“From farm to table.
Expect a wait when you see this sign. It takes time to put meals together when nothing is prepackaged. Even the craft cocktails can take 3-5 minutes, so for a 4-top please just have patience. You'll enjoy it when it reaches your table.
Fresh for your enjoyment. We had the bean Soup and a burger. Both were quite tasty.
Large groups seated nearby had plenty of entree options to choose from and share with each other.
Deserts were offered, but we declined.

Not many tables, it might hold 70 people total.
We got there late, no problem getting a seat, service was slow, but wasn't a problem for us. I think they were short-handed, what's new? That's everywhere you go.
Suggestion, don't try this place for dinner & a show night, cause I don't think choosing this place you'd make the show. I feel spending time here would be at least 2 1/2 hours.

“Perfectly clean jernt, but I'm more of an 1927 hotel ambiance guy. So, my first experience there tonight. I asked for a glass of Chianti. They didn't have it. OK. A glass of French Pinot Noir. They didn't have it. They had lots of California, and a Russian River - also from California. They charming bartender, Taylor was feeling a little, maybe, embarrassed. She gave me a taste of something, but it was a no go. So, I gave up. "OK. Just give me a glass of lemonade". She giggled. They didn't have that either. I settled for water, ordered a snack. After a while, Taylor gave me a sample of the Cote Du Rhone. That was good. Almost like Chianti. Went with that. So, was a fine experience, with a great staff, and an over all great experience thanks to Taylor and staff and good prices, good snack. It might be delightful for them to get a French Pinot Noir or an Italian Classico Chianti, but..... I guess I have unpopular taste. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.“

“We visited this restaurant for the first time and were very spontaneous. We were looking for a fish restaurant and found a really good one. I loved the fried lobster and the fantastic oysters. Really recommended. The ambience and service were excellent. Everything was perfect for me, until dessert. First, the size was more suitable for two to three people than for one person, and second, the taste was not satisfactory. I ordered a cheesecake, but what I received was more of a cream cake. Maybe I'm spoiled in this regard, but I really can't recommend choosing a dessert there. I would definitely order the starter and main course again.“

“So very disappointed. Haven’t been there in two years due to Covid. In the past I ordered fish and chips at every visit as well as the clam chowder. The soup was terrific but the meal was underwhelming. Now instead of good size pieces of cod they are serving three fish sticks… awful. Change the menu.. instead of fish and chips it should be “fish sticks and chips“. I don’t think we’ll go back.“

“We had the most FANTASTIC meal at La Pescheria tonight! we were lucky enough to have one of the owners to be our Waiter.....Francesca(sp?) was a wonderful host! Not only did he suggest some amazing and delicious Apps and Entrees, but his kindness made us feel like we were family......He sent over some freshly deep fried Zucchini that was so hot and delicious. I ordered the Special that was a version of Futta Di Mare, but with a Lobster tail on top.....I've had Frutta Di Mare all over the world, including Italy and this was the best, hands down.....Their home-made pasta was spot on! Definitely go back! And you SHOULD make this a MUST STOP if you're ever in Naples!!“

“We had a superb dinner on a Monday night. Hostess Sylvia performed a magic trick and got us a four-top right near the front entrance. Server Danielle was prompt and friendly with a great smile. GM Leanna stopped by just to check-in. They have a new location opening nearby soon! Hey, lots of establishments serve great food. But it’s the ambiance and service that garner my attention and praise. OP, you hit a home run that night.“

“The restaurant was packed on Wednesday after Easter... our server did a really great job while waiting on several tables. App was very good (calamari) it was quite refreshing. The snapper was also very tasty and quite a big portion. Both items are on the new spring menu.“

“We sat outside on a warm evening in February. Our server was friendly, efficient and did not rush us at all despite being busy. We were having a visit with my Nephew who I don’t see often. The food was good, especially the coleslaw. Prices were not cheap but we’re finding that everywhere. Had Grouper and fries but would get something different next time.

Parking: Small parking lot for plaza. We were fortunate to get a spot. It was crowded.“

The food was outstanding - lobster bisque and the chefs grouper specialty. Topped off with delicious key lime pie. Our server was wonderful and the manager went above and beyond for us. “I am from New England came here to get fried clams and steamers loved them perfectly cooked so I really enjoyed this place the 1st time went last night ordered steamers delicious also got the fried whole fried clams it was awful o hate to say the fried clams had no belly and the only thing I could taste was the breading no clams in there the nice waitress talked to the cook and he said they are always small if that is the case why was the steamers very good size very disappointed and will not go back“

“We last ate at USS Nemo when we holidayed in Naples in December 2015. I can remember the meal well because the flavours were fantastic. We dined there again recently and I had the same dish - Tuna East style, a truly fabulous explosion of flavours and a perfectly cooked medium-rare piece of tuna. Hubby enjoyed his Tuna West style. We shared a crème brûlée which was delicious, great crunchy topping and a lovely textured and flavoured crème. Great service again too even though the restaurant was very busy.“

“Deep Sixing the Deep Lagoon! This was the Casey Key location!! Had dinner here tonight 4/7/2025, and was terribly disappointed in the kitchen service and the food. When we arrived, we were told that our party was already seated and where. The hostess did not take us to the table, but rather went back to " playing " on her cell phone while we walked to the back room to find our party. Our server was very nice but overwhelmed, as she had 4 large parties to handle in addition to our table of 4. My soup came out cold, I returned it, and waited over 15 minutes before I was able to flag down our server to get me a new soup. The new one brought was lukewarm at best. Dinners were brought out piecemeal. Only two arrived, and the were lukewarm, the hollandaise sauce on my husband's entree was congealed, so we knew it had been sitting for a while. Because we waited over 45 minutes for our meals, my companions decided to eat. My salad consisted on a small piece of blackened Mahi- Mahi( cold) which was placed upon 7 large Romaine leaves. They were not cut in any way, just put on the plate, with the cherry tomatoes, and other things around the plate. I called the Waitress over, told her this was unacceptable for $29, and requested just a side salad. She was very accommodating, and apologized profusely, even taking the fish off the bill, and giving it to me on the side. ( I didn't eat it, as it didn't taste fresh). Unfortunately, there are too many other restaurants in the Sarasota area that compete for my money. We won't be giving Deep Lagoon another chance. Beverly Gruensfelder“
