“We came here for Sunday breakfast/brunch and holy crap! It was so good! The biscuits are worth the wait alone! The decor is so unique, you can feel the history in the walls but it’s also been updated to a modern feel. The menu choices are expansive and may cause stress on which delicious item to pick! I really enjoyed my Bay Street Scramble, and the rest of my party enjoyed their breakfasts too! Service was pretty good, not super fast but it was also super crowded. We got in without a reservation in under 20 minutes which was great! Highly recommend!“

“Came here with a party of 11 (4 vegans) for lunch. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was fantastic and plentiful - I think we tried just about everything. Made a real change from the overly sweet and overly fried food most restaurants in the USA tend to serve. The place is not fancy - plastic cutlery and you eat from polystyrene cartons - but is very clean, light and so homely. We LOVED it and wish our gorgeous hostesses every success for the future.“

“Had the best time at Zunzi’s in Savannah! 🐾 What started as a dog-friendly TikTok tip turned into an absolute must-visit. Our pups devoured their pup cups, and the spike apple cider and nachos were simply perfect. Huge shoutout to Tara, Pais, Saleh, and Sienna, with Tara especially who lost track of time chatting with us and stayed past her shift (you know it’s good conversation when that happens 😄). Their warmth and hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable, exactly the kind of place that makes you think, “Yep, this could be home.” “See you soon” and thank you for sharing all of your Savannah knowledge. “Me and my family came for dinner and everyone was super nice. The guy that took our order was super chill and accommodating, all our orders were correct and it was cooked well. Big portions, which is good, and everything tasted good. It was a little warm inside, we found ourselves a bit sweaty while eating but as far as food goes, super solid.“

Tim and Alan at the valet were awesome and so helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. Honestly, the entire staff was amazing and very accommodating. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome. We also ordered room service and really enjoyed it.

“We had such an amazing experience celebrating my friends birthday at this rooftop bar! Even though the weather wasn’t the best, the staff was accommodating and made sure we were still comfortable and able to enjoy our time. Our main server, Teresa, was absolutely wonderful, beautiful, friendly, attentive, and so helpful throughout the time we spent there. She also gave us some great recommendations for local bars in the area, which made for a great place to go when they had to close due to lightning.
We’d also love to thank Melissa and Israel for helping us and making sure we are having a good time. The entire team went out of their way even when busy to make our time feel special. We had a great time, took some great pictures and would definitely recommend this rooftop bar to anyone visiting the area! Yesterday, we ordered pizza for delivery and unfortunately the third-party delivery service was 25 minutes late picking up our food. Instead of brushing it off, Christina — the manager — immediately stepped in and handled the situation directly with the delivery company. When we finally decided to just pick up the pizza ourselves, they didn’t just hand us the boxes that had been sitting there… they freshened everything up so it would be hot and perfect when we got it home. That level of care is rare. There was also another time when a third-party delivery service dropped off the wrong pizza for our son. Since we live so close, the staff didn’t hesitate — they offered to personally bring the correct pizza to our house, and it was at our door within minutes. No hassle. No excuses. Just immediate action to make it right. And that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Yes, the pizza is amazing. Yes, the food is always fresh and delicious. But it’s Christina, the entire staff, and the owner Dave who truly set Romas Pizza apart. They are the definition of going above and beyond. “What a neat food court! I have never been to one like this before. You enter one way and they open a tab for you. You go through the food court and order what you want. And when you exit, that’s when you pay your tab. I will say with that method, it’s easy to spend money here. We went to 3 different restaurants and none of them told us our total. Just said they added it to the tab. Granted, we could have asked. We ordered from bowties and the food was fresh & hot. Beware it does have a tang to it. Maybe lime or vinegar? I’m glad I tried it but I would not order it again. This juice on the other hand was delicious! It did cost $10 for a 12 oz. I was hesitant spending that much on juice. But it’s actually very filling. I drank about 1/3 of it over 3 days. I’d definitely recommend it!“

“Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had. She put the chorizo in a small bowl in case it was spicy. I mentioned that I couldn’t do spicy. I appreciated her thoughtfulness. Even the shrimp had a wonderful flavor. My husband and son shard a gnocchi dish. They really liked it. I thought the atmosphere was perfect. We ate inside. This was our first time here and The Public Kitchen and Bar get a 10+ from me.“

“I met with my Spiritual Sistehood for Lunch and celebrate someone's birthday.. Due to unexpected circumstances I arrived much later.
Although I didn't place an order the food presentation was appealing. The meal was hot and there were healthy portions served. My sisters suggested the green fried tomatoes, greens, etc. They all gave a five star review and insisted that we return at a later date, so I can experience the food as well.
The restaurant is located in the Thunderbolt area just before you cross the bridge is closer to Johnny Mercer Blvd.
I love the open floor plan and you can view the inside of the restaurant wall to wall since it offers a clear glass panoramic view.
It is wheelchair accessible and offers ample uncontested parking. The staff is friendly and greet you immediately when you enter. It was good to see staff members who offer a genuine smiling face for a change. You will love this restaurant.
It is definitely a place where you would like to come again and again.
