I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, and while it packed more heat than I typically go for, I have to admit—it was incredibly juicy and full of flavor. The spice didn’t just burn; it had depth, which made each bite a mix of pain and pleasure (in the best way possible).

To balance things out, I also ordered a side of chicken, and this was where Hattie B’s really won me over. The crispy, golden-brown skin had the perfect crunch, and the seasoning was on point—flavorful without being overwhelming. If you’re someone who loves spice but doesn’t want to go overboard, I’d probably recommend going a step down from “spicy” on the heat scale.

“I had a pleasant experience the first and third times I visited. However, the second visit was chaotic. The service was running super late on orders, even though plenty of plates were ready. I think they were short-staffed, but it was a mess. Now, coming to the good part: I loved the whole chicken. They could’ve added a bit more seasoning to the peri chips. The garlic bread was nicely made, and the Portuguese rice was good, though it was super cold. My favorite was the peri-peri wings—they were delicious. I enjoyed the chicken thigh sandwich as well. This place is better for hanging out with friends than for a date.“

“After months of not dealing with local fast food restaurants, I went to this Chick-fil-A for Veteran's Day. It seemed to be the only place not trying to hustle veterans for Veteran's Day. This was my 2nd or 3rd year going here for Veteran's Day. The customer service is always great here, and the food is always just as good. It should be the model fast food restaurant for this city.“

“The empanadas are very good and the default sauce is pretty good. They used to be overpriced, but prices have adjusted down some which is good to see. Combos do not come with drinks. We only got two sauces with 3 3 piece empanada trios which I'm assuming was just overlooked, but I do know they want to charge if you ask for extra sauces. The chicken itself is expensive for what it is and I probably won't give it a chance. I just can't justify paying the price to try it when good chicken is available all over the place nearby. Service was slow we waited outside for at least 20 minutes for our food.“

There should be something in place that doesn’t allow 3-5 cars get ahead the one car that has been waiting on the other lane that was here first.“

“CFA atmosphere is the same everything. It’s one of the things I like the most about it. This location struggles to take orders well. Almost every time I’m in there are multiple people running around doing almost anything but taking orders, especially if it’s 15 minutes before breakfast ends. I’ve missed breakfast multiple times despite being there more than 15 minutes before it ends with a line of less than 5 people. They also seem to prioritize the drive thru over the lobby.“

“Fast And Friendly Service“

“I tried this place through catering and had to go try the real restaurant. I got the chicken salad melt with the grape salad and it was great. My sister got the chicken salad sandwich with pasta salad and a scoop of Dixie chick on the side. My son got a spicy pimento cheese BLT and he enjoyed it. And we ordered a trio just to try even more flavors. The crispiness of the croissant melt was the very best. They actually mixed up one of my scoops and gave me the wrong one so I didn't get to try the one with the pineapple so I was sad. We ordered chips and it was perfect. Our least favorite was the pasta salad and our most favorite was the grape salad. The cake did not taste like white chocolate and it was okay.“

My client waited almost 20 minutes after he got his food to get an ice cream. Why?? “So since we arrived to Dragoncon on Wednesday we have passed by Gus's famous chicken several times, I decided to treat the family. The wait time was about 15 minutes which is not bad at all.
We were seated and our drink order was taken which is nice. The food was great. Just the right amount of heat for us. I ordered the 2 piece dark meat platter that comes with Cole slaw, baked beans and white bread. I also ordered a side of mac n cheese. Side of fries and side of potato salad. The food was great. Our server was great too.
Where I was disappointed was when my son went to the restroom, another patron came to ask if the empty chair was taken, we said yes and it was ok but when an employee just grabs my son's chair and starts dragging it away without even asking. That kind of ruined my dinner. So thats why I gave it 4 stars. Other than thar it would have been a nice first time experience.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“I just want to say thank you to the management that was staffed on 3/26/24. My wife and three children visited this location on our way out of state due to the unexpected death of my 21yr old niece. We went inside to order, no line and back to the van to eat on the road. We always order a 30 count for the kids, but realized that we forgot to pack any travel plates as we would normally do for a planned trip. I went back in to ask for some containers and there was a long line. I saw a manager that spoke to me when I was ordering earlier sitting at a nearby table and she saw I needed help. Well when she asked I broke down right there in the restaurant. She jumped right up to help and not only gave us three containers for my kids, but gave them each a cookie.
