“We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach. Thanks Snappers we will be back!“

“Nice restaurant by the sea. We ate on the terrace (it was sports day on TV so perhaps it was a little too loud for us!). We took seafood dishes with shrimp...the ones with coconut were excellent. Average sweet. Very good side dishes.

However, it was the curry shrimp+rice and the ceviche that were the show stoppers. The curry sauce was absolutely incredible! And the trio of ceviche were so unique and delicious. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I took my family here on Tuesday after seeing their Tuesday crab special. The food was really good! I got the special. 1lb of snow crab, slaw, and potatoes for $25 and it was $20 for each additional lb after that. I think it was up to 3 additional lbs. The shrimp skewers were also really good. My wife had the chicken pasta and said it was really good. My 2 kids were pretty satisfied with their meals, too. Our server was very nice and knew a lot about the menu and items on it. Keitston B was her name. Very nice lady.“

“We were disappointed Monday...... they were out of coconut shrimp, the fish special, and their normal French fries. Although we mentioned how bad the French fries were to the waitress, no substitute was offered. We also had to stop another waitress to get drink refills. I emailed the restaurant, but no response. The wharf is our go-to restaurant at St Pete Beach..... the fried shrimp and fish basket were very good, but we were surprised at the food they were out of at 6:30 at night.“

“A group of us girls came to visit Largo/Indian Rocks Beach two weeks after hurricane Milton which was right after hurricane Helene. We were worried about businesses being open after all the damage but we were really pleasantly surprised. Beach Waves had excellent food - hot, fresh, tasty and cold drinks. Sara, our bartender on a Saturday afternoon, was great! The locals are hospitable and friendly. 10/10 would highly recommend!“

“Hubby and I stopped today with our grandchildren (5 & 9). Our first visit but we will return when in the area. We sat outside and Jason was our server, he was very attentive. He was knowledgeable regarding the menu and made recommendations when asked.
First of all they have a good children's menu (not just mac & cheese or hotdogs, like many places) and it is very fairly priced... maybe add a kid sized drink choice and it wouldbeperfect. Hubby had the Philly and I had the Oyster Po Boy... mine was on the special menu. They were both very good... they have awesome rolls. The cole slaw and fries were excellent.
The children got a big kick out of signing and hanging a dollar bill.“

“Had a wonderful time tonight while we were there. We were greeted with a smile and taken to a table almost immediately. The atmosphere was great and a bowl of water for our dogs was brought to the table. Our severs name was Kenny and she was fantastic. She recommended a drink called The Painkiller. Totally loved that drink. I ordered the oysters and was surprised by the size of them. Very good and filling. Kenny was fun to talk to and happy to be around. She definitely made our first stop in the area a pleasant and memorable one. Thank you Kenny.“

“I just tried their lobster salad roll last weekend while we were staying at the beach for a couple nights. I was going back to our room from the beach and it was over 100 degrees out, the kids were grumpy and I just wanted a lobster roll. It was delicious! The staff was so friendly, and even gave me a sample of their slushy drink (mix the lemonade and strawberry açaí 😉) and it was SO refreshing. I’ll definitely have to visit every time we are in town.“
