We came to Homecomin' based on all the amazing reviews we had seen online and made sure to grab a reservation way ahead of our trip as we did not want to miss the opportunity to eat there. It can get difficult grabbing a spot here so we reccomend reservations whenever you can.

We arrived and probably waited about 5-10 minutes before we had gotten seated.

At first we wanted to grab a bunch of different items as we were starving and excited to eat here, but thankfully our server talked us out of it because by the end of the meal, we knew we had ordered enough to be stuffed! The portions are filling so keep that in mind.

We started with the Hush Puppies to warm up our pallete. They were so good - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They paired very well with the pimento cheese and jalapeño jelly. A great bite.

I had to grab the Thigh High Chicken Biscuits and they lived and maybe even surpassed my expectations. It was so juicy, buttery, and flaky and every bite hit! Two sandwiches in and I was already feeling full but I could not resist finishing these guys off! I will probably get this again when I come back because they were that good!

I am already planning my next Disney trip and Homecomin' is at the very top! I hear they have a great weekend only brunch that i would love to give a try. If you are pondering whether to try this place or not, you will absolutely regret not coming here! Highly recommend.“

Boneless chicken wings were a hit by those that shared the order. Riblets were a hit. Unfortunately the pizza ordered by one child was not good and even his mother who tried it confirmed she wouldn’t eat it either.\nTwo for one drink deal was a good deal. “We love Geyser Point. Small menu but a great Bison Cheeseburger. They even have a gluten free bun for the burger and can remove the crispy onion straws from the burger to make it gluten free.

Boyfriend has tried the Turkey BLT Sandwich and liked it.

We tried the macaroni & “cheese” bites (plant based) before I had to go gluten free. No, we are not plant based. We just wanted to try them. They were very good.

Highly recommend going in the evening/night. Cute little outdoor restaurant and bar by Bay Lake. They play the music for Happily Ever After. You can see and hear the music for the electric parade on the water.“

“We tried breakfast at LakeHouse for both mornings of our stay. We are locals and hadn’t been to this Hyatt before. We lucked out and were served by Aicha on the first morning and had to sit with her again the next morning. We have two very young girls and Aicha went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and more that we could ask for. She is excellent at her job, so warm, and anticipated our needs so well. She really made our experience so much better and having her serve us was a highlight of our staycation!“

“Sadly it's not as magical as it seemed when I was a kid 30+ years ago but we had a great time. The only real complaint was the amount of junk for sale in the gift shop. They still had the cool swords for sale. I am sure a lot of their business is field trips and I didn't see any educational or quality stuff to buy expect the swords which are understandably expensive and not a good idea for my little kids. However I dreamed of getting one of the swords for years after going as a kid. It's a fun dinner show, I was educated for the opportunity to go with my kids on their field trip and was glad we went.“

“We had an amazing experience at Kona Cafe! We had a reservation for a Sunday morning at 9:30 and it was the perfect time. It wasn’t too busy when we were seated.

Our server was amazing! I am not great at keeping track of names but I need to start paying more attention! I eat gluten free and they are SO ACCOMMODATING at Disney. She asked if I was comfortable talking to her or if I would prefer to talk to the chef. They have tickets that they write allergens on to ensure the kitchen is well aware. The kitchen does take some extra time to cook your meal because they are very conscientious of allergies to ensure that nothing is cross contaminated. We were sat and ordered before a table next to us, but they got their food 5-10 minutes before we did. No worries!

We had to get some POG (pineapple, orange, guava) juice! Fricken delicious and refreshing! I ordered the gluten free Polynesian egg platter and it was the perfect amount of food! It was very filling, and nice to have the fruit to lighten it up and a little donut for dessert! The donut is from Erin McKenna’s bakery and is free of 7 or 9 of the top allergens. I cannot remember! It was very good donut for being so free of allergens. My boyfriend ordered the Loco Moco and it was crazy delicious! It seemed unconventional as it was rice, chorizo gravy and a hamburger patty, but it was amazing! The flavor was great, and it honestly wasn’t too filling and heavy.

“Cheeseburger spring rolls are a must for my family whenever we’re in Magic Kingdom. This stand gets popular fast, so the line can grow quickly. They offer cheeseburger spring rolls, pepperoni spring rolls, and a breakfast sandwich, but the cheeseburger spring rolls are definitely the star. I even asked a Cast Member which item sells the most, and they confirmed it’s the cheeseburger spring rolls!“

“My 5-star rating is solely based on the morning flatbread. This breakfast pizza is seriously one of my favorite things to eat on Disney property. Very filling and only $10.59. Difficult to finish on my own but didn’t get full when it was split for two.

Cast members as always provided wonderful service and were amazing to interact with.

The Pongo Lumpia is said treat. The best way to describe it is this warm, pineapple and cream cheese spring roll. I was not sure if it is something I would enjoy but as soon as I took my first bite, I realized this was a delicious treat! Its got this crispy exterior from the wrapper that plays so well with the warm creamy interior. Its fresh and yummy and gives me some soft cheesecake vibes. Did I also mention that it may be one of the only treats in all of Disney World that is under 4$?

The price alone is reason enough for me to come back and grab this on my next Disney trip. I did get it twice during my last trip because it was so good and a perfect snack size. Cannot wait to come back and get it again!“
