“It's Mcdonald's so no surprises really. The food is the same, but what was a little disappointing was the way the store is set up. You are not greeted by a person, you use a kioske. The staff is behind a wall and I couldn't really find someone to get napkins, it was a very odd feeling. I know everyone is going for self-service and all, but human interaction is important. We were greeted by Andrew who stopped and chatted with us for a while after we sat down. That was nice, but other than his interaction there was no one else around. I do have to say that I loved the decor, it was very classy and chic.“
“I don’t his last name but I’ve seen him a couple times on the night shift. Brian has great things coming his way. Every single time I go he has a huge smile, reviews my order to me to make sure it’s right, and always tells me to have a great night. Superior service every time.
