“My family and I stopped in here because we were in the area and craving a sandwich. The young men working were nice and very fast. I tried the chicken bacon ranch sub (toasted). It was actually really good because it was rotisserie chicken. The others had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sub. It’s good if you like a bit of a sweeter sauce. I had a to try a cookie afterwards and it was actually delicious and soft. I’m usually a Firehouse type and it had been years since I tried Subway. I think I’m going to say I prefer Subway now!!“

“Thoroughly appreciate the wonderful and positive attitude of the young man behind the counter who i assume is maybe the manager? (He said he was a father of 5). Nevertheless he was extremely pleasant and friendly which is hard to find these days in an employee. Keep up the great work!“

“I always love going to gyro wraps. They have the best wings in the mall. They also started having breakfast and it is to die for. I love the old faithful with eggs cheese sausage but they also have French toast and pancakes. Super friendly staff. Especially the cashier he is super sweet and awesome.“

“My complaints aren't to the employees at this location or the manager or the store itself. They are doing their jobs. GREAT job, y'all. It's actually the customers who are the problem in this particular area. They come in not knowing what they want, act like they never been to a Subway in their lives which is ridiculous, bring in mumble mouth kids who can't speak or articulate, want free food, pile on veggies on their subs and are mad when it's messy, don't accept the fact that this location doesn't accept all coupons because... NEWS FLASH...This isn't a corporate store so it doesn't have to accept the coupons, Customers come in a take FOREVER while forgetting that Subway IS fast food. Know what you want...order.. and leave. Anything extra is the CUSTOMERS fault. This location doesn't put up with tantrums and people who needs psychiatric help. If you got an attitude and can't function in public while these nice people make your food...GO somewhere else. And please don't waste y'all's time complaining. The staff is just going to laugh at you when you leave and nobody is going to get reprimanded or fired. Hard workers are hard to find but rude customers are abundant. Get over yourselves.

“Horrible customer service from the manager order was completely wrong so dissatisfied...Update the beginning of my review I did speak about the experience I had, but later the manager sincerely made it right and I'm thankful for that. Just know if you happen to order for delivery and order wrong call doordash I really was needing lunch for my daughter and the store didn't know door dash policy is they would deliver the correct order right away.“

“I wrote a poor review on this establishment as I came into the store 6-12 months ago And had a horrible experience. In all fairness, I have to say I went there today and I was service by a young gentleman named Adoni And another exceptional gentleman named Jalen. They took time with my food, as if they were eating it , prepared perfectly from end to end . Did not become frustrated with the “of can we add” . They were pleasant with the six customers before me and everyone left happy with their service. It was an awesome positive environment that the young men actually controlled! They were fast, efficient and delivered Awesome customer service that is not found a lot nowadays..“

“We have been living in Douglasville for a couple years, and honestly we have been going to this location oppose to other ones due to the cleanliness. Today, out of all the other times my husband and I were greeted by Serenity. She was so jolly, she made our dine in experience amazing, from packing up our sandwiches on the green tray. She was cleaning the dine in area and even cleaning the windows. She deserves to be acknowledged as had such a wonderful spirit.“

“I went in early morning and the employee greeted me and worked quickly and efficiently. The tables and floor were clean. The food was great other than the fact that they only had four chip types but otherwise great. Reasonably priced as well. I'll be coming back here next time I want a quick meal and want a neat atmosphere.“
