“Wife Savers recently catered an event for St Alban’s Episcopal Church. I was very pleased with the service from first contact with the staff to the actual delivery and set up of the food. The food was delivered hot and it was delicious. The guests were very complimentary of all of the dishes especially the mac and cheese. The amount of food was generous and reasonably priced. I would use them for catering again for good service and food and no hassle.“

We may have previously caught them on a bad night. Every place has one eventually. Will return in the future also bumped up their star ratings. Front counter was very polite & helpful as well as server.“

“My first time here 3/18/25. The cashier Daisy was patient with me while ordering. She was knowledgeable about the choices of salads and able to help me select. I ordered the Jalapeno Holly (Slight kick but not overwhelming). The grape salad is a tad sweet for my taste but good. I went at about 20 mins to close & they delivered great customer service overall.“

“Yesterday my kid was hungry. ONE hour before the parade had to start. I told her we could get a quick bit at Zaxbys. When we walked in almost PURE chaos. I was worried she wasn't got to get anything to eat. There were kids making a mess in the bathrooms, the ice was all over the place, long line and I was at the end of it. When we finally made it to the counter, my baby ordered and we waited. When her order was ready (which was quick) I went to get my drink NO ICE and NO COCA COLA! Which I didn't mind, it was pretty packed. The young lady was changing the syrup but she had to do 6 packs. I had a parade to go to. I was the driver of the float....ANYWAYS the entire staff was patient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all you do. We made it back just in time! Merry Christmas.“

“I’m so glad this is my closest Zaxby’s. I’ve been to the other Zaxby’s in the area but this one is the best. The service is always fast and friendly and my order is always accurate. Savannah made sure I had all my sauces and that my unsweetened tea was really unsweetened.“

“My 1st experience!!! I LOVED the food, the experience, the decor, all of it!! I ordered the Fruity Franny and was absolutely in love with the flavor! (One sour note: I DID find a long, dark hair in half of my sandwich but when I pointed it out the employees quickly took care of it by fixing me another sandwich.... “The atmosphere feels a bit dark and unwelcoming, this definitely isn’t the chick fil a to go to for kids in terms of entertainment. The food was good, it came out with items missing but it was fixed with no issues. The front of house staff could have been more welcoming and inviting. There were little to no smiles and monotoned voices. However George engaged with us and our kids and gave them icecream. That made up for it all. Thank you George (I hope I got your name correct).“

“I have so many great things to say. I arrived at the store tired and hungry from the gym. Upon walking in, I saw a handsome young man named Tucker. He was incredibly kind and greeted me with a warm smile. I was immediately made to feel at home. He gave me my food quickly and was polite and courteous. Overall, the experience here was unlike any other chick fil a I have been to in that it genuinely felt welcoming and warm. Tucker was an amazing server and deserves a raise immediately.“

I've stopped by the location several times just for the Cranberry Pomegranate Lemonade on the door its so good. Management goes above and beyond for the staff seems like an excellent working environment for teenagers. The part of my experience that stood out the most was the manager making sure the teenagers understood Food Safety and was quizzing them in the location. I will be back for more definitely the filet mignon of chicken!“

“I did the drive thru over Christmas. The process was great, the food was very tasty, though a bit on the greasy side, and prices and service were fine. I like their menu, and recommend this location! They had a large take out menu for a good price and I was very pleased with everything = Good Southern cooking, thanks a lot!“

“Today was a long day involving school shopping with my daughter & son. It was not the best experience, as my children decided to have disrespectful mouths & horrible attitudes on & off throughout the day. Once our shopping was completed we decided to find a Zaxbys & eat. We found the Zaxbys on Harper Franklin Ave & I believe it was fate. When we arrived my daughter was in a mood & I was ready to cry because my nerves were just shot. (I do want to state that my daughter was diagnosed with Autism & she's 8 years old). Before I knew it a young gentleman, an employee at Zaxbys, went over to my daughter & was talking with her & helping her to choose what she wanted to eat. He actually got her calmed down. It was such a relief. After helping with her he then went over to my son who had just happened to be very disrespectful to me & this young man came to the rescue again. He actually took it upon himself to talk to my son about how he was treating me. I was amazed! He was so great with my kids. I couldn't help but start crying at the cash register. Yall have got to understand how bad my nerves were by this point. It just wasn't a good day. We all have them. We all sat down & ate & I made sure to thank this gentleman & give him the biggest hug ever. Not to long after that I saw this gentlemen go over to the table my daughter decided to sit at & helped her clean her mess & then he went over to the table my son & his friend were sitting at & talked with them for a minute & they exchanged info for Fortnite. The gentlemen, who's name I just learned was David. He came back to the table again to check on my mother & I & of course I hugged him again & told him thank you.“

“The Grovetown location excels at customer service. Kudos to Nyanza for assisting me and her manager (didn’t catch his name) who offered to help me clean up a large tea I spilled on my passenger side floor. Even though it wasn’t their fault they offered to help me clean it out and refilled my drink. Also the food was served piping hot and delicious“

“So, Church's has amazing chicken a r biscuits anyway. At this location, not only was the food amazing, but so were the staff and the timeliness of my order! The manager, the staff and the cook were all so pleasant! I live in Harlem, but if I ever find myself on that side of augusta again, I'll definitely stop thru!“
