“I have spent my entire life in Seattle, where there is a Starbucks on every corner; and have never been to a more pet friendly, cheery Starbucks. This place is amazing. I came in for a Strawberry lemonade while I waited for my ship and watched as the multiple dogs came and went and got their pup cups. It was so amazing to see such a friendly store.“

“I love the service here. The employees are super sweet and full of good genuine energy. I don't usually frequent Starbucks, but I would definitely come back to this location if they had Wifi. I tried to get Wifi but couldn't get a pop up for login. I spent a good 30 mins trying to diagnose the issue on my side. Turns out other patrons were unable to use Starbucks Wifi as well, so it wasn't an issue with my devices (Mac and iPhone).“

“I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while now and I have to say it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. Every single employee, from the baristas to the manager, has been incredibly kind and attentive. They always go above & beyond to make sure my drink is made right. On multiple occasions, when a drink wasn’t made right from another Starbucks, they’ve fixed it without hesitation. I truly appreciate how sweet and welcoming everyone is.“

“Sarah, the manager at this location did an amazing job of making sure that I was accommodated and my order was proper. She walked by as I was sitting outside and saw that I had a drink, she asked how was it and when she looked at my label she saw that it wasn't what I explained. She immediately went back inside. “I stopped by the Starbucks at the Tampa airport while waiting for my flight. The staff were friendly and working quickly to keep the line moving which I really appreciated while traveling. My drink was made perfectly and tasted exactly how I like it. The location is clean, convenient, and a great little pick me up before takeoff. A solid stop for a caffeine boost during travel!“

“I love this store near me, everyone is friendly and they are pretty fast considering how much foot traffic they get being so close to a few neighborhoods + apartment complexes. My drinks are usually pretty consistent and they are always quick to remake anything exactly how I like it 😊“

What a phenomenal moment huh for me!, truly is as I enjoy this #bevetage Ube Coconut Cream mixed with Blonde Expresso, light ice & still filled with coconut milk as for dairy alternative. It truly is phenomenally amazing times that with outstanding customer services truly! They even offer to go the extra mile by making sure in reassurance that the products I got would be best accurate truly. “Staff is super friendly and polite. Helpful when I wasn't sure how to modify a drink I never had before. Relatively busy but it's Saturday. My only disappointment is that the inside is small,so if you want to hang out with friends plan to be outside incase it's full.“

I’ve been going here for the 4 years I’ve lived here. Everyone working out front has been amazing. I wish I knew names so I could mention them.

I recently picked up a coffee, realized it had a random cartoon drawn on it, and was confused. Looked into it. Apparently Starbucks is now requiring employees to “draw”(???) on the cups to make stores more favorable. Wtaf.

Baristas are the ones who keep this company in business. I’ll keep coming back bc I appreciate these workers (and love the coffee).

But Starbucks, if you ever worry about customer satisfaction, look at your management. Stop using your baristas as your scapegoats.“

“I popped by this Starbucks on the corner of Hillsborough and Sheldon while in town earlier today. The juxtaposition of leaving bumper-to-bumper madness is unmistakable when you enter the cafe's inviting, warm and relaxing atmosphere. Then, you have Pedro behind the counter, rockin' his Barista skills and knocking out phenomenal Starbucks handcrafted delights for both in store and drive thru patrons! (My Frappuccino was PERFECTION!) A great location and well stocked with foodie stuffs, beverages and, of course, super cool and trendy merch - this shop is IT!“

“I work 2 blocks from this location I go there at 6:30am every other day. Nikki, Delia or which ever barista is there as soon as they see me walk in they are cheerful, friendly, welcoming. They know exactly what I drink and how I drink it. I have never had a complaint. It is one of the cleanest Starbucks I have seen. By the time I scan my app my drink or food is done and ready to go. Keep up the good work Ms. Nikki see you all Monday morning.“

“This is my morning and sometimes my afternoon stop occasionally at night but the morning crew treat me like family a friendly they work very hard they're really good kids to me this is the best Starbucks in the area I've been going to Starbucks for 14 years I look forward to it in the morning it's located at 30th Street and 132nd avenue in Tampa try it sometimes you'll see how nice it is although it does get a little crowded once in awhile because of the kids from USF and the veterans hospital around the corner but it's still a nice place with good people“

“We went through the drive thru and were definitely struggling while we ordered so I would have been so annoyed if I was a worker. our order was also very specific and long. however when we went to the window walter (I think) was very kind and helpful while ordering and the food was so delicious and it made me want to visit this drive thru more often.“

“I drove all the way from St Pete because I had something to do out in Tampa I stopped at the Starbucks thinking I would get my drink quick in and out and make it to where I needed to be on time that was definitely not the case the two people in drive-thru had so many orders it was 8 minutes Just in drive through while I was sitting there watching while the girl on front counter left and disappeared for 15 minutes thus me not getting my drink for 15 minutes and having to ask for a refund as the guy from drive-thru was refunding it she walks out tells me to have a great day like she did anything I told her that she should have been helping the other two people instead of having customers wait so long while she acted like there was no customers at all we're service in the world the two people in drive through definitely deserve to work in a better environment with better help“

“I come to the Starbucks on 4418 W Gandy Blvd all the time, and it’s honestly one of the best locations in Tampa. The space is always clean, bright, and comfortable perfect for getting some work done or just relaxing with a good cup of coffee. The seating area is well laid out with plenty of outlets, which makes it super convenient if you’re working on your laptop or studying.

The customer service here is consistently great. The baristas are friendly, professional, and really make an effort to get to know their regulars. My drink is always made just right, even when the place gets busy. You can tell they care about keeping the line moving while still taking the time to make everyone feel welcome.

I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything is — the tables, restrooms, and even the outdoor seating area are always tidy. It creates a really pleasant environment to hang out or be productive.“

“We had to go inside to order. The drive thru was overwhelmingly full, and since this place barely has any real estate for the drive thru, all the cars were already on the main road. Then trying to get to the parking lot alone was hard to get to. So much traffic in this, this corner area of Tampa.
The iced coffee and white chocolate mocha iced coffee, were both very delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful people.
We are visiting Tampa to see my parents who live here, but we probably won't be back to this location..“

Free one hour parking in short-term lot so I could grab a latte when I wen to greet my visitor as they come off the plane.“

“Every time I order and pick up a drink and/or food from this Starbucks location, I feel the need to tip (and usually do) & I want to publicly announce how wonderful the staff is here - as well as the quality and speed of food / service that this location offers. They always put a kind note on my cup and my drink is ready within 3 to 5 minutes. Sometimes less.

I’ve had numerous not so good experiences at other Starbucks, but this one is top-notch - 10 out of 10 - & all the employees here deserve a raise.

“It’s the only Starbucks that still has the Pumpkin Chai tea latte with the pumpkin cold foam so I went there twice now even though not a student and my experience was great. I took a chance on parking and went in. No long line then but it quickly grew. Staff was kind and efficient. I’ll frequent this location again.“
