“I am so glad I found this gem!! I just moved to Atlanta from Boston (where there’s Haitian food everywhere) so I was little bummed out that there aren’t really Haitian spots out here. But my girlfriend found this place on IG and sent it my way. I ordered online and got the griot plate which comes with the diri kole (rice and beans) and the banan peze (fried plantains) with a side of salad and pikliz. Also ordered a side of the j*** chicken pasta which came with some delicious bread, my order also came with a lemonade and it was one of the best lemonade I ever had. EVERYTHING was delicious the griot was cooked very well still nice and tender people tend to overcook griot but this here was perfect! Portion is great! It’s a 10/10 for me and will not mind making that 30+ minute drive in Atlanta traffic to get it.My only suggestion would be to give the sauce on the side as opposed to putting it on the rice and having Dressing for the salad.Thank you Ted for a great meal, you definitely have a frequent customer now.“

“I had a fantastic time at Twisted Soul, two nights in a row for my weekend stay in Atlanta. The ambience, the vibe, music, food, service and the staff were all fabulous. 3 of the entries I tried and 3 of the appetizers were all fantastic. The chef was super personable and informed us of the otger locations that he also worked at, explained the menus so meticulously that I will definitely be going to check out the next time I'm in town. And the bartender Derek was so super professional and friendly. He took great pride in his mixes. Everything he made was a great experience. I would highly recommend to anybody in the area that they have to partake. But make a reservation because it is not a secret!!!Kid-friendliness: It is very much kid and family friendly.“

“Wow! Best burger in Roswell!! What a find to try this new location on Holcomb Bridge Road!! Great food and incredible service and a really complete menu. Tuesday is also “Steak Night!” Look for Snooks in the Kroger shopping center! You won’t be disappointed!!! 5 Stars!!!“

“A hidden gem for sure!! The food is the ABSOLUTE BEST SOUL FOOD I’ve had in ATLANTA! We enjoyed the salmon, lamb chops, greens, Mac & cheese, yams, and honey corn bread. The greens were PERFECT not requiring any condiments at all! The salmon and lamb cooked to perfection and the yams and Mac & cheese didn’t disappoint. Honestly it was all soooo good!! This is great for day or night date or with family/ friends. Our server, E, was attentive, friendly, and best of all informative on the food and drinks!! The music and atmosphere were a nice adult ambiance to enjoy laughs or even still chat with those you are enjoying your meal. A definite return and a definite must visit if you haven’t been yet! “Firstly, our waitress Risha was amazing! She was warm and personable. She provided excellent recommendations and communicated effectively with us.The atmosphere was great as well. Great music that wasn’t too loud. I was able to talk to my husband and enjoy the music too.Now the food…..10/10!!! I had the lamb chops and they were the best lamb chops I’ve ever had. My husband recently had lamb chops from another restaurant for triple the price and he said they were better than those! He had the catfish and grits and when I tasted it, I didn’t even have words ? We also had the jerk chicken egg-rolls which were very fresh and delicious. Drinks were also great.This is our 2nd time visiting and we absolutely will be back every time we come to ATL.“

“This is my favorite place to go for Nigerian food. Moving from Houston, it was a challenge to find good food, especially Nigerian food. This place does not disappoint. The food is great and so is the service. My standard order is jollof rice with goat meat with a side of Efo. I also love their Moin Moin and Suya.“

“My uncle visiting from out of town wanted soul food for dinner but didn't want to drive too far. This restaurant was nearby us with great reviews. The food did NOT disappoint, everything is cooked freshly, delicious and worth the wait. Magic Soul Food's staff was professional and friendly - the chef even stopped by our table before we left. “I'm not sure what was better.....the Food or The Service!!! They offer an amazing collaboration of standard Soul Food and creative combos. I had the Cat Fish and Collars Waffle. The seasoning on the cat fish was perfect, not salty but with the right amount of spice. The collard waffle was DE-LI-CIOUS!!! It gave sweet and savory and they offered some hot sauce to add in addition to the syrup and I was in HEAVEN! We also ordered The deviled eggs and WOW! The bacon jam added a nice flavor and crunch that was unexpected but greatly appreciated!! This was my first but NOT my last visit!!“

