“Today was my first visit to Flying Burro. I was not dissapointed. I had done my homework checking Mexican retaurants nearby, menu offerings and customer reviews. Flying Burro seemed a popular choice. The Tuesday special seemed too good to believe. I ordered it with crunchy shell and ground beef. Three tacos with plenty of cheese, lettuce and tomato and more ground beef than I've ever seen in my tacos. What a fantastic deal for such a quality meal. I've already told a half-dozen friends today about Flying Burro plus I brought home six menus to spread the word in my condo village clubhouse. A big thumbs-up to the FB crew.“

“Bubbakoos is usually my go‑to because the food is consistently really good. I’ve never had an issue with most of their menu items, but I do feel like the shrimp can sometimes be a little slimy, which makes it pretty unappealing. Everything else tends to hit the spot, though.

As for the staff, most of the time they’re friendly and helpful. But there have been a few visits where some of the female staff members came off a bit rude for no reason. I totally get that working in customer service can be stressful and that customers can be difficult, but not everyone walks in with an attitude. If I come in smiling, greeting you, and asking how your day is going, I don’t think it’s too much to expect the same basic courtesy back. If I were being rude, I’d understand the energy being matched — but when I’m not, it definitely throws off the experience.

“Arby's is our go-to fast food in Palm Bay. The service is great, the restaurant is clean, and there's a great variety of food, all delicious. There's a wide variety of menu selections, not just roast beef. There's chicken sandwiches, Reubens, fish sandwiches, french dips, ham and cheese, and on and on. The place is obviously well managed. Service is FAST, unlike many other restaurants in the area. The special deals that they offer are extremely budget friendly.“

“Since it was past 8pm already and my family came from an event in Cocoa area, we were tired and hungry so we decided to just grab some sandwiches from one of our favourite sandwich houses, Subway.

So along the way I was ordering for take-out - our footlong sub sandwiches through my mobile app and I wanted to use the expiring coupon which is BOGO deals for 50% on footlong sub which is perfect for a family of four. However, I didn't know what went wrong because I ended up paying the regular price for the regular deals. When I know for sure, I choose that particular coupon - I don't know what seemed to be the problem with the app that time...I only realized that after reviewing the official receipt when we got home. Tired and hungry :-(

“Arby's, 2300 West New Haven Avenue, West Melbourne, Florida - 4- Stars (Fast Food Rating) Sometimes you just don't have time for a sit-down meal, and you are sick of burgers. One fast food place that occasionally gets overlooked is Arby's. It was founded back in 1964, but what blows my preconceived notions is how Arby's seems to have suddenly become an alternate fast-food (or as Arby's likes to refer to itself, Fast Crafted ®) reality alt fast. Claiming to be the second-largest sandwich restaurant in the world with over 3,500 locations in nine countries, the menu is no longer just roast beef. In fact, Arby's states that it "celebrates the art of Meatcraft® with a variety of high-quality proteins and innovative crave-able sides." Indeed, the menu has expanded greatly. There is a full menu of what appears to be healthier options as well as a wide range of cheat foods. This is not your grandmothers Arby's. Robin is the counter help. She is a wizened veteran of the restaurant business and has an amazing personality for the level she is working here. This must reflect the Arby's Restaurant Group's stated brand purpose of Inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences ™. I am not making this up. Robin even went out to the dining room to ask customers how their food tasted. WHAT? Imagine them doing THAT at the Golden Arches! I ordered the Classic Roast Beef--the standard Arby's throwback--although I had a choice of twelve different Slow Roasted Beef items. Tasty morsels of processed beef product with the accurate flavoring. Next, I tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon, which had fresh lettuce and tomato and looked and tasted good. Currently, due to a turkey shortage, you can only get this sandwich in one of their stores, not online. Last, an order of the Crinkle Fries (although the Curly Fries looked good too). These fries were cooked right, not over or under fried. The Big Boy says, "Take a break from Mickey D's and give Arby's a shot."“

