“It’s a Dunkin’ Donuts. It’s not a 5 star restaurant. If you want gourmet, this is not the place, so don’t rate it as such. Cheap coffee, cheap breakfast, cheap donuts. (relatively cheap anyway, everything is expensive everywhere) I’ve gone through drive through or sat inside about 50 times in the last year. I got what I ordered, paid what I expected, and it tasted as I expected. The inside is clean. Do I need to be greeted? No, I don’t. I go to Disney for that type of customer service, and I pay a lot more for it, too. If you are one of those “entitled” people, go somewhere else and everyone will be happier. :)“

“My Hot Food/drink was served Hot and my Cold food was served cold 👍. My order was taken with a greeting and smile . The taste was delicious and I could taste the Mojo used in the roast pork they serve on the Cuban . We treated ourselves to a Guava/cream cheese empanada that was made to order and delicious!!! I would eat there again .“
“Tried Ryan’s Coffee House for the first time today. Had the S’more’s Iced Latte with Cold Foam and it was delicious! You both were super nice. Will definitely get coffee from your truck again.“

“Customer service still means a lot to me. Jennifer here at this DD location gets it. She changed my whole mood with her fantastic attitude. I understand that there are rush periods, but even at those times a please and thank you is never too much to ask from a cashier. I have to give a huge shoutout to Anyssa at the Starbucks in Waterset! She is one of the sweetest and kindest baristas I’ve ever met. Every single time I stop by, she greets me with the biggest smile and somehow always remembers my drink — my extra dry triple espresso macchiato — perfectly every time! It’s such a small thing, but it makes my day. Thank you, Anyssa, for always going above and beyond and for spreading so much positivity with your kindness and amazing customer service. “My favorite Dunkin in the area!! The workers are always amazing, great attitudes, customer service is perfect, the food is ofcourse soooo good, the only Dunkin in the area i’ve seen that ACTUALLY care enough to mix you’re matcha into the milk with your late well. I’ve had my best egg-sausage-cheese croissant sandwiches here, hot and ready, always quick and easy. There’s always somehow the nicest, friendliest people working there or in the store at the time. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts so much, It deserves so much more traction.“

“I come about 2 times a week and every time has been wonderful. The employee are always so nice and helpful. One time they even went above and beyond for my daughter. She is 4 and had some sad news that day. She wanted chocolate milk but unfortunately they were out. One of the lovely employees had made her chocolate milk and it was such a small juster , but it meant so much to us. I am very grateful for their thoughtfulness!“
