Service and food was fantastic but it took long for us to get our food and our orders didn’t come out at the same time. My one cousin waited about 20 min after we got our meat before they got theirs, could have been a mistake. Pub vibes but with elevated food. Apps were VERY filling could have been main meals. Beer & drinks list was extensive with something for everyone.“

It was sweet but tasty and I asked if it had alcohol (I don’t really drink) and the server said it was non-alcoholic because he noticed I ordered a Diet Coke and not alcohol. “My husband and I went to dinner tonight with another couple. We used to go to the old Outback all the time and it was always good but the few times we were at the new one the service was terrible. We decided to go tonight and give it another try. We had read terrible reviews on Facebook. It did not start up too good, We had a few minor problems at the salads. When the entrees Came, my steak was raw. I asked them to cook it a little more. They took a back and brought it to the right temperature, but when I cut it and tried to chew it, I could not chew it, it was all fat. This is where the problems started. I asked for a manager, and I got a key holder person. I asked her if she could make me a new filet And she explained to me that I would have to wait for the party of 19 people to have their food cooked first. I tried to explain In my party was done and I hadn’t gotten my food Corrected yet. She said she would not charge me for my dinner But she couldn’t make a new one unless I waited for the party of 19 to be fed. I was so mad. I split my friend’s chicken And again I asked the hostess If there was anyone above the key employee. She went in the back and got me the manager, Lauren, who was absolutely delightful. She apologized and said that should never happen. She said they are working so hard to try to straighten out this location and get the business that they used to have at the old Outback. She took care of our dinners and also brought us desserts. She then gave us gift cards to come back and give them another try. I will definitely be going back to give them another try because I want to see them succeed! Lauren knows about the negative fb comments and complaints but I believe she can fix the problems and is very willing to make this Outback into a great restaurant! Great job Lauren!“
“Our new favorite place when we come down to Florida. First time at this location though. Food has always been good. We each had French onion soup (the best one I’ve ever had), we split the chicken bites from the appetizer menu, the NY steak, Mac and cheese and Caesar salad. Everything was really good, except the Mac and cheese that was pretty dry. We talked to the server and she brought us a new one and it was like we had before: really good Mac and cheese (nice and cheesy).We also had a chocolate stampede to celebrate my bday and it was sooooo good! “I recently dined at Matthew's for a large group dinner. We were pleasantly surprised as guests that they were able to accommodate a group of almost 30 people!! The restaurant is reservations only as well. Parking at the restaurant was a little tricky. There are available lots and garages, but we happen to come the same day as another event downtown, which made finding a place to park a tad bit more difficult. No valet was offered either. Based on other reviews, I think this was more of a unique experience, even members of our party mentioned that parking isn't usually that bad. Upon arriving and getting initial drinks and apps the servers were very good! Because of our party size, we had multiple servers assisting us. They were very kind and welcoming. The restaurant itself is smaller, but has a cozy feel to it! We had to preselect our entree prior to the event, but we noticed that the entrees were not confirmed with anyone, and those of us that ordered steak, were never asked what temperature we wanted it cooked at. I personally prefer my steaks more well, and when my (very little) steak came out it was charred on the outside but rare on the inside. A lot of people in the group got the steak, and each steak was cooked differently. There was little consistency on size and the temperature (rare, medium, or well) of the steaks being served. It took sending it back multiple times to get it cooked appropriately, but the servers and manager were very patient and understanding to those of us who had to send our steaks back to get refired. I know it would have been a little more work upfront, but had the servers come to confirm everyone's entrees and the temperature they wanted their steaks at, this easily could have been avoided and would have made the dining experience much more enjoyable. The food was really good (once everything was cooked more appropriately)! Portions were on the smaller side, but everything we had was tasty!! I think one of my favorite things of the meal was the garlic butter that was served with the steak, truly so yummy!! Overall our experience was fairly good and I would consider coming back again!“
“I love Longhorn Steakhouse. I was driving home and didn't want to fight the traffic, so i pulled into the Longhorns in Windermere Florida. As expected for this area of Florida, the atmosphere was comfortable, warm and inviting. The staff was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. My food came out fast, hot & delicious. I asked for medium and so did all the other people in my party, but my steak was the only one that was medium well. I am one to NEVER complain and send back food unless it's really bad. But please be cognizant of asking people to check their steaks when bringing them to the table. Parking is great!The garlic sirloin was tough and unbeatable...that's my fave :(Spicy picanh was yummy! Bacon wrapped chicken is amazing at this location. Buffet items were great! I get the usual items, including potatoes and lobster bisque. Both were so good. The dessert was not great. The creme brulee was curdled and separated on the bottom. It looked great though. Chocolate cakes seemed to be liked by everyone, though.All in all, it's not the best visit. But not terrible. We will return as our reason for using this restaurant is how well they do with kids.“
