“My hubby and I did a drive by of this restaurant on the way home. What a gem! The owner is a delightful you man but the food was amazing. We tried the Bulgogi, yellow curry, and Masaman. All were delicious, but the yellow curry was divine. Great job chef!!“

“I had a really low blood sugar. It was 49 and I felt like I was going to pass out. Trying to act quickly I placed a very out order for a sprite. I felt awful. When I got there I didn’t see it and wondered if I had placed it for the wrong place. The staff, Josh who I believe was a manager, quickly responded. He too is a type 1 juvenile diabetic and understood my urgency. He quickly got me what I needed. Alllowed me to sit down and recover and even checked on me bringing me a cookie. He treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I wasn’t the most pleasant customer because I felt so bad. His professionalism and willingness to help me meant so much. I commend his ability to recognize my distress, remain calm and help me without any delay.“

“My last trip to Chick-Fil-A was on 10/16/2025. Everything went well the food and service was on point as usual. But sadly this will be my last visit until change occurs. Recently in Augusta GA a Black Police officer was denied the same complimentary meal that his white co workers received. He was embarrassed....and I am embarrassed for Chick-fil-A. Shame on you. So since he was shown no respect 😒 you Chick-fil-A can no longer have any of my money.“

“We ate lunch the other day here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised! 🩷 You walk in and place your order and then find a place to sit. I ordered the creamy Mac & Cheese and omg!! It had grilled chicken in it and bacon with green onions and bbq sauce comes on it but I got it on the side. My mom’s Korean bbq flavored wings were great and my daughter LOVED her smash cheeseburger!! The I didn’t love the bbq sauce so I ate the Mac & cheese without it but if you did buffalo or ranch it would probably be great too! We will be back for sure!1 especially seeing their wall of beer and wine that is self-serve!“

“I love their cookies n cream milkshake! I don't eat much off their menu, just the chicken tenders, which is always a hit or miss. Usually old or dried out chicken tenders. The price point is cool. The drive can be slow, and the inside is really, really cold. The customer service at the front counter is good too!“

“I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. ( & Yes, I have ordered the sauces that were available at the last visit each time. I also haven't seen any signs out & the app still has all of them listed.) I had next to no lettice, bacon crumbles and no fried Jalapeño pieces but the burger was still good. the snickers blizzard was good but melting...they definitely couldn't do the flip cup on it and the fries were super cold. I'd say it was okay but definitely not the best...they could use a lot of improvements. I try to be considerate of the short staff...also THE DINING ROOM ISNT OPEN even though their website says it is...“

“I don't know, my kids eat here, and seem to like it. Usually me or my wife use the drive-thru, which can be a little slow at times (completely understandable). Last time I ate here, maybe a couple of summers ago, can't remember, the food was decent and fresh so, 4 stars and the service was good, so 4 stars. “We went to Captain D's on Manchester expressway in Columbus GA. I saw one cashier and one cook during the visit. One woman was doing drive through and front counter. She didn't seem flustered, never got rude and our three separate to go orders were correct and delicious. Not to mention was a busy time of day.. Thanks captain d's!? we got seafood sampler platters, fish and chip dinners, chicken dinners, jalapeno poppers and cheeecake.?“

Their service has been exemplary since day one and, uncharacteristically of most places in Columbus, they have managed to maintain that level of customer service and rapport that far exceeds almost everywhere else I’ve been here. Chloe, specifically, seems to take the time to get to know the customer and my experience feels tailor made every time, and it doesn’t ever feel like I’m stopping by to do business but visiting friends and getting something along the way, which invariably holds higher intrinsic value than just these g.a.f. We secured our Shaggy. We had gone to all of the others in area to find it. The store on Bradley Park had two whole boxes and refused to open one so that I could complete the collection for my daughter (Scooby Doo is her absolute FAVORITE) !!
