“I could not recommend this place enough for a wedding venue and for their themed brunches. They were so organized with our wedding, and we had some of our pickiest friends compliment the chef over how good the food was. i am just sad that we are in Seattle now and cannot get there for brunches.”

“I went here a few times when I lived in Georgia… I have yet to find tea that is more delicious. I have their tea shipped to my house in Nevada. “My wife and I moved here in late February early March 2025. The Public House was the closest restaurant to where we moved, and when we didn’t have appliances, we started eating there almost every night. The staff is beyond wonderful. From Rob, the bartender who is enormously experienced and just a super guy, to Olivia and Abe and Alicia and Jade and Ryan and God knows we all love CJ the chef and Bobby, the dessert lady. I know I’ve missed some folks on here, but I wanna say that every member of the staff is awesome. The food? My wife and I have been eating there for 10 months and have not had a bad dish. That’s a pretty tough standard to meet. There’s really nothing I could add to improve on this restaurant. It’s become our second home. Give it a shot, you will not regret it.”

“Matsu has the best sushi (especially the fried sushi) and the best hibachi north of Atlanta. We have tried all of the other Asian restaurants within a 40 mile radius and they don’t come close to comparing to Matsu so we obviously eat here often. Very friendly and kind workers and owner too!”

I am 3 months pregnant and your pizza is what my dreams are made of. It’s allll I crave. I don’t just want it, I need it! lol Is it absurd to ask if you could ship a frozen pizza or two to a pregnant lady 3 hours away?! Of course I will pay for it…. “I always enjoy visiting this winery. It's been around quite a while and I believe sources all of their wines from grapes grown on the property. While other wineries in the area can seem a little over-commercialized, Three Sisters remains a quiet, yet well-run winery. Great outdoor covered deck overlooking the vineyards and a lake.”

“The service was attentive and exceptional. Our server, Beatrice, made excellent suggestions, which was important, being this was our first visit. The Zucchini and Carrot Soup, was an incredible start and the salads were fresh and refreshing. I had the Tuscan Salmon and Risotto, (image below) (oh and notice we sampled the food before taking the photos) the Salmon was cooked perfectly and the Risotto (the true test of any chef) was truly perfection. Ahhh then the desserts! Tiramisu was beyond expectations and the cannolis were perfect texture and a hint of cinnamon. Just like my uncle Tony used to make! We will be back! There are several items on this menu that are calling out to us. I can’t wait to try them. One will be the Ciopino!”

“Held the rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding here. It was a great spot, we had a private area to ourselves, with dedicated servers and a bar tender. The atmosphere was quaint, and we even had an outside patio to sit on and enjoy the evening. We were a little cramped with almost 50 people, would have been perfect for like 40 and less. The food was awesome. Chicken Parmesan and flank steak were great choices, with veggies and potatoes. It was all served family style, which as it turned out, everyone liked better than individual plates. The only thing that went wrong, was the timing of the service. I think they were short staffed, so it was taking a few extra minutes to get the drinks and food started. But, when you asked for something they brought it right away. And the staff was very friendly, and once the food started flowing, we didn't care, we were just having a great time. My hat's off to this place. If I'm ever back in the area I'll come back for dinner, just me and the wife! 😃”

I went in recently and was little disappointed in two areas. The food was served with a plastic for and a paper plate. No one wants to eat off a paper plate at a restaurant. The vegetables are way to crunchy. I've told them over and over to make them much more tender. If you can't bite thru easily it's not done enough. Most of us don't like crunchy vegetables. The food was still good so my recommendation is the same except to order to go and eat at home.”

“Trattoria is a gem of an addition to Monaluce! Great food and service. Outside service is fabulous with a great fire pit. That being said, there is 1 negative that I hope they fix, or I will limit my visits. It's the wine cost and selection. Even at the finest restaurants in Atlanta 20 to 25 dollars per glass is ok for their finest wines. At Trattoria, their very mediocre wines, (was told a couple of them on the menu are grapes that they bring in), are 20-25 per glass. That, to me, is not a very good selling point. Expand your menu, add some NAPA wines, charge me 20 per glass and I will frequent Trattoria!”

“Aleksa was our server and he was excellent!! He checked on us each time he passed our table with just something short, NOT at all intrusive. The first time was to make sure the food was what we expected and to our liking. By the way, my BLT was unlike any I have ever had and was VERY delicious. I also got the homemade chips which I’ve never had. Because they were sooo good, I will never be able to eat normal chips again and think yum. I now have a new favorite place to eat in Dahlonega.”
