“Solid Chinese noodle restaurant! The restaurant was packed when we went, but we were seated relatively quickly. The menu is large with a big focus on noodles. The noodles were made fresh; and you can watch the chefs prep and cook in the back through the big window opening. All of our dishes came out in reasonable time and tasted great! I highly recommend trying this place!“

“Cannot describe in words how great the Biang Biang is. We discovered this place early on when we were living in Midtown, noticing how long the line outside was outside of GT students. Going on a day the lines had died down, we could not have been happier with the food. As I mentioned, the Biang noodles are amazing. I am also a huge fan of scallion pancakes, and the rendition they do here are fantastic. It will take a bit to get your order, but this is because every order is made-to-order. You can actually see them pulling the noodles together which is cool!“

They have done a lot of give-back fundraisers for the neighborhood fire house and schools over the years and we really love that. We always eat here when the kids come visit from college. Friendly staff and good value for what you get.“

“I’m not sure if this place is new or if I just never noticed it in the plaza but so glad I tried it ! This place is more similar to a self-serve restaurant. Chowbus QR codes are on the tables to order and pay, water station is complimentary, and there is a counter to grab to-go containers, utensils, and napkins. The decor inside feels like I’m on a C-drama set following a cute modern couple.

Food-wise, I will definitely be coming back for the cucumber salad, chicken skewers, and malatang! The Chinese skewers taste similar to ones you’d get at a Chinese skewer spot or skewer hot pot place. The beef malatang flavor reminds me of satay flavor, especially with the peanut dipping sauce. (Not the usual malatang flavor but still very delicious) The braised beef noodles were okay for me but you get a hefty portion of the beef. (I personally prefer this type of soup paired with the Chinese pickled mustard greens, iykyk) The portions here are generous so come hungry ? I didn’t order boba here like some people did just because I wanted to try the food here and there are other boba options nearby. But overall, great place to eat on a rainy or cold day !“

Everything I've ever tried from here has been A1! I was vegetarian for 5 years; that's how I discovered this place.

I am extremely glad I did! The food was absolutely fantastic! The customer service exceeded my expectations. The owner himself came out to make sure I didn’t need anything else and the food is to my liking. To top it off I was there to see Fantasia and in conversation I had mentioned that to the owner and to my surprise he started playing her music. I was floored.
