Shows that you really care for your customers. Awesome variety of flavors that makes it difficult to select but again our server helped select. 10 Stars for customer service ! “I have a son that resides in Florida near this Rita’s. Him and I were on a jog during my visit, and nearing the end of our 7 miles run, we run smack into this brand new Rita’s. Not my ideal post run meal, but the place felt so welcoming. So, I listened to my instincts, and went to go grab one of their delicious frozen treats. I ended getting the Italian ice flight, and boy o boy, what a flavorful treat. Had my taste buds dancing like it was our first time listening to careless whisper all over again. Plus the customer service was top notch. 100/5!“

“Cannot recommend Art Monkey enough! We recently hosted our young daughter’s birthday there and it was the absolute sweetest time! The new owners made planning flawless and everything was set up and ready to go when we arrived. She was so good with the kids and they had a blast. I want to commend the wonderful team at the Häagen‑Dazs location in Brandon Mall, especially Gemma, for their outstanding customer service.

Thanks to being on a statin, I’ve made it a weekend tradition to treat myself to a chocolate milkshake here—and I always receive an exceptional experience.

Gemma consistently anticipates my visit—often starting to scoop my order as I arrive.
Even when she’s not on shift, the other team members know and prepare my order just as warmly and professionally.

“Visited Sweet Missions' booth at the Strawberry Festival! Absolutely amazing!! Loved their Strawberry Crumble cake & cookies, and the berry chicken salad on a croissant was AMAZING (highlight of the festival for me!) I'm so glad they were part of the event. Strawberries were featured in every dish.

I saw another review on here complaining that their brick&mortar cafe was closed a week ahead of time for festival prep, but that's so silly! OF COURSE they have to prepare ahead of time! They are a small family-owned business, and their booth at the strawberry festival has so many items stocked up that I can imagine it took a ton of work to prepare.

I'm not from the area, but because I found out about this place at the festival, I totally intend to visit Plant City and the cafe :) I want more of that chicken salad!!“

“Frankie’s is as real as it gets for an Italian deli in Florida. I go back whenever I’m in the area. Very impressed with the sandwiches that offer NY staples like a chicken parm or chop cheese. The pizza is also pretty comparable to what you find commonly in NY.“

“I love it all from the homemade vanilla to Double Dutch chocolate and I wish you guys would put more Vanilley wafers in the Banana pudding ice cream.i get these cravings for this ice cream and seen a lot of comments on other flavors I have got to try I always get the one I love and never try the other flavors but their is one flavor I have never seen that blue bell makes it's the Orange Swirl I love those Popsicles when I can find them, but I'm never seen it in the half a gallon mabe this well be a new flavor soon keep up the good work love that blue bell ice cream“
