“This is my favorite starbucks location. Even though it doesn't have a drive thru, I still prefer it. I stop on my way to work and order online for a fast pick up. Staff is super friendly and efficient, but most of all, they always get my order just right. So sad it will be closed for renovation, but I'm pretty sure the new upgrades will be amazing.“

“I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while now and I have to say it’s hands down the best one I’ve ever been to. Every single employee, from the baristas to the manager, has been incredibly kind and attentive. They always go above & beyond to make sure my drink is made right. On multiple occasions, when a drink wasn’t made right from another Starbucks, they’ve fixed it without hesitation. I truly appreciate how sweet and welcoming everyone is.“

“I came though the drive-through I got my hot caramel macchiato, but I wanted something cold and refreshing so the girls taking my order. Her name would be Josie was extremely helpful to get me my refreshing cold beverage, very cheerful very polite so much enjoyed it. I will definitely be back to get my drinks! “Staff is super friendly and polite. Helpful when I wasn't sure how to modify a drink I never had before. Relatively busy but it's Saturday. My only disappointment is that the inside is small,so if you want to hang out with friends plan to be outside incase it's full.“

“I drove all the way from St Pete because I had something to do out in Tampa I stopped at the Starbucks thinking I would get my drink quick in and out and make it to where I needed to be on time that was definitely not the case the two people in drive-thru had so many orders it was 8 minutes Just in drive through while I was sitting there watching while the girl on front counter left and disappeared for 15 minutes thus me not getting my drink for 15 minutes and having to ask for a refund as the guy from drive-thru was refunding it she walks out tells me to have a great day like she did anything I told her that she should have been helping the other two people instead of having customers wait so long while she acted like there was no customers at all we're service in the world the two people in drive through definitely deserve to work in a better environment with better help“

“I just needed to charge my phone, they have outlets there for laptops and phone charging abilities. The barista was very kind, made me a cheap decaf since I don’t do caffeine, offered to let me change my phone in the back since there wasn’t an outlet free. They also offer 54 cent refills for dine in, which came in perfect for my wait. Worth the trip.“

“We had to go inside to order. The drive thru was overwhelmingly full, and since this place barely has any real estate for the drive thru, all the cars were already on the main road. Then trying to get to the parking lot alone was hard to get to. So much traffic in this, this corner area of Tampa.
The iced coffee and white chocolate mocha iced coffee, were both very delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful people.
We are visiting Tampa to see my parents who live here, but we probably won't be back to this location..“

“Listen, it's the best one around. The drink is perfect everytime, the people are very nice. I come here almost every day since I work nearby. Its consistent. My mornings before work are bearable. When they cook the bacon gouda sandwich they cook it with the top bread off, so the bacon is nice and crispy and the egg evenly cooked. As someone who used to work at Starbucks, thats how its SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. You may have cranky snowbirds fresh out the airport putting bitchy low reviews in here, but screw em. These guys and gals make sure I'm taken care of.“

“My first visit I encountered unhelpful staff. I went back during the afternoon and received much better service. Luckily both times the coffee was decent. Great location. Lots of seating inside the Hilton Downtown Tampa. This location is CASHLESS, so be prepared.“

No worries, each gate at Tampa Airport offers a Starbucks.\nAccessible entry/exit with some bar high top seats and accessible table, as well as chairs nearby with chargers. \nAccessible restrooms in central airport area. \nAccessible parking in short-term, long-term, valet, and economy parking in paid airport lots. Free one hour parking in short-term lot so I could grab a latte when I wen to greet my visitor as they come off the plane.“

“Everytime I go here the workers have been so sweet and understanding, even when I make a mistake! I ordered at the wrong Starbucks on the app and they quickly made me my drink and said it was all good. I thought they would be annoyed or hold up the line, but they made me feel like it was no big deal and happens all the time. I never got the workers name but thanks for that!“

“This has been a meeting spot for mentoring for some time. It has been average at best. Not today. There is a new barista. An awesome young lady... Anna or Annabelle (Ugh terrible with names). “It’s the only Starbucks that still has the Pumpkin Chai tea latte with the pumpkin cold foam so I went there twice now even though not a student and my experience was great. I took a chance on parking and went in. No long line then but it quickly grew. Staff was kind and efficient. I’ll frequent this location again.“

“The kids wanted to go shopping at the mall, so I let them go shop and in sat and enjoyed an iced Carmel machiato. Normally, this starbucks is packed, but i got lucky. I was in an out fast and the staff was really nice.

However went inside to get a cold coffee and 2 sandwiches and waited for 20 minutes. Finding that they put the sandwiches at the drive through.
Just need a little work on communication between the team.“

“Very happy with their service and quality of their coffee. I have been there numerous times to order coffee through the drive through and have never had to wait more than maybe three minutes between placing the order and receiving it. Very friendly attendants and a great experience because you don't have to wait long, so if you stop there imon the way somewhere else you probably won't lose a lot of time doing the quick detour.“
