“I don't go hardly unless I want a good frosty/milkshake. But the burgers aren't as good as I remember, they can be easily mistaken for McDonalds burgers with how thin the Patty is, just a dissapointing burger. I do love the eating areas design though“

“Dine in last week was great because you expect to be there a bit and sit down in the ac. I do not suggest to order online, because eventhough you order online you can wait longer than the dine in and drive thru. I ordered online for pick up and still waited 20 minutes past our pick up time while watching drive thru orders get faster service. They even forgot the sauce with the orings and forgot another order of orings and when it cane out after informing then, they still forgot that sauce as well and have tp once again ask for it. The food is great but as far as online and a time crunch, don't do it and expect 20-30 minutes for indoor ordering; they definitely put drive thru first. And no one offered a discount card or an abundant apology for the wait. Instead, you could see the cs worker getting overwhelmed and frustrated and instead of communicating the over abundance in orders and short staffing for the influx, she almost got frustrated with me because I asked for a sauce a 2nd time, and she said she gave me extra, which means she did not listen the first time when I said there wasn't any to begin with. Had to re-infoem her just so she could get me another one for my 2nd order. Staff needs to learn calming techniques in thw work place because frustration only causes mistakes and attitudes.“

“Absolutely wonderful I went to the drive-thru and got a chicken cantina bowl then realized I'm just going to come inside and eat it because it's not finger food and the stop was extremely pleasant with the drive-through and then when I came inside it was even better a very kind and good vibes extremely friendly wonderful experience here. Thank you!“

“Since we've been before, kiosk menu was pretty easy! Was easy to learn and staff willing to help! Great prices and so much better quality than any other fast food place I know of. Order to table is 10 minutes unless really busy. Since known for shakes, you have to try one. My favorite is mint chocolate chip, to die for! Was part of my date night as part of my stay cation 2 day trip with fiancee!!“

“We went to A&W tonight and haven't been there in a few years we had double crunch burgers, frys and onion rings we waited a little bit for service and food but everything was great the staff was busy but did a great job. We will be back“

But was surprised by the automated call center.
It gave me inaccurate prices, and did not know the current deals. Disappointing.
I called the restaurant directly and spoke with a person. she was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to my pizzas. 🍕“

“I stopped in after getting my equine supplies nearby. Every once in a while I get hooked on fish. This, was one of those days. I got the 2 piece fish dinner, with slaw and hush puppies. No problems, everything was good, as usual. What did bother me? When my order was ready, even though I was a 'dine-in' customer, they handed me a plastic bag with a paper box inside and tons of napkins. A WHOLE lot of PAPER to throw away after I walk 7 feet to dine at a table! (I get the premise, Covid and all, but our planet is paying the price now, too!) On top of that, you now have to ask for ketchup and other condiments, again due to Covid they do not have those condiment pumps active anymore. I asked for ketchup and tartar sauce, which come in those little plastic packets. (Now, we're using MORE plastics, too! Poor Mother Earth!) You know? In theory, those little packets of condiments 'should' be a safer alternative to the pumps.....BUT, figure in that these packets get handled alot, by probably multiple people and that safety factor decreases. The person who took my order and HANDLED my debit card is also the same one who grabbed a handful of packets and put them in my food bag. ALL the while wearing gloves, for safety. The same pair of gloves. WHY does that MATTER, you may ask? Have you ever had problems opening one of those plastic packets? You tug and tear but no luck. Normally, you might be tempted to bite it open. BUT, IF you DO, you are putting anything that was on the staff's hands into your MOUTH! THEN, once you DO GET it OPEN, you squeeze the packet like toothpaste, and what usually happens? It's darn near impossible to get the contents out without them oozing over and around the torn opening you created to get at them! ONCE AGAIN, you just CONTAMINATED your condiments with any soiled matter that was lurking on the plastic! There MUST be ANOTHER way! A way to stay safe, while trying to stay ecologically friendlier... I've included pictures....of the pile of paper AND of the condiment conundrum! Stay healthy and stay safe!“

We had such a wonderful experience here and the food was fabulous. The place was spotless cleaned, and everybody greeted us with a smile. “The remodeling and upgrades in the dining room really stand out making the dine-in experience quite pleasant! As always, this store location is fully staffed and the crew take pride in getting every order made fast and 100% accurate whether dining inside or drive-thru and online ordering ahead to pick-up in the store the staff works hard and fast to prepare your meal accurately and get it to you fresh & hot!“

“I was stranded in Spring Hill by a series of unfortunate circumstances and popped into this Subway while I waited to a bus ride home. Jill greeted with with a friendly smile and took my order. She promptly prepared my $6.99 footlong with a side of delicious nachos to perfection. If I'm ever in Spring Hill again, I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great experience.“

“Took my grandson to FireHouse for lunch, he had never ate there. He absolutely loved it! The buns were fresh, beef was top notch, all the food was fresh and good! The service was excellent! He actually said FireHouse was way better than Sub*ay! He is a really picky eater and for him to love it more than you know who, that’s quite a compliment! Of course I love this place! Recommend highly!“

“I've eaten here many times for lunch. Even at the peak lunch rush, the crowd isn't too bad, but if you can get in before 11:30 or after 1 pm, you will have no wait at all.The food and service are both good. I've always been pleased with the sandwiches - the sub bread tastes fresh and the meats and vegetables look at taste great also.A drink station is self-serve like most Subways, so feel free to grab a refill while you eat. The staff does a good job at keeping the tables and drink area clean. The same goes with the bathroom; it is always clean when I am there.The tables are a bit small but are the same size as what you will find in any other Subway around the country. Let's be honest - you're not going to Subway for a long, luxurious meal. You are grabbing a quick and tasty lunch before you head back into work.There are those that prefer subs from elsewhere, and that is fine. Subway does a good lunch at a reasonable price. If you like their food (I do), you should be pleased with this restaurant.Don't forget your points card! You can earn free food when you eat here frequently enough.“

“went to cheese dreams today our first time back in awhile as we moved from spring Hill and let me tell you this place never ceases to amaze. Arthur always serves up hot fresh cheesy food and he runs one of the cleanest if not the cleanest food trailers in the area he is also always polite and friendly congratulations on a thriving and successful business and that wonderful family you have. keep serving up the best comfort food around its also veteran owned thanks for your service also.“
