“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “We went to the location on Gandy Boulevard today. We were just passing by and saw it so looked up the menu online. At this particular location there was a kiosk to order and no indoor seating. There was a taphouse next-door that had outdoor seating so we grabbed a drink and ate our food there. The portions were large and everything was absolutely delicious! I was delighted to find vegan options. Everything was well seasoned and very flavorful! We would definitely come back again!“

Door Dash picked up the wrong order, so I called and Mike (the owner) was able to get them to come back and deliver the correct one. Personally called me and also gave me loyalty credits to make up for the wait. I order from this location all the time, because my office is close by. “I’ve been going to the Brunchery since I was a kid and now I take my own kids there if that tells you how good this place is. The potatoes are amazing but so is almost everything else on the menu. The staff has always been super friendly and accommodating. It’s my kids’ favorite place to eat so I take them every chance I get!“

We weren't real hungry so we decided on a few appetizers which were great. We had the Potstickers, Duck Wings and Cajun Corn. “Staff was very knowledgeable on all the wine we asked about. They gave a great recommendation on a Red blend and the price of the bottle was exceptional. While I didn't eat here I have visited multiple times before and indulged in one of there charcuterie boards. Overall I love this wine bar. The selection of beer and cocktails is decent as well.“

“The Shrimp & Company is a quaint seafood restaurant on the corner of 7th Ave and 22nd St in Ybor City. If you have walked past it headed for the restaurant across the street then you have missed the best seafood you could eat in Tampa. You have to try their Florida or Louisiana Steam Pot, any of the seafood baskets and their shrimp stuffed mondongo. The food and terrific service is worth another trip to the small family owned restaurant. Don’t miss it!“

“Tonight was so fun! I have been to GenX a few times before but tonight was very busy! The staff was killing it. We had so much fun with the DJ. We had a party of 15 and we came in at 515 and spoke to Megan and Dean and even though there were many other reservations they made our party a priority. They made sure to take care of us even though they were bartending and running around with a bus tub cleaning tables. This place was so fun and so many other customers were in wigs or outfits of the GenX era. We loved the atmosphere and are so glad we had our birthday party at GenX. Please tell Megan and Dean thank you for taking such good care of us all night and the DJ was giving us life! Thanks GenX! Here's to another year around the sun. 🌞“

“Unexpectedly delicious. They don’t use the full restaurant area just the seating by the bar which is a shame, but it must be related to demand. Service is still quite good and most of all the food is delicious. We ate here twice due to convenience and were very happy with the food and price. Hilton members get $30 credit per room for on site purchases and we were able to use our credits toward this restaurant. A steal if you ask me for the taste. Perfect portion sizes for family style between 4 people (6 people if some of you are light eaters).Everything we ate was great but special shout out to the mushroom pizza, almond and sweet potato salad, short ribs, and pomodora pasta.“

“I’m from Tampa. Spent my entire life here. I have made it my buisness to know the little “hole in wall” local places. This is exactly that. I used to come here all the time years ago. It’s been quite some time so when I moved back to this area I was eager to find out if this place survived the pandemic. Thank god it did. The cafe con leche is buttery and creamy. The Cuban toast is crunchy and soft on the inside. The food is awesome and authentic. The service is informal but I don’t mind that at all. The prices I believe are the best part. This isn’t the place that will run you 20$ for a coffee and sandwich. Ive been coming here for years and will continue to for as long as I can. I recommend“

“We came to Taste on Monday night after traveling all day with a baby. They welcomed us with open arms and served us a feast. The servers are AMAZING. There was no judgement for us being not at our best shape.

I came back for lunch with the baby the next day and my experience was just as good. I even paid incorrectly and they were so understanding. Best part of the hotel by far.“

“We love the Noodle Bar and eat there anytime we have out of town guest that want to go to the casino. On the weekend, there can be quite a long wait because there is minimal seating, but the service is good, the food is great and it comes out really quick. Highly recommend.

“The food and views were superb. The waiter was very nice but the reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because it’s a pet peeve of mine for a restaurant to add the tip when only 2 people are eating. Compounding that was the waiter didn’t tell me the tip was included in the bill. This is not right. They need to change their policy or at least tell customers up front that tip is added to bill. Don’t say this is standard because we ho to restaurants 3-4 times a week and I have rarely seen tips added to a couples bill but if it is, it’s told upfront!“
