“I took my 14 YO to ATL this weekend. He’s usually not a big eater. So, after exploring down town we went to Gus for dinner. The food was delicious! The chicken skin was crispy with the perfect amount of spice, the meat was so tender. My son ended up having 3 pieces of fried chicken. Driving home, I asked him out of everything we did in ATL what his favorite part was? He said Gus Fried chicken! Not the aquarium, the hotel, anything else down town. “The food here alway has me coming back. I love the Whiting with the lemon pepper sprinkles that they do which provides such a different taste and the sides are delicious too(fried, onion rings etc.). Hubby usually gets the wings which are good size and meals are always cooked to perfection. Portion size is good too and lemonade. You have to try this spot.“

“I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“Forst time eating at this restaurant, it's a good alternative to fast food. The food style (Mediterranean) was a very healthy choice and very feeling. Everything was great about the food, but the wait time is unbearable. This restaurant seemed to be understaffed, some customers walked in and walked out due to the wait time.

Every single interaction my husband or I have had with her, was a memorable and amazing interaction compared to some of the others we have had here. You can tell she values and cares for her job and the customers. To be able to tell someone’s values, respect and leadership from small interactions says a lot about someone. We have seen her handle conflict and the way she handles herself shows the skilled communicator she is. She is very clearly emotionally intelligent. “I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“

“Chicken from a gas station/convenience store doesn't seem like the best place to get a good meal, but this place fries up chicken better than most of the local chicken restaurants and all of the local chicken chains. Matter of fact, if it can be fried they'll drop it in a big ole grease filled fryer and cook it until it's crisp and golden brown. Be sure to pay attention to the menu though. If you rattle off a bunch of stuff you want rather than using the combo wording as on the menu then you'll pay the a-la-cart total rather than the lower combo prices. Stick to the combos and it's a pretty decent deal.“
