“The service is not fast but isn't slow. The food is good. My son enjoyed his sub. I ordered my sub different than the menu and they graciously fixed. Turned out perfect and I enjoyed every bite. There isn't many places in Buchanan but this is a good place to stop.“

“I don’t usually do these kind of things but it really is something I need to say. So I go to the drive thru today 2/20/25 at 1:30ish and i pull to the order screen and let them know I have a mobile order. I then proceed to pull around to pick up my order and I see 2 girls standing out outside. So I pull on up to get my food and I’m confused. Why do you have 2 people standing outside right before you pull-up to get food? Normally they are standing out where the heaters and fans are to take your order. It’s 31 degrees outside and these girls are standing out there under nothing. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous they are having them do that. If you want them outside at least put them under the heaters!“

“I went tonight about 9:30 and got my things and left. I later received a message VIA Facebook from Stephany asking if me or my husband had been there. I said yes ma’am. I just left. She ask if I left something? I knew I had gotten everything I ordered. I then realized it was my debit card. I was able to go right back even after they closed to get my card. Thank you so much for contacting me so quickly. Thank goodness for social media and thank you for being so honest!“

“I decided last minute to pick up a large order for a business, thinking that I would have to wait a very long time, with the breakfast rush going on. I ordered at the counter and had my order in just a few minutes while they were serving other customers at the counter and at the drive-thru. Excellent service and very kind employees. The food was perfect, too.“

“The service here is usually always good. I never have to wait very long for my food and it's always been fresh food. The place stays pretty clean. The staff seem polite and most of the other customers I encountered here were polite as well. They do a good job and I eat here frequently. Try there Hamburgers, There better than any other fast food burger you can get in the area.“

“at the time of my visit this was one of the cleanest well-organized and courteous staffed Wendy's I've been in in a while. I made it a point to let the manager know. she also was very cheerful. June 23rd 2019 p.m. And yes the food was just as good. the drive-thru was busy or backed up, you get a stubborn customer from time to time, I went in and service was very fast and correct. when passing through I will stop again.“

“We ate at Bremen Captain Ds on Saturday evening. The young girl at the register was extremely friendly along with other workers in the back. It was actually shocking as it is hard to find now days. Not only were they friendly but they were super quick. Everyone dinning in was getting their food before even making it to their seats. While there I also noticed them cleaning and the restaurant was well maintained. Additionally, when I asked for dipping sauces she gladly got me all of the sauces I requested with pleasure. Typically, at other restaurants when getting sauces they treat you as if your robbing them. Overall we had a nice experience in all aspects. Definitely recommend. Hopefully they will keep this same atmosphere moving forward.“

“Papa John's customer service is outstanding! I called in my order. When I arrived, for some reason, they couldn't find my pizza. They apologized profusely, refunded my money, replaced my pizza AND threw in a brownie. Although it wasn't necessary, it was very much appreciated. Thank you for the awesome service!!!“

“This place usually is the way a Subway store should be operated. But, I would not recommend going after 7 o’clock. Even though they’re open until 10 o’clock, they are busy cleaning after 7 o’clock and are not open for customers. The doors are open, but they do not acknowledge anyone at the counter. If you go during the day, this is the best Subway you could go to.“
