“Seriously and hands down my personal favorite empanada's in Fort Lauderdale!! The crust is perfectly flaky but yet chewy, they dont skimp on the filling and oh my the seasoning in the filling is DELICIOUS. Not to mention their home made Chimichuri sauce to pair with the empanadas too.

It is a little difficult to find, its tucked in the building but when you find it trust me you'll be going back. Parking is complementary at the valet if youre going here!

“It doesn’t get much better than Taste of the City. I have been coming here for many years. The food and I had about everything is always hot, fresh and delicious. The owner Debra is one of the nicest and most genuine people you can ever meet. I can eat anywhere from the Hard Rock, Ft. Lauderdale to Miami Beach but I prefer to come here. I have been very lucky this have this great restaurant within walking distance. The waitress is always friendly and keeps everything moving smoothly. Your drink is never empty. I only wish they were open for dinner. But then again Debra and the stuff need the time to rest. And we should or at least I should. Take Debra to dinner for having such a wonderful place. I have since then been 3 times & every food experience is better than the last. With sky rocket high prices everywhere downtown it's nice to get an amazing quality meal that doesn't cost a minimum of $20. I've had their French toast with fresh blue berries and strawberries, their chicken rice bowl that was absolutely delicious & their turkey sandwich on rye bread.
