“We came here for Sunday breakfast/brunch and holy crap! It was so good! The biscuits are worth the wait alone! The decor is so unique, you can feel the history in the walls but it’s also been updated to a modern feel. The menu choices are expansive and may cause stress on which delicious item to pick! I really enjoyed my Bay Street Scramble, and the rest of my party enjoyed their breakfasts too! Service was pretty good, not super fast but it was also super crowded. We got in without a reservation in under 20 minutes which was great! Highly recommend!“

“Came here with a party of 11 (4 vegans) for lunch. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was fantastic and plentiful - I think we tried just about everything. Made a real change from the overly sweet and overly fried food most restaurants in the USA tend to serve. The place is not fancy - plastic cutlery and you eat from polystyrene cartons - but is very clean, light and so homely. We LOVED it and wish our gorgeous hostesses every success for the future.“

“Had the best time at Zunzi’s in Savannah! 🐾 What started as a dog-friendly TikTok tip turned into an absolute must-visit. Our pups devoured their pup cups, and the spike apple cider and nachos were simply perfect. Huge shoutout to Tara, Pais, Saleh, and Sienna, with Tara especially who lost track of time chatting with us and stayed past her shift (you know it’s good conversation when that happens 😄). Their warmth and hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable, exactly the kind of place that makes you think, “Yep, this could be home.” “See you soon” and thank you for sharing all of your Savannah knowledge. “What a neat food court! I have never been to one like this before. You enter one way and they open a tab for you. You go through the food court and order what you want. And when you exit, that’s when you pay your tab. I will say with that method, it’s easy to spend money here. We went to 3 different restaurants and none of them told us our total. Just said they added it to the tab. Granted, we could have asked. We ordered from bowties and the food was fresh & hot. Beware it does have a tang to it. Maybe lime or vinegar? I’m glad I tried it but I would not order it again. This juice on the other hand was delicious! It did cost $10 for a 12 oz. I was hesitant spending that much on juice. But it’s actually very filling. I drank about 1/3 of it over 3 days. I’d definitely recommend it!“

At check-in June 3, 2026: Carolina was very thoughtful in explaining the property— 3 buildings— and the corresponding property map. We were pleased with room placement with balcony in furthest east Bldg (3Muses). We were advised water-facing rooms can be noisy.

On that note, by the third and final night, Friday, this past weekend, we learned that the cobblestone street outside was quite noisy as well. Fortunately, on weekend, just after midnight, revelry noise level moves down from the billiard Halls across from our room. (Ear plugs were furnished in the room :-) Even so, we enjoyed the balcony for the mornings and pre-dinner hour: it was ambience into our room as we were getting ready for our various comings/goings.

The pool featured brrrrr water; not yet nuked by summer’s power! But it was enjoyable for a refresh. It got unbelievably crowded on Friday afternoon, so glad we generally came earlier in the day.

Fortunately my work Conference: buffet style food supplied by JW was above-average, 4* food for Conference food (3* if judged on its own merit). But we enjoyed the on-site dining from which we tried small plates from the African restaurant, fish at the seafood bar outside the main building; my wife enjoyed the breakfast dishes from the coffee shop in the main building.

This is a special property. Enjoy the artwork and the unique character of each building. So much to see as meandering. Friendly Service top to bottom. Employees seem to value their jobs and our patronage. Would return without hesitation.“

The smell of the sesame oil with a hint of sweetness and the cucumber were an unmatched combination. Also had the whipped feta and that was amazing as well. Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. Whether it’s fixing an issue caused by a third party or simply providing excellent, friendly service every single time, they handle everything with professionalism and heart.
