“We've been eating here for several years. It is always fantastic. Everything on the menu is delicious. You cannot go wrong with anything you order. Service is also always amazing. You have to get a side order of biscuits and gravy for the table because of the fact that that biscuit melts in your mouth. (Photo below)“

“I visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening and the restaurant had a brisk clientele. The waitress came to our table immediately and asked for our drink orders and brought them back very quickly. I ordered the above items and in less than 15minutes i had my order and it was hot and seasoned to perfection. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that wants a quick wholesome meal, with all taste you remember from growing up.“

The food was made with a tasty southern flair and each dish had my taste buds wondering what could be better than the last bite. We arrived about 6:30pm it was a little busy but not crowded and we were seated straight away by our waitress Tabitha, Her personality was bubbly and refreshing. We had our drinks and first dishes out within 7 minutes of our order. I can't say enough about the service, Tabitha if you read this,.. Just WoW!!! The food really is SECOND to NONE. When we want homecoming we usually visit a larger chain but after today this place has won my business for southern cooking and it is cooked at its finest.. “Vegetarian options: Majority of the vegetarian options are sides, the appetizers, and desserts. The Vegetable platter consists of a variety of the sides that they offer. While the platter was filling and did taste delicious, I would not recommend if majority of the party is vegetarian or vegan as they do not have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu (that I am aware of or saw). So if you are vegetarian, your only option will be the platter.

Parking: Complimentary, but mandatory Valet parking where you can “pay what you want”. There is no fixed price for the parking. We offered to park our own car, but was told that was not an option in their parking lot.“

“Where to start? What a delightful evening and meal. The waiter, to start with, was amazingly attentive and kept up with us the entire evening. Also the owner came over and filled us in on the recent history. Liquor license is in now but I don't drink so that was not important. Let me segue to the food. OMG, the mushroom and goat cheese fondue with tomato jam was to die for. It was served in a cast iron skillet with plenty of toast. The sauce was so rich and creamy. To keep this under an hour and a half reading let me say my bride's steak was perfect along with the brussel sprouts and kale. Let me tell you about the pork chop. I like my pork chops to be medium rare if possible and it was perfectly pink inside. I try my best to get that look and I always overcome them. The sweet potato puree asking with the brussel sprouts was outstanding. The portions were very generous and couldn't ask anything better for a Monday night meal. OK, then there was the bread pudding. Oh, Lord, when I tasted the whiskey I almost fell in the floor. So, let me say to the people who has a bad time at the restaurant that they are hitting on all cylinders. I can understand a Karen or two that have nothing better to do than be haters, especially after the opening of the restaurants after COVID. I get it. Why not try to come back and give it another chance. They deserve it and you could use a good meal to chill out.“

“I visited the Moreland location, ordered the Mild wings and grits. The grits are very taasty! Not as thick as I would like it but it was good! The chicken was very juicy the perfect crunch but certainly with a spicy kick didnt expect it lol, but the manager and staff was very accommodating🫶🏾 Will definitely come back but will order the flavor under the mild☺️“

“Recently spent a few days in Atlanta. (Go Braves!) This was the BEST meal we had the entire time. Scott, you and your staff have my vote --- 5 star, A+ all the way. Marcelo, your service during our meal --- perfect. This will be a "must do" the next time we are in Atlanta. In the meanwhile, when YOU go, get the fried chicken and any of the sides.
