“We have come back to Subway because of the new $6.99 meal deal after years of not eating there because it was expensive. We went to the Mandarin Fl store today and we couldn’t get unsweetened ice tea because they don’t carry it. Do I have to bring it from home for my husband and I? We have also gone to the St John’s Fl store which is attached to a Circle K gas station. They only have a sweet tea in the soda dispenser but no unsweetened tea. Why don’t you offer it? Are all Subways like this?“

“I am new to Jersey Mike's, and the Subs are great. But the staff needs focus a little more on the customers and a little less on their private conversations (I was in around 7 pm on the 14th). While pleasant and polite, they were unfocused. I ordered a Giant from one employee, it was made by another and rung up by a third. Instead of getting a Giant, I got a regular. They immediately made a second regular. But paying for 2 regulars is more than the 1 Giant I had ordered. I should not have had to pay 20% more to correct their mistake!“
