" If I were just rating the Tenders, this would be a 4.5 Star review all day, every day. As it is, I'm sticking with the 4 Star until they get fresher fish.
