She recommended some potato pancakes as a snack while we waited for our food & we were not disappointed. Our food came before we could even finish the appetizer. Everything was great & we will definitely be back.“

The food was beyond perfection, our guests raved about it during and after. We didn't want a traditional sit down or buffet, so we did station style. Having a diverse spread was unique to us and our guests and made us so happy. We couldn't have had a more perfect wedding and Arthur's played a major role in that. The organization was fantastic with communication, very informative and helped answer any questions/comments we had throughout the planning process. Service was fantastic, the food was awesome (the only complaint we had was that it wasn't as hot as we would have preferred), and the catering staff was on top of it. They were super helpful for all of our guests with food allergies both with dinner and dessert and executed our vision wonderfully.“

“I used Cathee Brady for a couples bridal shower. The presentation and quality of the food were beautiful and delicious! The hot crab dip was the hit of the party! Empanandas and a pretty, varied dessert platter really complemented our table. Cathee was very easy to communicate with and responded with great recommendations. And they deliver!! 😀 I highly recommend her for your event.“
“We selected Millenia catering company after a great initial experience with their Regional Director, Hannah. The tasting was seamless, the food stood out, and the overall operation appeared organized and professional. Based on that, we felt confident booking with them. As part of their process, we were assigned a care team assistant, Joanie, to manage logistics leading up to the event. Unfortunately, this part of the experience fell short. Key milestones, such as the three-month check-in, were missed and required us to initiate follow-up. Communication was often delayed, with responses taking several business days, and at times occurred at unusual hours, which made coordination more difficult. There were also instances of confusion around previously discussed details with Joanie. In one case, instead of contacting us directly for clarification about tables (after being provided a floor plan and having a meeting), she reached out to the venue with incorrect information. This created unnecessary stress close to the wedding date and required additional time to resolve. She also told us she would make note for them to bring cake cutting knives, but on the day of, they did not, which impacted planned photo moments. (If we had known not to trust her we would have taken the extra expense to buy our own.) Most importantly, we were explicit in the detail that we (the bride and groom) would eat last, to account for taking photos with each table of guests as they were released to get food from the buffet. At the event, the staff brought food to our sweetheart table first, resulting in food being in the background, on our table in every single photo. This is completely unacceptable given the multiple times we discussed this detail. That being said, the overall execution on the day of the event (outside of bringing food to the sweetheart table) was outstanding. Our catering captain, Skylar, and the entire onsite team were exceptional with guests. They were professional, extremely attentive, and highly organized. The service staff and chefs delivered an incredible experience, and the food exceeded expectations. It was a highlight of the reception, and we continue to receive compliments from guests. We were surprised there was no post-event follow-up from the company, as we would have gladly shared positive feedback about the onsite team. We hope we do them justice in these posted reviews (specifically Skylar, whom we hope will replace Joanie's role for future clients - she is talented in her organizational role). Overall, we would recommend this company for the quality of their food and event-day execution. However, based on our experience, we strongly suggest confirming who will be assigned as your care team assistant (request anyone but Joanie) and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the planning process.“

“Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

Gertrude's Kitchen prepared a Great Memorial Day spread with BBq ribs, chicken, burgers and Mac and Cheese.The food was AMAZING! Everything was neatly packed and delivered. They were so thoughtful to include packets of condiments and an assortment of sauces that weren't even needed. I appreciate their service, professionalism (The Food was AMAZING) and will be using them again. “We just used Bless My Soul for our wedding a week ago and they did not disappoint. They traveled from Orlando to Jacksonville for our event because they were better than all our local options. We got to meet with Antionae a couple months back to try a sample of our menu and I knew before even trying the food that I wanted to work with her. She was so nice, but also honest and real. She gave me a fair price and was so easy to work with. She was polite and professional and really seemed to have everything in order. And the food was delicious, of course. I hope we get to work together again in the future.“

“I have been coming here for years since it’s close to my office and it is a hidden gem! The food tastes very fresh and everything is delicious. The staff is friendly. Definitely check it out. The lobster bisque, the café club, and the southwest chicken salad are particularly delicious. Also try the honey butter on their fresh bread! So good!!!“

“I can't say enough good things about this company. The food is delicious and healthy, and just as importantly, the chef and his wife are so kind and helpful. They have given me extra time with my family and allow me to stay on track by doing my meal prepping for me. The turkey tacos, blackened chicken, and turkey meatballs are my all time favorites!
