“Found this place 4 years ago when myself and my husband bought a house. We stopped by one afternoon and have been going here a few times a week ever since. Wonderful, down to earth people from all walks of life. I've made several friends here in the 4 years since we found it. Kate is one of the most amazing people with an amazing family. She is truly compassionate about her customers, accommodating, funny, sweet, hard working, loving and puts everything she has into everything she does. Her husband Larry is equally amazing. I can't say enough good things about this place. Myself and my husband are very lucky to have found a home bar with such wonderful people! “LOVE this bar and grill! fun atmosphere, staff are amazing. there are a good 8-10 TVs to watch sports, live music. the outdoor game area is fun with bocce ball, corn hole, Jenga. great local beers and beers from all over USA, foreign beers, and domestic. the beer selection had to have had way over 60 different beers to choose from! great food + dog friendly! love it was built around a 1971 airstream! come and enjoy real beer adventure and party out back!“

“Tarrah is an amazing bartender who is friendly, personable and attentive. She gives the bar an amazing atmosphere in the morning times when coming off night shift. Ceecee and Katie at night are just as wonderful and give the who bar that welcoming, local bar appeal. Easy to spend all day with here with welcoming patrons and fast customer service.“
“Have been coming to this place at least once a month for over a year now. This place has the best playing pinball machines in the area. The prices are on par with modern new pinball machines, with match play and extra games enabled for high scores. The machines are daily serviced and if there is a problem, it is normally fixed very quickly.Alongside pinball there is ski-ball, air hockey, pool tables, dart boards and arcade machines - a good mix of newer and older.The bartenders have always been very nice and accommodating to us as well as everyone who is in our party.There is a selection of draft beer along with bottles and cans, as well as a fountain drink option. They have a slushie machine and will do deals or BOGO days on them on Sundays.Along with pinball tournaments, they also have dart leagues. They will do special events for Baseball, hockey, football, etc along with specials throughout the games.The food at this location has some great options to choose from - the Cuban is my favorite! I will of course continue to come to this fun place as it is one of the top spots in Valrico for a fun day.Parking: Plenty of spaces near the entrance of the location. Well lit and safe.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of fun games for the kids to play such as air hockey, pinball, ski-ball, and arcade games.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is no problem here from parking to inside.“
“My last experience at this establishment was not pleasant. being a biker with other bikers on this night we parked where other bikes have parked before. An employee said we were not allowed to park there would you park over across the way so we did. Now we have not even got off our bikes before another employee says oh I'm sorry you can't park here tonight I have a party of 14 here. We were not blocking a pathway to the area he was referring to and I had invited 10 of my friends which made that a party of 10. Needless to say now they have directed us to go park in the back somewhere. So I asked where the bike parking was. These two guys said they did not know. in my opinion this business is no longer biker friendly and we will not be going back.“
“We ordered a bunch of different items to try them all, and everything was great. Two ladies took care of the bar and all the tables very well. The place stayed pretty full while we were there, and no one waited for anything. The service was great, and the cook staff was on it.“
“Best fish fry around! Western NY vibe is still there and prices are not outrageous and have not increased much. The macaroni salad is absolutely delicious! The fish fry reminds me of Armoir Inn in Hamburg NY. Chicken tenders and pretzels delicious. Burger great. Never disappointed.“

“A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.“

“Got the Soup flight, French Onion, and the Cuban Sandwich. The Cuban was 7.5/10 would’ve been better if there was more pork there was not enough to cover the whole sandwich. All three of my soups in the flight were cold by the time I got to the last one it was inedible. The French Onion soup was phenomenal. The spicy bbq sauce was very nice. Kevin was a very attentive and had great energy. I would suggest to put up something to zap the bugs at the door they fly around your food the whole time.Parking: May have to walk a bit after parking it’s in Ybor“
“A business outing with reserved space and a small buffet set up by the bar. I loved that Titos was considered well liquor. Jamie was super sweet behind the bar. Once again, food was buffet style so nothing fancy - Sliders, nachos, salad and buffalo cauliflower which was decidedly tasty.Lots of games and activities on hand.“
“This may not be in any tourist guide, but it should be. The place is iconic and a great place to watch the game, meet up at the end of the day, or just escape from a house full of guests that won't leave. The food is excellent, especially the Garlic Parmesan wings and there are plenty of beers on tap.“
“We were in town for an industry conference. We had recommendations from the hotel concierge for "high end" dining in the area. We opted for local at the Big Easy. We could not have been more impressed with our visit. We reserved a table for 6 with a direct phone call. From the appetizers, main courses, dessert, and high-end liquor selection, everything had a personal and genuine feel to it that you can only get with people who care about making sure their customers have the best experience. We would NOT have had this much fun or enjoyment at one of the hotel recommended places. We had high-level executives at the meal, and afterward they shared with us, it was the best meal and place they had been in the three days in Tampa. The only dissapoinment is that the star rating doesn't go to "11" for the Big Easy Bar. We WILL be back.“

He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. “I am unsure if this is Remedy really anymore or if the new name "Over the River" is the real name or if this is a permanent or pop-up bar....Whatever it is, the location across from Kylie Gardens and the amphitheater in Curtis Hixon Park is fun...So, a bar, on the out-skirts of the park....along the Riverwalk.It's got great cover from the sun, the bartendresses behind the bar were nice, very interactive, they knew the menu well and could recommend depending on your taste.They don't offer so many different things - I guess it's hard to bring everything to the middle of a Riverwalk on the edge of a large city park?The daiquiri was weird. You'd expect a little frozen concoction - instead it came in a stout stemless martini-like glass with a blood orange slice...Glad I just got one of our local breweries Hidden Springs' Orange Crush Wheat Ale. It was good.“
“I came here one night after work and met my partner and a couple friends. I have to say I don't know the parking but it is downtown. When I showed up I sat down at the table then the bartender (Brianna - spelling might be wrong) immediately came up to me and asked me what I wanted to drink / eat. I didn't have the food here but my party definitely enjoyed what they had. Brianna gave such excellent and speedy service and I'll definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful time“
“Ybor City gets a bad rap. The security at Southern Bell is hands down the best. They made my group of girls feel so at ease and carefree. They took care of issues without even being asked. The live band was incredible so much fun! We will be back!“
