“I just picked up my food and I was appalled. My corn was brown and shriveled. It was not fit for an animal to eat. I have concerns about the health conditions of this food . I have always gotten good food from the tyndall pkwy store until now. My gumbo was cold. My chicken dinner that cost me 9.99 had 2 small pieces of chicken. I talked to the shift manager by phone. He told me to come back up and he would give me another piece of corn.as far as the gumbo he said just heat it up in the microwave. His response to the lack of chicken in the box was I know they mis represent themselves on this chicken dinner. You only get 2 chicken straps with it. He told me to come back and I would get a meal and a piece of corn. I hope he throws the rest of that corn out after our conversation. If not guess what patrons you may be getting that corn.“

“local here...we eat there quite often and when we have visitors in town. Had dinner last night and it was amazing, as usual! Aniston was incredibly attentive without being annoying, food presentation was beautiful, served hot and in a timely manner! We love that they offer the Locals card..it is very much appreciated! One of the owners is always present and touching tables. Highly recommend!!“

“Arrived at 10:05 for lunch because breakfast ended at 10:00. One server took our drink order and said our server would be taking our order shortly. 10 minutes later she took our order. Meanwhile over the next 30 minutes several customers arrived and were served drinks and meals. Our server returned a couple of times with excuses why our food wasn't ready. After waiting patiently for 1 hour we got up and left. No one approached us to ask why we were leaving. This was our first visit to Big Mamas and will not be returning.“

“We we found this restaurant on the internet and we had to try it. When I tell you it brought back memories from my grandmother, and mother it was that good me and my husband came in and spent a few days from Fort Walton Beach the manager and our server was excellent. “I do miss the original Korean ladies who worked here before it had to be shut down and reopened under new owners, but I really like the new staff. Very welcoming and friendly to talk to! “I currently work for Charlie and Linda Coram and I ate at Coram's way before I ever got a job w them. I was hired for the new restaurant on 15th street which only recently opened in October 2023. it has some major differences from the old store but given the chance we can prove how great we can be. the owners and staff put their heart and soul into making things great and better when not up to par. sometimes opening a new place is a lot of trial and error and figuring out the staff that fits but when things are right the food is amazing. the prices are no more than similar restaurants on most items and still cheaper than buying your own food and then having to cook it. we already have lunch specials and new dinner specials but in the next week more changes will be made and more improvements to the food, staff and anything else anyone has complained about. Linda and Charlie take their restaurant as serious as possible and they listen or read every complaint and try to fix it. so I'm asking as an employee and a customer of this great restaurant for y'all to give it one more try before saying u won't go back. remember nothing is easy on this life and especially opening a restaurant. but I truly have faith in the upcoming approvements that will make everyone happy. and please don't hesitate to let us know what we have done wrong so we can make it better. please follow for close updates“

“Had a delicious hardy breakfast this morning. An employee shared with me that retirees are only welcome on specific days. Not sure why this is policy, there was almost no one else in the facility at 0730 aside from myself and another retiree couple.“

“Copper Tap never disappoints! This is definitely a hidden jewel in St Andrews. My husband and I go often as it’s our favorite in Bay County. We always request Ally as our server. She is so attentive with exceptional customer service. I’ve not eaten a bad meal there. Our favorites are the smoked tuna dip, two chics and pasta dish, and the caramel cheesecake. “Tried this Waffle House for the first time and had the best Waffle House experience ever. Ordered eggs 🍳 , bacon 🥓, and grits for dinner along with biscuits. My meal was cooked to perfection and my server was prompt and courteous. The cook walked up and asked me how my meal was. I was very pleased with my meal and service. Considering how much it costs to eat out these days, the price was very reasonable. I’ll come back again.“

“This is a must stop when we are in the area. The cheesy garlic bread and marinara are so good. The lasagna is delicious as well. The pasta dishes come with bread (same bread as cheesy garlic bread just with no cheese). We were not a fan of the alfredo though. It was thicker gravy-like sauce with not much flavor, and the flavor we did get was kinda like dirty dishwater. :/ But the pizza and calzones are great!!“

The food was amazingly delicious. And the atmosphere was so awesome. For the first time I had my meal paid for my someone I didn’t even know I a special day to me, celebrating Father’s Day and my daughter who was born a month ago today. “Nice spot. Pretty spacious. I went on a Saturday night. The bartender in the back next to the dj booth is pretty good. I recommend a whiskey sour with salt on the rim (Jamerson) or a blue marijuana ❤. The dj never picked up the pace as the night progress. This is where it fell flat.“

“This past Saturday October 18th I was part of a wedding at the conservation park. Sonny's BBQ handled the food for this event. They sent two of the best staff to serve the food for this wedding Savanna and Caitlin. These two ladies went above and beyond. Not only did they set up their area beautifully and move the guest line at a quick pace when it was time to eat. They also saw us struggling with a time deadline and wind not cooperating with our decorations they jumped right in and helped us get the last minute things done- Even held down the reception area so all of us could walk and see the wedding ceremony a short walk across the park. I hope they see this and know that we greatly appreciate the extra things you did to help their day be so beautiful <3“

“Hands down! This was by far the best fast food I’ve had in a very long time! THE STAFF. WAS SENSATIONAL and not to mention the place was SPOTLESS! My husband and I passed by the restaurant in Lynn Haven and he said let’s go back and try Wayback so we turned around and I’m so glad we did! “ADDRESS HERE WILL NOT TAKE YOU TO THE RESTAURANT! Go to the Bluegreen’s bayside resort, then walk through out back and follow the pier. IT IS QUITE A LONG WALK but it’s scenic!They’ve changed the menu and things listed here online they no longer serve. The food was good albeit a bit pricey for what it was. I got the sun goddess salad and it was good. My mother got a crab tortilla wrap thing that had homemade potato chips and those were amazing!It’s very small and has a limited bar imo.HOWEVER the view is divine. The view and atmosphere make up for the other lacking qualities.“

In the evening, ordered (3) 2 piece fish dinners (2) with okra and slaw, (1) with green beans and slaw, then (1) 4 piece fish dinner with corn and slaw. We asked for an additional side of okra (not in the bag) it was on the receipt. Tried to call the phone number 3 times, no answer. Was not about to drive back. We were exaused from traveling. Otherwise fast service, customer service was great. Just need to answer your phones. We are on vacation, drove all the way from manawa, wisconsin. Maybe they will be nice enough and get us a free desert. We will see.“
