“I had a really low blood sugar. It was 49 and I felt like I was going to pass out. Trying to act quickly I placed a very out order for a sprite. I felt awful. When I got there I didn’t see it and wondered if I had placed it for the wrong place. The staff, Josh who I believe was a manager, quickly responded. He too is a type 1 juvenile diabetic and understood my urgency. He quickly got me what I needed. Alllowed me to sit down and recover and even checked on me bringing me a cookie. He treated me with so much kindness and compassion and I wasn’t the most pleasant customer because I felt so bad. His professionalism and willingness to help me meant so much. I commend his ability to recognize my distress, remain calm and help me without any delay.“

“I mobile order nearly everywhere. Lately, this restaurant has only had Buffalo Ranch and 2 other dipping sauces. Yesterday, they only had Buffalo Ranch. If you order a different dipping sauce then what they have, they don't say anything. They just hand you the bag. Only one person has said anything in 3 weeks. She had on a different styled uniform, so she may have been a supervisor/manager. Yesterday, the lady at the window seemed so annoyed I asked about the sauce before pulling off. 1 to 2 times I wouldn't even care too much like it's just sauce, but this is the 5th time now. & all, but this time, I was headed to work. ( & Yes, I have ordered the sauces that were available at the last visit each time. I also haven't seen any signs out & the app still has all of them listed.) IF THERE IS A SIGN, I APOLOGIZE & I WILL UPDATE ASAP!“

“My son was hungry after his soccer game and wanted to eat at Cook Out. At first I was a bit skeptical due to the fact that I’ve never been to Cook Out. I tried it for the first time and let me say that it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. Service was great and food was served fresh. We will definitely come back again.“

“I ordered the firecracker burger and it was good but not spicy. I had next to no lettice, bacon crumbles and no fried Jalapeño pieces but the burger was still good. the snickers blizzard was good but melting...they definitely couldn't do the flip cup on it and the fries were super cold. I'd say it was okay but definitely not the best...they could use a lot of improvements. I try to be considerate of the short staff...also THE DINING ROOM ISNT OPEN even though their website says it is...“

He completely changed our outlook on this place. Definitely need more customer service employees like him!“

“I don't know, my kids eat here, and seem to like it. Usually me or my wife use the drive-thru, which can be a little slow at times (completely understandable). Last time I ate here, maybe a couple of summers ago, can't remember, the food was decent and fresh so, 4 stars and the service was good, so 4 stars. Can't really speak on the condition of the inside, reason for the 1 star. But, cool if you're like me and only eat fast food every blue moon.“

“We went to Captain D's on Manchester expressway in Columbus GA. I saw one cashier and one cook during the visit. One woman was doing drive through and front counter. She didn't seem flustered, never got rude and our three separate to go orders were correct and delicious. Not to mention was a busy time of day.. “II rarely visit Hardee's, but when I do, it's typically for a breakfast biscuit every six months or so, usually on a Sunday when I forget Chick-fil-A is closed. In my opinion, Hardee's offers some of the best breakfast biscuits among fast food options. This particular location was good, though somewhat challenging to access due to its location. Pricing was consistent with standard Hardee's rates.“

Kira went above and beyond, following up via email and text—even on her day off—to ensure everything was perfect. “Something has changed with the food. Besides prices rising, it doesn't taste as good. For Teriyaki Chicken the thighs have alot of fat on them. I had a beef dish and the beef had very little flavor. Only good thing was the noodles and they were cool and a little hard. We normally pay about $22. This time it was just under $29 for the same thing.

Parking: Very little parking in small strip area. Had to go to next strip area to park. Handicap parking sucks.“

“Everyone was texting about how great the Crispy Fried Chicken is at KFC on Manchester Expressway. I had to go check it out. Visited it on Feb. 25, 2025 around 5:30PM in the evening. What a treat. I ordered 8 piece for 10, Large coleslaw, 4 fluffy biscuits. It was so many folks wanting the same KFC chicken we had to wait in the parking lot. That says how good the food is.
