“Tried this place last weekend and my first impression wasn't great, but I will give it another try at some point. Beautiful space, but the customer service is definitely lacking. Our server took 12 minutes to come speak to us, but we watched her talk and be on her phone while standing near the bar talking to the bartender. My friend and I ordered cocktails and honestly didn't taste any alcohol, disappointing especially with the prices being what they are. My friend ordered pancakes and chicken wings, and I had shrimp and grits with a side order of chicken wings. We had to send the wings back they were so salty they were inedible. I love seasoned food but we honestly could not eat it. I thought it was just mine, but hers were the same. The shrimp and grits were good, a bit too much sauce...completely overpowered the grits. But again it was a good dish overall. The pancakes were delicious. Perfect griddle cakes. I ordered the fried french toast to go. It too was delicious even after being reheated. Hopefully they get the chicken batter worked out and try to get the servers on board with providing better customer service to paying patrons.“

“I do not normally leave a review unless it’s something spectacular. I’ve been coming to this Target for years and I always start my trip at Starbucks. I have been consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by two outstanding employees, Nandi and Tyler. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor have been the primary reasons for my continued patronage. I often visit in the evenings, and I must admit, the overall staff experience can be a bit underwhelming when Nandi and Tyler are not present. Their absence is notably felt, enough that I leave if they’re not there.“
