“Our everything bagels with turkey sausage, egg, and white cheddar were toasted lightly and not burnt 🙌🏾✨️ The blueberry muffins were warm and delicious! The sugar on top is too hard though. Ordering through the app is so convenient, plus points.

The app says there's Cranberry juice, but this isn't the 1st location that doesn't offer it.“

“Was craving an egg, bacon snd cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning. Got the sourdough sandwich. Sadly, you can’t even taste the bacon or cheese. It’s mostly egg and hardly any bacon. If it has 2 eggs on it people, don’t you think it needs more bacon to even out the flavors?“

“I love this Dunkin donuts as it seems out of all the locations I've gone to this tiny Dunkin location seems to have the best staff that are very friendly and helpful,and their drinks, coffees,lattes,cold brews,frozen drinks always taste the best to me,lol! I told this to one of the employees there that works evenings mostly that I'm aware of,and she said it's probably because she makes drinks for her customers with love and care,lol! “I’ve been coming to the Dunkin’ Donuts for years as it’s right down the street but in the last few months, something has changed and it has been exceptionally great service. Every time I come through the drive-through, the women are extremely friendly, today I went inside and everyone was just so nice and it’s a breath of fresh air compared to Other fast food Chains and even restaurants with servers. Very sweet all of them today so I just wanted to give the staff a little shout out. Alex, Iris, Jermaine, Jomil, and Ricky were are so friendly and helpful. “best dunkin ever! i just recently moved to the area, and my past dunkin had service i wasnt sure could be matched. but they have exceeded my expectations and then some! yvonne has such great energy and brightens my day everyday, and bonus points because she pronounces my name correctly! coming here is genuinely a highlight of my day, because even when yvonne isnt there, everyone else is so kind and personable! my drinks are always SO good and consistent too, which was an issue ive seen other dunkins have.“

“I always grab Dunkin coffees on Wednesday and Thursdays and Mo always greets me with a smile and sometimes gives me a good laugh in the morning. “This place only gets a five star because of Rona!! She’s efficient, communicates when there’s a hold, ALWAYS RESPECTFUL, and even remembers my order from years ago. She’s always on top of the workload even when it’s just her running the store, which is every-time I go in and see her! Shes the BEST employee this place has.“

“I placed & paid for an order on the Dunkin’ app for the Halloween munchkins donut hole treat bucket. Unfortunately, when I arrived, they had completely run out. I was disappointed, but the situation was completely rectified when the manager gave me a full refund AND a free dozen of donuts! “We came in for a morning coffee/donut run and our car battery died in the parking lot. The same gentleman that helped us with our huge morning order, helped us jump our battery! Stephan was so kind, and pulled his car around to help get us back on the road. He seriously saved the day in multiple ways. Thank you Stephan!!“

“They accidentally gave us two of the same thing instead of something we ordered and let us keep it and replaced the item they forgot. Most food places would have just thrown it away when returned... So I commend them for that and for promptly fixing our order. We did not have to wait long at all and they let us order more stuff at the window very quickly. Would recommend.

“I have to give my cudos to the CURRENT staff at this Dunkin location. I come every single morning, without fail, usually around 5-6am, and they are always ON IT! Never a hassle, if anything is wrong they’re quick to fix it, they are professional and efficient!
I stopped coming to this location for a long time (in the past) until this new crew stepped in. I’m so happy to be a regular again at this store 🙏🏻you guys rock! 🤘“

“This Dunkin is absolutely stellar! Today, I came in around 5am. The ladies in the store were very kind and professional ! They put together my order pretty fast. The lobby was pretty clean and seeing the bathroom clean in a dunkin is really rare.
I will easily come back to this dunkin!

Hashbrowns golden but not like hockey pucks
Coffee ample sugar and creamer no skimping and making it taste like dirt.

“Went through the drive-thru got my two items the worker at the speaker was courteous and very understanding and repeated my order no attitude or anything just a pleasant person at the window and at the speakerphone. My meal was warm done the way that I wanted it and handed over with a smile.

“This is honestly my favorite Dunkin location! I pass two other Dunkin's on may way into work and will only go to this one. My orders are always correct, the food is hot/fresh and their sweet tea is really good. They do get really busy so the drive thru line can be a little backed up sometimes but everyone is always working hard and very pleasant/friendly attitudes!“

“Good experience, but could be better. We were looking for a good place to sit down and have breakfast. The place we had in mind didn’t work out. We came across this Dunkin’ restaurant and we wanted to get something for breakfast before heading to Busch Gardens. The tots were really greasy and the croissant sandwiches were over toasted. On the other hand the donut holes were great. There are a few tables if you want to dine there and a drive thru. And lots of free parking.“

Despite my bad attitude because of the screw up of the other location, these women were extremely kind and helpful when I had no more time before a long shift to go back to the location that screwed up. “I don’t normally go to Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee. I’m basically a coffee snob and I make my French press coffee for myself just about every morning. I was out this morning and wanted to get some iced coffee and stopped at this location. Not only was the gal who took my order, bubbly, professional, we could’ve sat there and talked for another 10 minutes, but that wouldn’t have been good for the people behind us… I think she should get a raise! Then, the gal who gave me the copy of the window also stated as the gal taking my order dead, to be very careful in the fog! And drive safe. Honestly, in the grand scheme missing things we don’t always come in those in the service related jobs, but they made me feel good this morning. Thank you! And, the iced coffee taste pretty good too.“

“This particular DD is located in a traditionally Hispanic community. On separate visits I ordered a hot latte w/sugar, and on second visit a hot cappuccino with sugar. Each time the clerk said that was a cafe con leche. I chuckled under my breath and said ok. A latte and a cappuccino start differently but somehow end up the same“

I must say each and every time we come to this location at Crystal is working we are helped promptly at the drive thru window and wait no more than a minute to receive our drink order. You can definitely tell a difference in service when she is working.“
