“FOOD
I love the refined, purposeful menu. I'm excited to go back to try more.
Duck: my favorite part of the plate was the kale-brussel hybrid, surprisingly! I loved it with the blackberry gastrique [which tasted like a Korean style teriyaki sauce- it has spice]. The duck itself was solid; I wish I got more of that sorghum glaze. The gnocchi were a good simple balance to the spicy gastrique.
Salmon: Great, moist salmon. The lemon beurre blanc was a HARD miss. I truly would reconsider that choice. The risotto was AMAZING; large portion and very filling. To be honest, I think the bacon pea risotto would be a smart pairing with the duck. I also would consider offering an ala cart side option.
Steak Frites: I love peppercorns/pepper so I was a huge fan of this marinated steak. To be transparent, this steak is marinade/flavoring forward. If you prefer a classic meat-salt-pepper steak, I would try a different option. For me, I LOVE IT.
Mousse Cake: Give. Immediate. We went for my mom's birthday and she is a chocolate-peanut butter FIEND. No notes, just keep doing doing what you're doing.
Apple Pear Sorbet: A great option for gluten free friends! Absolutely the best sorbet I've ever had. I love the cinnamon flavor.

SERVICE
Loved our server! She was communicative, attentive, and kind. I appreciated her clarity. For example, I asked if the Mousse cake slice was large enough to share or if we should get two. She contextualized by saying that she usually ate the full slice herself, but then represented the size using her notepad. It demonstrated that the size would be shareable, but I wanted my own. It may seem small, but it was very helpful as someone who has to closely monitor their sugar intake.

ATMOSPHERE
I love the vibe. It's the perfect balance of upscale and casual. Note: the bar opens at 4pm, but the kitchen opens at 5pm.”

“My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight. WOW! The food was INCREDIBLE.
We got the homemade mozzarella sticks for appetizers with garlic knots. Soooooo good!! My husband got build your own pizza and it was one of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. So flavorful and the crust was perfect. I got a 14oz Ribeye with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. OUT OF THIS WORLD! The steak was grilled to perfection at medium rare, the mashed potatoes were homemade and topped with some seasonings and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. The veggies were seasoned and scrumptious! Butternut squash, onions, mushrooms and spinach. We left no crumbs!
Our waiter was very nice and attentive. My order got lost somehow and I would typically remove a star for that but they made up for it but giving us extra garlic knots and a super HUGE steak! Much bigger than I ordered. We were pleasantly surprised by that.”

“We just ate here today December 7 Sunday afternoon. Wait staff were all amazing and polite. Food was amazing, flavorful, tender meats and cooked wonderful. The chips were perfect and no one missed up our order despite some of our party being allergic to certain things. Highly recommend this Mexican Restaurant”

For me specifically Tiffany was magical with in which she handled a full house multiple 4+ party's and still gave my the best and unforgettable dining expirrnce. I've never been made to feel so comfortable and she radiated calmness. I served for over a decade when I was younger and I've met less than a handful with that ability. But not expecting to be wowed any further I get the best meal I've ever had at a :waho" so yeah a year ago I forgot the store was there due to the inability to get any kind of quality with ND consistency now I been telling all the boys at work "The WaHo is the build back better they ment cuz yall did that with such a degree it appeared easy, to which I know it is not.i cannot over state how special the server Tiffany is she has something that can't be taught.”
