“I can’t say enough good things about this Starbucks location! From the moment you walk in, the environment is welcoming and friendly. The team here goes above and beyond—every single visit feels personal and genuine.
The baristas are incredible. They not only greet me by name but already know my go-to coffee order, which makes the experience feel extra special. They’re always upbeat, informative, and willing to answer any questions about new drinks or seasonal items.
Management clearly sets the tone here because the whole store runs smoothly and with such positive energy. It’s rare to find a place that consistently makes you feel seen, appreciated, and taken care of—this Starbucks does exactly that. Highly recommend!“
“This Starbucks is super close to my house and when I am out of code or having a latte week this is the one I go to. I use both the drive thru and inside to purchase and usually come early in the morning. Drive thru lady named Jen is always very lovely. Inside Shawna and Taylor always have more than helpful and genuinely pleasant and interested in their customers. Great smiles and attitudes. Olivia has got to be one of the hardest working people I have ever seen. Everyone knows that Starbucks can become a mad house at any time. She is capable of every position in the establishment and moves with accuracy and urgency. She is very lovely to speak to and I would like these ladies to be recognized by corporate please, they deserve it and need to be praised for their efforts.
New management took over a couple months ago, lady named Kim who I guess has 22 years with the company. I would like to say that I do not like how she speaks to the employees in front of customers or the way she is handling breaks and purchases for employees. I can’t reason why an employee of a food/drink establishment should have to wait in line with the rest of the customers to purchase something for their break and then while waiting must complete side tasks, THEN they are able to take their break. She says this was something agreed upon but I have spent my entire life in the hospitality industry or at corperate giants and you are only allowed a certain amount of time for your breaks and some aren’t even paid. She has lost many employees since beginning her stay there and it’s not always about cleaning house. I’ve been going here for months and the staff has always been hard working and customer service oriented. Please corporate access this woman’s ability to keep and maintain a happy staff. The poor employees are under constant surveillance as is and a manager is SUPPOSED to be supportive.“
