“Tabletop Catering was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. As one of Bella Cosa's preferred vendors, we knew we were in good hands, but they still managed to exceed every expectation we had.
The food was exceptional — we lost count of how many guests told us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Tabletop went above and beyond in every way, even surprising me with an espresso martini tower that our guests are still talking about.
Their bartenders were incredible as well, not just skilled but genuinely personable — several guests commented on how warm and friendly they were all night. At the very end of the night, even though they were technically wrapping up service, they made a point of checking in to make sure my husband Tyler and I were hydrated after hours of celebrating. That kind of care didn't go unnoticed.
They also set up a to-go taco station upstairs for our wedding party at the end of the night, which was 10/10 amazing and the perfect way to close out the evening.

“Yum, Yum, Yum! I was invited to lunch at Papa Diesel's Restaurant on my visit to Apopka, FL. From the moment I entered the restaurant, the entire experience was a treat. A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). Needless to say, the sausage, chicken, and sides all met with the same flavorful standards. Ending my meal with a dessert, I enjoyed the peach cobbler and shared a nibble of key lime cake with my date. It was an enjoyable afternoon, sharing special time with loved ones in a loving environment, dining on food prepared by Papa Diesel, who loves to cook for folks, and making them feel at home!“

“We selected Millenia catering company after a great initial experience with their Regional Director, Hannah. The tasting was seamless, the food stood out, and the overall operation appeared organized and professional. Based on that, we felt confident booking with them. As part of their process, we were assigned a care team assistant, Joanie, to manage logistics leading up to the event. Unfortunately, this part of the experience fell short. Key milestones, such as the three-month check-in, were missed and required us to initiate follow-up. Communication was often delayed, with responses taking several business days, and at times occurred at unusual hours, which made coordination more difficult. There were also instances of confusion around previously discussed details with Joanie. In one case, instead of contacting us directly for clarification about tables (after being provided a floor plan and having a meeting), she reached out to the venue with incorrect information. This created unnecessary stress close to the wedding date and required additional time to resolve. She also told us she would make note for them to bring cake cutting knives, but on the day of, they did not, which impacted planned photo moments. (If we had known not to trust her we would have taken the extra expense to buy our own.) Most importantly, we were explicit in the detail that we (the bride and groom) would eat last, to account for taking photos with each table of guests as they were released to get food from the buffet. At the event, the staff brought food to our sweetheart table first, resulting in food being in the background, on our table in every single photo. This is completely unacceptable given the multiple times we discussed this detail. That being said, the overall execution on the day of the event (outside of bringing food to the sweetheart table) was outstanding. Our catering captain, Skylar, and the entire onsite team were exceptional with guests. They were professional, extremely attentive, and highly organized. The service staff and chefs delivered an incredible experience, and the food exceeded expectations. It was a highlight of the reception, and we continue to receive compliments from guests. We were surprised there was no post-event follow-up from the company, as we would have gladly shared positive feedback about the onsite team. We hope we do them justice in these posted reviews (specifically Skylar, whom we hope will replace Joanie's role for future clients - she is talented in her organizational role). Overall, we would recommend this company for the quality of their food and event-day execution. However, based on our experience, we strongly suggest confirming who will be assigned as your care team assistant (request anyone but Joanie) and ensuring clear, timely communication throughout the planning process.“

“AWESOME experience from the first phone call to the final goodbye! These ladies are knowledgable, organized, and professional. The decor was lovely, space clean, and reasonably priced. The food was DELICIOUS! Buttermilk fried chicken, BBQ pork sliders w/coleslaw, mac n cheese, string beans with turkey, and a garden salad. When the guests go back for whole plates of mac n cheese, you know it is better than good. The parking is tricky but we managed. The only thing I would recommend is adding dinner rolls as part of the menu. This arrangement was done over the phone, sight unseen but Dominque's warmth and professionalism made me take the chance. “4Rivers catering is exceptional! We have used them several times, but most recently they catered a large, fancy birthday party for us. When they catered our wedding and rehearsal dinner I didn’t get to see their day of organization. But for our party I watched their implementation in action and it was flawless. They are a well-oiled, unified machine. Sarah was a delight to work with throughout the entire planning process. She repeatedly went above and beyond to help me with the details of our event. She was extremely organized and responsive. I trusted her completely. But the day of our party, she somehow transferred all of those little details into every member of her team. They each knew exactly what to do and understood my vision perfectly, while at the same time they were humble, attentive, and helpful. Any time I spoke to one of the crew members, the others would all lean in eagerly and listen cheerfully to any directions I had. They were quick to respond and very detail oriented. Any time they saw me looking for someone, within minutes a crew member was by my side asking how they could help. All of the food displays were elevated and elegant. It was leagues beyond typical BBQ. The food was delicious but also sophisticated, clever, and fun. The way they styled the layouts were beautiful and classy. Everything was perfect for our party. I could not have asked for anything better. Our guests repeatedly commented on the excellent food and service. The food was everything I hoped for, but the service of the crew exceeded anything I could have dreamed. They made sure I was enjoying the event too.
