“As I was driving by 6800 Red Road saw the almost hidden location! Ordered for pick up, the girl's were hospitable and helpful... ((((((Not like the 163st NE North Miami Beach Location!!! They should take some lessons from the Red Road Girls))) The food was cooked properly and not over cooked. (((Not the same at the 12100 NE 7th Ave the food was extremely over cooked)))).
Even though I was just passing by I would definitely stop.by that location just because of their friendliness.... Hope they can use the feedback and redirect the message to.the proper channels and fix the 2 North Miami Locations above mentioned.“

The cashier was great with a smile and the workers with the open cooking area took the initiative to put love in my food. The choppy bowl was so big that I had enough for leftovers.“

This chick fil a is legit the only business open in the building on the whole block yet you can’t park for 5 minutes out front to get food. The garage is $8! The city should rezone the parking in front for 15 minutes Max or something. How are business supposed to survive here. They are losing a lot of business. We left today because the parking lady was harassing us. Meanwhile 6 police cars parked out front getting lunch, a city bus parked in the no parking zone to get lunch, 2 usps trucks parked in a no parking zone to get lunch. Are they special? So no I will not recommend the location on 54st Northwest between 12th and 11th Avenue. they are rude and unprofessional... The old manager, was a kind an friendly lady. Train your management more than your cashiers... Their title goes over the heads. I'm going to Boston Market... even Popeyes is better...“