“Very nice, chill atmosphere. Was visiting with my husband on a trip to see family. Met some sweet, friendly workers there & have stopped here twice. It's been very clean inside, utensils organized, & has even a fun play center for kids to play. Good food costs. Tijuana Flats falls into an interesting category of not fast food and not sit down. In 1995, Brian Wheeler—at the time, just a taco-loving college student—borrowed some money from his dad to open the first Tijuana Flats in Winter Park, Florida. It has since grown to 123 locations in four states, three of them in the Melbourne area. In addition to their quick casual food, they have a large assortment of fun hot sauces of varying intensities you can sample at the hot sauce bar. Find one you can’t live without? You can purchase one or more bottles to bring home some heat and spice up your life. Jovi is our food facilitator, and she is wonderfully charming and helpful. If you are tired of burgers and want some exciting great tasting food, I’d advise you to try the following: Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl with well-seasoned sauteed shrimp, cilantro lime rice (cooked correctly), black beans, poblano peppers and onions, corn salsa, garlic lime sauce, guac, queso fresco, cilantro cabbage and pickled red onions. “Ordered a sub through the Jersey mikes app and it was subcontracted to DoorDash. Unfortunately, my sub never made it to me. The doordasher had an incorrect address on his end, so he delivered the sub to the wrong address. I texted asking if it was delivered (doing no-contact deliveries due to COVID-19) and he said yes. I hadn’t received it and that’s when he realized he had a different address. He drove back to the house he delivered it to, but the homeowner had already eaten it. He let me know what happened and spoke with DoorDash about it but I never heard back from him or from DoorDash about a refund or another sub. Called Jersey Mikes on Palm Bay road and had the pleasure of speaking to Megan, one of the owners. She refunded me my money, and had Douglas, after he got off work, deliver a new sub to my door with 2 cookies! Thank you so much for fixing a mistake that wasn’t made on your end! As someone who works long hours at the hospital during this crazy time, I truly appreciate you guys going above and beyond to make a customer happy!“

The staff are always friendly, smiling, and very welcoming.The Establishment is always spotless and our subs are made to perfection. Tonight my husband accidentally ordered our nine-year-old daughter a spicy meatball sub instead of her favorite and regular meatball that she has every time and it was just too much for her to eat. I decided to drive back and get her the correct sub but was concerned because of the time and being so close to closing. I work in the service industry myself and I did not want to be that person walking in the door at five minutes to close lol. I decided to call and place the order ahead on my drive there and Alissa answered the phone to help me and she was just absolutely the sweetest. She listened to me explain what had happened and told me not to worry and that she would make me a new sub for my daughter and it would be ready for me when I got there and she did just that. “I eat here frequently. Hayden is the best manager as he was quick to fix a mistake that was made. I keep forgetting to send a letter to his boss and the general manager. He has excellent costumer service and difused a situation that could have exculated when a mistake was made on the price of my order. He ensures that I receive a copy of the receipt that shows what I pay for and that his staff understands why it is important to me. I know I can be a bit of a pain about the receipt but I truly appreciate the understanding. It's a glitch with Jimmy John's practices that should be changed and not the fault of the one who rang me up that day. I just want to make that clear as I know she still works there and this isn't the only Jimmy John's that has had this issue. In any event, the staff is great.“

“Krispy Krunchy Chicken, 190 E. Eau Gallie Blvd., Indian Harbor Beach, FL 32937 You 4 Stars (chain restaurant review) Instead of going for a quick Burger or Taco, why not mix it up a bit and head over to your local KKC and change up the routine? Yes, I said KKC, not KFC. The one my random name generator directed me to in Indian Harbor Beach, FL, is 1 of over 2,700 locations across 47 of these United States and some in Malaysia and American Samoa, mainly in convenience stores and gas stations. This one beachside is super clean and, well, beachside. As I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted by Ryan. He is the counter specialist and cook as well. Ryan has a fetching personality and was exceedingly helpful as we placed our order. I ordered some Honey Biscuits, Fried Shrimp, Fried Fish and some Cajun Chicken Tenders. Ryan excused himself to the kitchen while we sat and snapped a few pictures of the place. As I said, it is clean enough to pass any white glove test. I thought it would be nice if the tables had a virginal to pass the time when Ryan indicated our order was up. If a place is advertising hand-breaded chicken, their biscuits better not be the Sysco plug-n-play variety and these weren't. They were obviously made to order and outstanding on the palate. Baked to a perfect golden brown, these were warm, flaky and drizzled in honey. I would rate the biscuits at 4.5 Stars and these are worth the trip all by themselves. They would also make a great after-school/work/errand snack. Next, I took a sampling of the Fried Shrimp. This was nothing to write home about but nothing to scoff at either. The shrimp were of a good size and deep fried to a pleasing color, just missing a little "oomph" to push them over a slightly above-average rating of 3 Stars. Moving on, I set my peepers on the Fried Fish. If the Fried Shrimp was slightly above average, the Fried Fish was slightly below. The Fish had an ever so light fishy taste and as we all know, it shouldn't. The Fried Fish, by itself, would have a meager 2-star rating. This brings me to the final item in my order, the Cajun Chicken Tenders. I went with the 6 PCs, which is a good thing I did as they weren't long for the table! How could you go wrong with hand-breaded breast tenders in a savory coating with tasty dipping sauces? The Tenders were deep fried to a model color and doneness that would make Gordon Ramsay say, "Now, that's an Effin' chicken tender!" If I were just rating the Tenders, this would be a 4.5 Star review all day, every day. As it is, I'm sticking with the 4 Star until they get fresher fish. The Big Boy says, "You know you want some, so just give in and go."“
