“4 of 5 Star review Came to Florida for my bachelorette trip and chose this place as the place I wanted to have a “nice dinner.” We had a reservation at 8pm. The bar messed up 2 of our 5 drinks, which the waitress had remade and apologized saying the got a rush. All the food (conch platter, seafood pasta, crab legs, 4oz filet, and fresh vegetable pasta) was yummy and came old hot and well seasoned, though the steak was overcooked (ordered medium) Would have been 5 stars, but our waitress took 40 minutes to simply get us our checks and run our cards😅“

“We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach. Thanks Snappers we will be back!“

“It's been 4 years since we've eaten at Dockside Dave's, and I still think of their food! A friend of 50 years, used to live in St. Petersburg years and years ago. When we told her we going to Madeira Beach, she said you have to go to Dockside Dave's. Needless to say, we ate there every night. I wish we had one in Oklahoma!“

However, it was the curry shrimp+rice and the ceviche that were the show stoppers. The curry sauce was absolutely incredible! And the trio of ceviche were so unique and delicious. “Highly recommend this awesome local spot! The service was great, the food was amazing, and the prices were incredibly fair. The trout was only $15.95 and absolutely delicious, and the Mezzo Mezzo pasta was just as amazing. The crab looked so good that I'm already wishing I'd ordered it, but I was craving pasta! It's not right on the beach, but it's definitely worth the visit. Don't judge a book by its cover. This place is a hidden gem!“

“Excellent restaurant on sand key! A must stop place. If you want a real treat, hit it up on Thursday for prime rib. If you want seafood their bacon wrapped scallops are pure delicious. No shortage of cocktails and a happy hour menu that is incredible. Excellent service. Of course… the view is unbelievable. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Just had lunch here, party of four, three of us had the corned beef and cabbage dinner it was excellent, trimmed perfectly and fork tender, served with carrots, potatoes and toasted garlic bread, great flavor! we all agreed it was one of the best we've had in this area , they may not be an Irish restaurant but they got it right!! Our servers were friendly and accommodating. This restaurant seats approximately 30 guests and has a family feel while dinning. I have recommended this little gem of a restaurant to many others and have always gotten positive feedback.“

“I love the Wharf, but I am frustrated that they stopped serving tater tots, because the fries they have now are horrible. They have no flavor and are soggy or over crunchy. Please bring back the tater tots or get some different fries to serve with the meals! I’m getting tired of eating slaw or paying an extra $8 for onion rings!!“

“We came on a Monday night around 7-ish and it wasnt packed. We got seated quickly, waitress was friendly, quick and attentive. My husband got the dozen raw oysters and he loved them. They were fresh, meaty, not paper thin, and he enjoyed them. I got the chicken alfrdo with a salad. The salad wasn't good in my opinion but this is a seafood place so I cant expect much on that. The chicken alfredo was good. It did start getting full and packed around 8 so we came at a great time. Overall would return.“

“My wife and I arrived on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025 at 2:30 and found the place empty except for an older couple (like us) sitting at the bar which we sat at as well. We were greeted by Kalen who was bartender/waiter and was happy to share the history of his family restaurant. We have been displaced New Englanders for close to ten years and know good seafood and UNTIL TODAY was convinced it was never going to be found in Florida! We ordered two beers after taste testing four or five of their micro brews. Ordered two Clam Chowders , a Clam Basket (with bellies, which are non-existent in Florida), and a Lobster Roll, (Maine Style, which means "cold") and one of their famous Maine Whoopie Pies all for under a hundred dollars! FLORIDA , IF YOU WANT TO TASTE WHAT REAL SEAFOOD SHOULD TASTE LIKE....THIS IS THE PLACE! It is not an easy place to find but we will be back with all our New England friends that is for sure!“