“First impressions are Everything!! Visiting from Louisiana with a friend, we decided to try the College Park location. The greeter, with a very pleasant personality met us at the door and welcomed us in. The energy was high from the staff as well as inviting. We both decided on the Afta Church, tried the fried green tomatoes and added the bussin muffins. Beautiful presentation, deliciously prepared and from my own experience, the meal was intoxicating. I'm a salt sensitive person and I was pleasantly surprised the meal wasn't high in sodium.I don't eat out often but when I do, I want to enjoy it and I love when the meal and atmosphere leaves a lasting impression. “For me, the customer service was great, not all warm and fuzzy, but definitely came through for the surprise birthday party we planned for 120 guests. I picked up the food from the restaurant, the food was ready before my pick-up time. It was packed well, no spills and easy to transport. All the guests thought the food was delicious. I ordered the green beans, mac & cheese, yellow rice and candied yams. I will use them again.“

“Was looking for some good soul food after church and found this place! The customer service was amazing. I believe they were getting a late start due to the owner having a headache but she opened up for me which I appreciate a lot ! Very friendly. even if the food hadn’t been all that great I’d try it again simply based on the customer service. Food was great tho!! “First time dining here & the food was great! I got something the owner said he could make for me that wasn't even on the menu. It was fried up cauliflower to resemble "wings" with hot sauce. I chose rice and gravy and mac and cheese as my two sides. My fiance got the kalebone burger with onion rings. Carrot cake for dessert. Very friendly and quick service with very reasonable prices.“

“I tried this place out while on a trip to ATL & I'm really glad I stumbled upon it. I was looking for a diner and ended upside inside of a building that essentially was a whole bunch of food places in one. I got the Inferno Fried Rice and it genuinely lives up to its name. They ask you for your spice level when ordering, please do not underestimate the spice level! I ordered 'Hot Spicy' and I got hiccups after the first few bites. It's very flavorful and you get a lot of food. If you order fried tofu with the order it's free but I wanted to try the potstickers so there was an upcharge. They have options like vegan duck and vegan shrimp, will definitely have to try it out next time. My food came out around the 25/30 min mark, which honestly isn't too bad for a Sunday night event night (One Music Fest)“

“First time eating from Planted Soul ATL. At first I was hesitant because I was thrown off by getting a link and a locker to pick up my food. Still, I ordered the Good 4 the Soul entree and followed the directions to get my food. I must say the food was out of this world, good! The vegan chicken was the best I've had anywhere. The yams and macaroni and cheese were incredible! Whenever I want a taste of vegan Soul Food, I will order again from Planted Soul ATL. Might I add, the pick up concept works great too.“

Vegan wings are my favorite the barbecue ones i put my entire fist in my mouth licking.Cornbread dressing was epic and bursting with flavor. “The smothered pork chop is a must at K&K soul food and so are the collard greens. The sweet tea is great and the service is pretty good. Unfortunately the Mac and cheese and cornbread are dry. The service was good and the price was great for the amount of food I got.“

“Whoa! OMG! For the Love of GOD... These Tacos are really good! We just worked Doja Cat The Scarlet Tour here in Atlanta. Here it is 1:30am and my brother and I was about to head home to get something to eat. I forgot the Crew had catered lunch waiting in the back of State Farm Arena. My plate had the BBQ Tacos with cilantro lime rice with black eyed peas in them. That was great. I'm literally looking at my brother like"What you got". He had the Blackened Fish tacos with that same tasty rice. His eyes bucked big and I heard him say "uuuummmm". You know it's good at this point. I leaned over to get a sample of my brother plate and it was empty. Gone! Done! Finshed! I recommend and will find where to dine whenever I'm in Norcross.“

“Not sure why this place has less stars. My guess is that it's not a pretty little instagrammable spot. The food and service here is solid. I've never had a bad dish here. They serve lunch, breakfast and dinner and everything tastes great. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know.“

“My hairstylist Crystal suggested this restaurant and the way she went on about the spinach and rice I had to try it. Wow I was blow away with the meal. I got fufu instead of rice. My goodness I live in Kennesaw but I will be making a trip over to Stone Mountain really soon. The food was absolutely delicious.“
