“Proof you can’t judge a book by its cover. Being from Miami where many fast food restaurants exist with this kind of food I was anxious to see it open. Then it did. But I found the exterior so unappealing and I unwelcoming that together with the empty parking lot, I opted to pass. Then I recently read positive reviews from others I respect and admire and felt I could be missing out. So today I tried it. The food was just as it was said in those reviews, delicious. From the chicken, to the white rice, the black beans and the white sauce it was all delicious. My only disappointment was in that I wanted a half chicken, all dark, to have for lunch tomorrow and they were unwilling to accommodate that request. I’m not a fan of white meat and in light of all the chickens cooking on the brassa, I don’t think it would have adversely affected their business or sales. I’m guessing that like me, they could easily have a customer wanting double white, even if for an upcharge. It really is delicious and I want to support local small businesses, but customer service is invaluable and plays a huge role in creating a loyal client base. I just didn’t feel that today. With that said, the young cashier was friendly and provided service with a smile.“

He was extremely thoughtful throughout our order process and when giving us our food. He explained all the sauces really well and made sure we felt comfortable. His favorite sauce is the saucy Ranchero.“

“Busy location but like all chic fil A’s this one doesn’t disappoint. I’m from out of state and I basically live on this while I’m on vacation. I skipped my usually kale salad and got the Mac and cheese. Yummy.“

“This is the best Chicken Salad Chick location in EVER. I have been to this location a couple of times for dine in but today I ordered delivery for an event I am planning and our delivery order was sadly missing an item. Mistakes happen. We are human but Jack the store manager was so amazing and quick to get everything settled for us. Even threw in some extra goodies! Thank you so much Jack and the CSC team for saving the day! So blessed to have such an amazing establishment close to us!“
