He let us try a lot of flavors and had great recommendations. I recommend the honey lavender and olive oil combo. Definitely my new go-to ice cream flavors.“

“They finally made my son's birthday cake as I order every year. I have been ordering his BD cake for a few years, and they didn't make it as wished until this March. “This was a masterful situation! We have my cutom creation, which I highly, highly recommend. Chocolate, Sweet Cream and Dulce de Leche ice cream, Double Brownie, Double Yellow Cake, Caramel and Whipped Cream 🤤. Simple and to the point. Sometimes, less is more. The texture is heavenly, flavor is explosive. But this location is very Generous and with top-notch customer service. If you get stuck and aren't sure what to order, give this creation I created 3 years ago, while I was pregnant, a try! It's mindblowing!! FIVE STARS! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟“

They boast over 46 flavors, including Dubai chocolate, mint lemonade, lime pie and more. I personally tried the pineapple with jalapeño and tahini, and it was absolutely delicious! “Attention to detail from the staff was very much appreciated. Lots of options from their freshly made waffles, ice cream, to their boba bar. It was a bit hard to understand the menu, however the staff was very knowledgable with the products and guided me, step by step in creating a masterpiece. Wish they were located closer toward the front of Julia and Henry's because people are missing out on such creativity.“

“A week ago I went to this store looking for a last minute cake for my Son’s Birthday. There were no more cakes in the size I needed and I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. KAREN saw my frustration and immediately went out of her way and was able to find me 1 in the freezer but needed to be decorated.
She stopped what she was doing and started to mix color blue to decorate my ? thanks to her I was able to arrived on time with my sons cake. You don’t find people like her anymore

“Came back to this place after YEARS of not visiting. It is still as good as I remembered. Excellent choices of ice cream and paletas. Anyone complaining about the prices should just go to McDonald's across the street. It's pretty inexpensive. The Ferrero Rocher ice cream was very good. The coconut paleta is also great. Small location but so worth it.“

“The ice creams are delicious, however, they need to have at least two employees. This is my first time trying this ice cream place and we came on a Sunday and there was only one person working making ice creams and being cashier. The employee worked hard but I suggest having another person and extra hand to help move the lines. One person is not enough when you have to refill the machines. I would definitely come back but I hope the service improves.

“I took my mom here for ice cream on a random afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by its prices and just old school charm. We had soft serve in cones nothing fancy but just as effective (and very affordable) on a hot Miami day. We sat outside (they only have outdoor seating) on one of their little picnic tables and enjoyed people watching. All in all, I'm so happy a little place still like this still exists in Miami.“

“I wanted to take a moment to shout out Katlyn at Cold Stone after my visit last night. This location is always super busy, and at times it can feel a little rushed when trying to make a selection. But Katlyn was incredibly patient with us—especially since I came in with a kid who wasn’t sure what he wanted and we were trying to figure out which flavors to try. She was friendly, polite, and really took the time to make sure we were happy with our choices, which made all the difference. It’s easy to get stressed when it’s packed, but Katlyn’s calm, welcoming attitude stood out and made our visit feel really pleasant.
